We actually had a poor experience with The Mortgage Centre. Backup/alternate contacts and resources were not in place when our main contact suddenly became unavailable, and in the housing climate we were dealing with it was of the utmost importance to be quick. We had to scramble to find alternative arrangements.

Sandra and the team were great during my renewal. Very patient, reviewed all the options and didn't try to steer me to a new lender when my current lender was offering a great deal (aka they could have made $ if I switched lenders). I feel very comfortable they helped me to explore all the options and didn't rush the process.

Sandra goes above and beyond! She is not only pleasant to work with but clearly is educated in the real estate market and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I'm looking forward to working with Sandra and her team once my mortgage is up for renewal!

The Mortgage Centre in Guelph stepped up when I had trouble getting a traditional mortgage on a unique property through my regular bank. The Mortgage Centre got me a better rate, favourable terms, and explained all my options through each step of the process. They are using a convenient and seamless booking tool, document upload/download, and signing technology that made it very easy to work with them. Sandra is very adept at presenting and sharing documents in Zoom meetings. Her teams' communication with myself and my lawyer was prompt and professional. I would use their service again and recommend it to my friends and family.
