Excellent service today by the gentleman working over-time due to Black Friday. Despite it being after 10pm on a Monday they still took us in with a friendly demeanor & did a superb job! Truly a high quality team.

I’ve got an email from The Mobile Shop with Mother’s Day offers and decided to stop by. I was serviced by Rahim. He is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, helpful and professional. Thanks to him, I came out with my new IPhone 14 Pro Max. Exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend The Mobile Shop. The service is great!

Went in for help with a paper screen protector for my tablet. Tristan the manager mentioned they don’t handle screen protectors for tablets as they don’t sell them. He still gave it a try and took 15-20 minutes to learn how to apply it and did an amazing job with it! Thank you for helping me out with this even though you don’t handle them.

Tristan has such strong interpersonal skills about him. Shehreyar also was great to work with. Really enjoyed my experience with them both.

Went in and originally was helped by Emily. She was very patient and helpful. New phone had to be searched for in other store. Follow up call by Emily and went in and Tristan, the Manager was again very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Phone has to be ordered in. He got all the info explained, paperwork done and now just waiting for phone to be delivered. Best customer service, happy staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. Tristan had to juggle quite a few customers very efficiently and prompt. Thank you so much to Emily and Tristan.
