Nice place. Coffee amd cookie were good. Lots of seating. I was disappointed by the staff who didn't allow some patrons who bought coffee to eat their SuzyQ donut.

Really disappointed you’ve decided to stop carrying almond milk. As someone who can’t have dairy/grains, the lactose free and oat options don’t work and I can no longer get cortado’s at one of my favourite coffee shops in the city

A lovely (and frankly underappreciated spot) for coffee and a chat. I'd love to give it 5 stars but the WiFi has been on the fritz for the 5-6 months I've been coming here and it shows no sign of stopping, so I always use my hotspot when I'm studying here. Still worth it considering the location, the service and the great drinks! Grab a donut from Suzy Q's next door, a coffee from The Ministry, and sit down for a good time in one of Hintonburg nicest coffee spots.

First time going there today. Spectacular coffee, very friendly service. Adios Bridgehead.

I love their coffee, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the ambiance is really nice. I love stopping in for my coffee and to read.

I normally love coming here but I found my last visit to be a bit off. The staff didn't seem very warm, and they got my order wrong - I mentioned my coffee was to stay because I wanted it in a real mug, but they gave it in a take away cup, even after seeing I had taken off my jacket and was sitting at a table. When I asked for a mug to put the coffee in they gave me a small cappuccino mug that didn't fit the whole coffee.
The wifi also didnt connect for me which was a little frustrating. The bathrooms were a bit messy, one was out of order (the door was also left open in that stall), and the other didn't have toilet paper.
4 stars because every other time I've been here has been great, perhaps this was just a busier day where a few things were missed and there was less attention to detail.

Cute little place. We wanted ice coffee, which they couldn't do because their machine was down. So we didn't actually get anything ourselves, but our relatives did and loved it.

I come here every Friday for breakfast. I've only ever tried one food item because it is so incredibly delicious I don't want to have anything else. (The veggie sandwich; I don't know what sauce they put in it but it's incredible). Also have very delicious oat milk lattes, hot or cold! Love love love you guys.

Still one of the best espresso tonics in the city but… significantly worse since you switched from fever tree aromatic to Canada Dry… the quality of the tonic mixed with the excellent espresso was what kept me coming back. Now it’s more like half a good espresso tonic

Pretty good Cafe in the Hintonburg area. I ordered hot chocolate but was dismayed that they have whipped cream. Had to wait about 15 minutes as it was pretty busy and got it on a takeout cup when I had said it was for dine in, so they should have given me a mug. Second time here was an hour later when I came for lunch and ordered the croque monseur. Like last time, they gave it to me in a takeout bag when I had asked for dine in. This isn't bad customer service but it could be better. I I understand that being a barsta can be hard work so I won't give them too much flak. Everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance. I like how they have an outdoor patio so if it's nice out, then you can enjoy your beverage I outdoors.

Very good quality coffee. The interior of this place is excellent. The sandwiches are also great. I had mocha and it tasted excellent quality flavour. They have both outdoor and indoor seating.

Nice, bright spot for coffee and a pastry during the daytime; morphs into a candle lit cocktail bar at night; thus covering all your needs. Some great local craft beers on tap, and an ever-changing selection of small-batch coffees. Staff always friendly and efficient.

We went at night on a Saturday - seems like a happening place. There were many people! Food was tasty and so were drinks. I ordered a Matcha Latte - delicious. Tends to be loud so it is the place for you if you like that!

I am a coffee lover, I ordered a cappuccino, it had sence of sourness and it was tooooo strong. I dont know why i felt i dont want to drink coffee anymore after their cappuccino

HOWEVER, carrot cookies with cream was EXCELLENT AND DELICIOUS

Chai Latte here is amazing! Baristas are experienced and knowledgeable and the cafe is just cozy enough to be casual while also professional enough to host a business get together

Great place for a drink of coffee. I like to go and work on my laptop and do some people watching as you have all sorts of types that come in and out. The night I was there the music was too loud and after a few gangsta rap tracks I had to leave. Wasn't the most inspiring night. But I still go back often.

Café-bar with excellent espresso and sandwiches. Had a macchiato and veggie breakfast sandwich, very tasty and good value. Friendly vibe and frequented by locals.

My FAV cafe in the city. The nutella latte unreal and the vibe is great for studying, a date or just sitting and people watching.
