I've been going here for about 4 years and the Dr's are all amazing they really care about you, you are a person not just an illness or a paycheck, they don't push meds you don't need, and they don't push you beyond your comfort zone, they actually listen to what's happening with your body before throwing a diagnosis I love this place

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff.they changed my life.they do their best to accommodate appointments. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room.

Dr. Cooper and Dr. Upadhye are very caring, pleasant and understanding doctors. Their treatments are helping me with my pain.

The only place who is willing to help people in chronic pain. This office is full of understanding, helpful people. Dr. Richard is the most amazing Dr. Ever! I couldn't survive without him. The minerva pain clinic is my hero!

THIS CLINIC FAILED AN INSPECTION BY THE CPSO IN 2017. WITH NO LEGITIMATE DRS TO ACT AS MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Wonderful clinic with lots of people willing to help. They listen and their primary concern is the wellbeing and comfort of patients.not the current trend of punishing those in pain by removing all meds due to social pressure.

17 years ago broke my back
3 surgeries, 8 rods and 10 screws in my back and a bone graft from my hip. I am fused in two places that now have developed arthritis. I have been taking oxycodone consistently for all of those years for chronic pain. Last February I had my first visit to Minerva pain clinic. One day after my first appointment my pain was gone. I haven't taken an oxycodone since. For the first time in 17 years I have been pain free. What this clinic and doctor have done for me is nothing short of amazing. It has given my life back. I can't praise them enough. I'm 73 years old and I can now touch my toes, can you.

This clinic is fantastic, the staff doctors are wonderful, they have helped me get through my chronic pain for the last few years and still helping me

The doctors and staff are wonderful. Very helpful. The doctors actually listen to what you have to say.

First 2 appointments went well. Then I spent a week calling every single day trying to reach them to change my appointment date. I called and left voicemails and no one ever called back. I finally got through and was promptly put on hold. Eventually I had to hang up. Have yet to get ahold of anyone. Edit* they called on a Friday late afternoon. Lucky I picked up.

After 2 referrals being sent in since June 26, I have YET to hear about starting a pain management program. Asking my dr to send me elsewhere.

Ps if you push 2 someone will answer the phone. ALWAYS. If you push one. As a patient. They NEVER answer. And they have a 5-6 month waiting list. And the person who answered my call not only was rude. But also said it’s completely “acceptable” to have patients in pain wait this long.

I've been going for couple yrs now n was hard getting in once in they treat u very nice n try n help with chronic pain richelle n front desk are awsome they try n do there best to help everyone best they can I travel 3 hrs away just to see them n I. My mom could not survive without the help they give her here. They are very kind and knowledgeable.
