It’s true, Zhino is awesome. Read the reviews, do a consultation with him, see for yourself. I had a good impression from his online presence and he delivered above and beyond that in actuality.

He helped my partner and I secure a mortgage for our first home (in a crazy market). Dare I say, he even made what can be a stressful process.actually enjoyable.

The three key qualities I want to highlight are that Zhino is knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy.

Sometimes you get people who may have one or two of those qualities, but are lacking the complete set. Maybe they are knowledgeable but if they aren’t going to answer you quickly or you aren’t sure if they’re looking out for your best interests—then their knowledge loses value. Zhino checked all of the boxes. Working with him made me hold other professionals I worked with through the home buying process to a higher standard.

He’s able to adapt to what’s needed at the moment. When time is of the essence, his communication is quick, efficient, and to the point. When more explanation is needed (which has been for me, being a curious and hands-on first time home buyer) he takes the time to expand on the important points so that you feel comfortable and informed.

I reached out to Zhino, online via his Reddit account “Mortgage Master”, he immediately set up a phone call with me to just chat and inform me of how everything works, during this call he did not push for me to work with him or pressure me at all.
