They were really good really kind. And then they told me what was going on with cars in a way that I could understand because I don't really know a lot about cars and everything would have been a 5 out of five stars. But they're kind of. You have to book a week in advanced get anything done type of place. So if there was an emergency which there wasn't but if there was you wouldn't be getting your car in and looked at right away

Pathetic and unprofessional. I have been given time o 12: 30 PM. I left my work and ask them to check my car as soon as possible. I kept on waiting for 15 but the representative keep on saying it will be check in couple of min. Finally I request them to give me a time, which I can align with my other commitments. But there is no firm idea of time. Instead they were unprofessional and rude. I decided to leave without the work done. I will never go again and will not suggest to anyone.

Went in for 10 am appointment, got in on time, had a bit of an exhaust leak, here one of the bolts broke so they changed both, done in 10 minutes and no charge, Thanx Brandon, awesome service

I have been a customer of mufflerman for over 40 years. I recently was in Kitchener 3 hours from home and had a problem with my front left wheel. Ron the manager and his team took my truck in and fixed my problem and I was on my way. Thank you for your excellent service.

Went in for a car checkup, the mechanic did a good job identifying the source of the problem and the specific solution. Ordered a small part, returned for part replacement and was serviced in time.
Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, and very courteous.

Rip off. They quoted a charge of $230 plus tax for an electrical repair. Went down the road, got it done for $20 inc labour and tax and parts. I was just shocked that if I didn’t had checked I would have been duped into paying unnecessary $200 more.

Been going there for over 35 years and never had issues workmanship is always been A1. Ron has always been honest and goes above and beyond to help.

Charged my mother almost $500 to "replace" hydrologic break line and the work done I wouldn't even imagine it passing. Also tried to charge her over $250 ($150 for an hour labour) for a hydrologic hood lift witch I bought at napa for $37.99 and installed in less then 2 min tried to charge her another over $200 to clean the headlights witch I did my self for a buck. Charged her to inspect the vehicle the first time and that inspection indicated the emergency break cable needed to be adjusted and cleaned and when she went back with the hood lift and lights already done so no longer required they Charged her again for inspection now stating the emergency break pads and hardware needed done. When I said I would do it for her for under $100 instead of paying them another $400 when (see pic) this is their quality of work they were very annoyed

Saved me $3400. The dealer wanted to replace my entire exhaust system for $4200 because the flange on the end of the cat converter was rusted. Mufflerman welded a $20 flange on the end of the cat and replaced the exhaust pipe and muffler for $800. Great work Mufflerman team!

Great experience! I had a broken drain plug and was able to get it fixed in quick time. Ron and his team is very friendly, polite. Highly recommended for auto service.

Stay away! This place will rip you off brought my car in because there was a shake going on in my front end and I needed to new front tires they told me it was an upper control arm problem and to replace that with two new tires it was gonna cost me over $900. I took it to my other mechanic he looked at it turns out it was only a ball joint and I got it fixed for only $290 with used tires put on.

I have been a customer at the Mufflerman for a decade. I have never had any issues with their work or services, and have always been treated well. They have a very efficient scheduling system (never have to wait more than a week) ; they are very honest on pricing and services needed; their services are always done quickly; and I have never once felt pressured to have work done or purchase unnecessary "extras. "

I just had one of the best experience with a auto shop.not only did they get me in only hours after I booked a appointment, they had me done in 10 min.

Amazing shop. Great guys too. Love their work, I messed something up on my exhaust and it was completely my fault and they were willing to fix it no charge, ended up not being the case, metal was too thin so I have to get a new muffler anyways so they quoted me with and without the muffler 100% my go to for exhaust stuff. Super swift operations.

Half hour until closing, got my car in where they worked together to get the job done quick and proper. Great team.

Great place, the guys are up front and believe in the service they're providing! Ron and the boys run a good economic shop! They truly care about what they're doing and I've gone there for over 10yrs and have never been disappointed! So, it shows! Plus bring a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey with yeah and ask for a photo with Ron! He looks identical to Wendell Clark.

The team and Mufflerman Highland is amazing! Ron and his team always provide great customer service, are honest and will tell you what exactly needs to be done to your vehicle within budget. I go to this location for all major repairs. On my previous car they repaired my muffler and on my new vehicle my breaks. Thanks guys!

Excellent friendly service, had my winters changed onto different rims. They had me in within a couple days and done and on my way quickly. Great service and staff!

Please don't have this guys do safety test for your vehicle. I booked this shop for safety test and I visited on time. However, I waited for two hours to get safety test. Even worse is that they refused to pass through saftey test because of my rear roter's thickness and rear light bulbs burned out. I asked them for specific measures about rotor's thickness, but they said my car has problem about thickness again and again. I still have no idea about whether the rotor is too thick or too thin. They estimated about $650 puls tax to repair them. However, I knew it was scam as there are no problem about light bulbs. So, I visited another autobody shop and I got safety test certificate without any problem. I paid $100 + tax for the safety test at The Mufflerman. It is totally waste of money.

STAY AWAY. Horrible experience. They use bait and switch as a scamming method and they don't respect customers' time
Called to explain what my issue was. They were nice and polite on the phone but that changed the second I walked in.
I had to wait almost an hour, even though I had an appointment
Told me over the phone that they offer free inspections, but when I arrived they were trying to charge me $120, claiming that a "cat converter is part of the engine and not the exhaust". Ridiculous. When I refused their scam method, they made sure to get me out the shop as quickly as possible and only spent a minute or two with my car, but they made sure to keep me waiting for a full hour.

In and out super quick. Staff was friendly. Welded my muffler bracket back on and I was on the road again. Definitely will return when needed.

We just had an alignment done at this location and I couldn't be happier! They were very friendly, fast, and efficient. The price was very reasonable as well! I recommend them to anyone.

Had a break line changed and new break pads installed. I was thoroughly impressed with the time they took to make sure things were working properly without up-selling me on new calipers.

They have always been very friendly, found us the best prices. Got 4 tires from them, install and rotate. Highly recommend.

Awful experience. They wasted my time and tried to make me pay for what they told me was a free inspection. Never going there again.

Was qouted one price ended paying 3 times amount. Muffler strap rusted and put hole in muffler. Muffler was under warranty parts needed that I payed for was under 50. Total labor was 88 dollars. Found service advisor to be a little on cold side. If you qoute someone tell them exact cost.

Really great service! Went above and beyond to ensure that my tires were balanced on my Dodge Caliber. Also the price was really fair! It’s hard to find mechanics who are fair, this place really is fair and you really sense it’s a family business. Will definitely come back here to get my car looked after!

I went in for some exhaust repair and after the work was complete the glass from my side mirror was missing. I asked what happened to it and got no answer for an entire day. Actually I had to stop back in myself since they forgot about me. They then said it was missing when they got it and the mechanic saw it was missing.

Of course my next question is why didn't you mention it. Their response was they see cars missing things all the time and don't mention it and maybe someone in the lot did it when it was parked outside. Not exactly a good answer.

These guys are badly in need of a walkaround policy like they do at the dealer. How can I know whether it actually did fall off on the drive, was vandalized or the mechanic made a mistake and won't own up to it. I certainly can't prove it so there's no help on their part.

I certainly won't be paying them to fix it. That would just be throwing good money after bad service.

I've taken our cars to this location for years. Recently quality has really dropped. 2x we have taken our vehicles in for repair and told them what's wrong. 2x they have repaired other parts only for us to have to go back and ask for the original repair to be done.
