As first time home buyers trying to get started in a tough market Sam has been a huge help for us! She was able to give us some initial advice several months before we were ready to purchase. When we were ready, she was there and was able to get us approved at a great rate despite our somewhat tight budget. Highly recommend her for anyone, especially for those who needs guidance with their first home purchase.

First time home buying is very overwhelming, but I was really thankful to have Sam there every step of the way with the mortgage. She made it all so easy, explained everything thoroughly, and got me a great rate (even at the lawyer signing they said they hadn’t seen a rate that low in quite a while). I’m so appreciative to have had her highly recommended to me, because she made this all so easy.

If you need a mortgage Sam is one you need to call. Within 48 hours of calling her I had an approval and a lender. The whole process went so fast, I think I may have gotten whiplash! I had zero clue what I was doing, but Sam and her team answered all of my questions and made the whole process so easy for me! I have reccomended her to EVERYONE I know that may be looking to buy a house in the future. She is truly amazing and anyone looking for a mortgage should give her a call!
