Would like to start by saying I NEVER write reviews but after purchasing my home in May while balancing a busy work schedule the Mortgage Center KW is absolutely the place to go for an easy process and super friendly staff.

I was paired up with Jonathan and he went above and beyond to bring my deal together, after 5pm in person meetings to accomodate my work, being accessable via text or call what felt like 24/7 was something he didn't have to do but wanted to!

I would give you guys 10 stars if I could, and have recommended you to my friends also looking to get into the market!

Information was conveyed very well and we felt very comfortable with everything at the end of the day.

Paul was very helpful and nice to me. Helped walk me through mountains of documents in a way I understood. Only issue (Which I've heard is par for the course at all mortgage brokers) is that I had to send the same documents multiple times, and sometimes it was confusing what document they were looking for. Other than that, very pleasant experience

Incredible team. Very patient for people, like myself, who look at mortgages as though they're written in Klingon, and have the organisational skills of a baboon in a craft store. This team is lovely. They never make me feel stupid for asking questions, and give the impression that they genuinely care about your investments. Have and will continue to recommend.

Chelsea was amazing! She worked around the clock to get me the best rate, took time out of her schedule to explain my options in great detail and readily available to address any questions or concerns.

She was able to work with the lender to get me a Pre-Approval in time given a tight deadline, and followed up regularly with updates making sure I understood what is required from my end to avoid any delays in the process.

She is very resourceful and I would highly recommend her for you Mortgage needs! It was a pleasure doing business with the Mortgage Center and I will definitely be back for my future needs.

The Mortgage Centre has been the best experience we have had in obtaining a mortgage. They have been very helpful in all the ins and outs of the process in a way that we could understand and have made every effort in getting us the lowest mortgage rates. We would recommend them to anyone trying to obtain a mortgage either for the first time or for renewals of a mortgage.

The Mortgage Centre has never steered me wrong. I've been a customer of their's for 13 years and won't even try anyone else. There's no fee and they get some of the best interest rates out there. I highly recommend The Mortgage Centre for all your mortgage and investment needs.

Jonathan was AMAZING! Made the entire process simple and stress free! Johnathan kept communication open and friendly from start to finish. Towards the end of the home buying process he handed us off to Katie Childs, WOW. She was so funny as well as informative trying to make this stress free as possible. Between Katie and Jonathan i knew my family was well taken care of. I would recommend both of them to anyone buying a home.

Very happy with the service. Been working with them since our first house purchase 10 years ago and they have consistently delivered. Finding us new options to secure better rates and access funds. They set the pace when it comes to setting up new agreements and changes (actively following up on paperwork and providing regular status updates).

Switched to the Mortgage Centre after working with a Broker in Toronto - 5 mortgages in 2018. It’s usually a straightforward process, until I started with Paul Eckmier.

-Paul Eckmier had my financials and the purchase agreement for 1.5 months before closing, yet another 1.5 months after closing it’s still unclear if the deal is approved by an A-lender
-Paul Eckmier stated every week leading up to closing, “approval will come next week”.
-Three days before closing, Paul Eckmier suggested that approval may not come, so I rushed to find a private lender.
-Paul Eckmier scheduled the appraisal AFTER the closing.
-The bank had the wrong closing date.
-Paul Eckmier stated that the problem was caused because I put my gross income on the application.

Had an awesome experience working with Jon. He took the time to go through every detail slowly and in plain language to ensure that I was confident throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using the Mortgage Centre KW again in the future and would be happy to refer anyone looking for financing.

I received exceptional and speedy service when facing a very tight deadline. Paul (the broker I was working with) worked round the clock to get my approval in place. Communication was exceptional-I never waited long for a reply or response. Information was communicated to me in multiple platforms which was great in the event I was unable to access email or take a call etc. Lastly, staff was very friendly and even followed up after all was said and done to see if I had any other concerns.
