Build quality is low. The maintenance crew is awesome. But the construction itself leaves many things to be desired. Finding things after warranty has run out. Now I need to pay out of pocket for builder faults

These morons cut off electricity and water in apartment buildings at least 5 times per month. They even did this during covid. Have fun renting with minto! Absolute garbage.

Lies and delays when it comes to making repairs.wish there was a rating below zero so I can give to Minto. I hope the people in the management see those reviews.
