They didn't show me where/how to login to manage my account as requested when I signed up for a provider they pushed. Now I apparently haven't been able able successfully cancel and they won't pickup the phone.

Was in the store today and the help I received was amazing.
Both staff members were so helpful and easy to talk to. All of my questions were answered and I was very happy to have the help.
It's so nice to not feel out of place as I really do not know a lot about cell phones.
Absolutely I would tell a friend to go to this specific shop. Great work on hiring these two young men.

I told them i was only looking for a service provider since my contract was up in a few months. They tried to pressure me into a new provider right away so i walked away.as i walked away they were screaming what's wrong with us? Go to Fairview mall they understand you better there,
