I found the mortgage centre through Google. I contacted them at first, unsure if they'd be a good place. Turns out, they're an excellent place. I was given the option to upload files via email or a Portal. The Portal was very helpful for me personally! I liked being able to go back and easily review what had been done. Communication was clear throughout, and I was checked upon multiple times to answers any questions or concerns I may have. It's a challenging time to be renewing a mortgage, so I appreciated their transparency and support. Initially I wanted something different, but Kurt explained what my options are, and made his recommendation based on my household's profile. I am very happy with the service and would recommend. Ah! And bonus is that I never had to go in person to do anything. Everything was either over a video call, telephone and even signing was through an e-sign website.

Kurt assisted my girlfriend and I with buying our first home. Kurt and his team were extremely knowledgeable and organized making the experience a breeze for two first time home buyers. As a first time home buyer I really didn't know much about navigating mortgages or where to even start. I was working with another office at first due to a family recommendation, but that didn't go well - I wish I would have saved myself the time by going with Kurt's team right away.

As soon as I started speaking with them, my questions were being answered clearly and we were making progress. It was also nice to see such a professional online portal for uploading documents and tracking the progress of an approval - they are definitely punching above their weight there.

After getting up to speed by taking with Kurt, Nathan was assigned to my case. He was frequently in touch to walk me through each step and he always took the time to explain all the nitty-gritty details. It was really obvious that Nathan is an expert in his field and I learnt a lot from him throughout the process. As a home buyer or first time home buyer there’s a lot or steps you need to take and could get stressful but with Kurt and Nathan they made it’s a lot easier and less stressful. For people who don’t understand alot of what’s happening like my self, they explained “everything” in a manner I would understand. Plus, Even with all the high interest rates happening now they got me a good lower interest rate.
There communication is awesome they keep you up to date on everything
