Quick service, when I called they said they would take a look right away and let me know the cost. Mechanic took me out to show me what needed fixed, it was a quick job done in 1 hr. I would recommend coming here.

Wow. I went there today with my Jeep wrangler for muffler service. I booked the appointment and given the sound from the muffler I was expecting a few hundred dollars to pay for the repair. When I returned back to pick up my jeep Brad at the front gave me my keys and said have a good day. When I asked for the bill he stated they replaced 4 bolts and said if you need muffler service to come back have a nice day. Brad could have charged me a service fee or something but he didn't. This is true customer service and it truly shows you will only pay or in my case not pay. This also shows this place is about service and not the almighty Dollar.cheers to Brad and his team. Highly recommend this place.

Good service, fair price. Took about 2 hours to fix pipe connecting to muffler, so gauge that to the length of repairs.

I had 2 problems with my car that were not on the appointment time but they took the time to fix it all anyway for me.

Went there to fix my exhaust that came apart at the connection, and the manager didn't charge me for the young fella that put a new clamp and shifted back my pipe. Excellent service.

Being a young female I've had the run around from many shops in the past. Anything from a simple part that I needed or something major I never felt respected. I brought my 2009 chevy malibu in for a safety today and all I can say is great things. I felt extremely respected, heard and got explained what was wrong with the car. Coming from a cars background I would 1000% bring my car back here again. And will be recommending anyone I know who needs work done to them as well. Thank you.

If you are lowered like I am and need an alignment, come here. I drove away a happy customer. The guy who was working on my car was very professional and was very respectful, asked me questions on my suspension. The car drives great now and is smooth. Thank you to the owner of this place. You guys did a great job!

Superb service & pricing. Bob is excellent to deal with, providing honest and clear explanations for any work needed. Rarely do you find a shop where you can be confident they will tell you what needs to be done and what does NOT need to be done.

Fast and friendly service, went in thinking our gem muffler was one that they had replaced. They fixed the issue for a very reasonable price.

Great service on my truck in 2019. The pipe they used rusted out in 3 years but it was a good price for the repair so I guess I can't complain. Went above and beyond. I had brought a pipe in to get welded in and it ended up being the wrong size completely. The manager said don't worry about it and charged my mother for labor and hardware.

Had a wonderful service experience, had a bad alignment for while, got the same issue checked couple of times with no proper solution. Had my alignment done from this shop and it was perfect, they made sure to test drive and make finer adjustments so that i don’t have to come in again A+ service.

I had a flat while I was out doing errands yesterday. I pulled in. They helped me promptly and didn’t charge me for the service.

There are a lot of shady people out there, and I believe it wholly when I say the people running this mufflerman are not shady at all.
Bob is a great guy, extremely honest and great to his own. My father has been going there for a long time and has nothing but great things to say as well. Would definetly recomend.

I went into muffler man to reweild part of my exhaust. They diddnt charge me u was so surprised and very grateful for that. I will be coming there agian

Very poor customer service. Counter staff was rude to my husband and I, and the quote was significantly higher than other places for the exact same work. Won't be returning.

Moving to another province I went for post trip inspection, the service was impeccable in every way. Then a few days later my truck, front drivers tire sunk in a gravel hole thanks to city construction and was screaming at me (gravel all up inside) so of course back to Mufflerman I go, totally embarrassed and of course they fixed it right up for me! All of this and all they asked from me was no more 4x4 ing (ha) and to have a safe trip!

They got me in same day (which was a Saturday, was happily surprised)! They were friendly and efficient. I am happy with the wheel alignment they did to my vehicle. Pricing was fair. Would recommend.

Went here to get a noisy muffler repaired. They had to order parts, but it was still ready in less than 2 hours. Friendly, courteous staff.

I only gave a 4 star based on the basic information I had been given while setting up an apt for my father. Also I had a friend of mine do the work. I cant justify a 5 star based off of what part of the experience I had personally. If I ever have work done myself, I will update my review based on how my personal experience is through the whole process.

Also, my father who had the work done also agreed with the 4 star rating.

Very professional and polite service. All wearing masks. They took my car straight in. Gave me a fair written estimate of the work required with a cheaper option to save me money and did not try to up sell me. The work was done in the time they said and even they parked outside the door to make is easier to go home. Thank you.

Got my truck alignment done here, the service rep was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process.

Just went into the shop to get a new muffler and the main guy in the office answering phone calls was super rude to us. HORRIBLE customer service. He ignored me when I went into the shop, and told us our straight pipe was $400.00 when everyone else we called over the phone said it would be $200.00. You guys better watch who you are talking to during the pandemic. Good luck!

Took 2.5 hours to install new exhaust pipe from rear axle to muffler and the welding looked like it was done by a 5 year old. Amateur hour. Never again. Do not recommend for anything.

I went to get a safety done on my car so that I can sell it. Bob was friendly and welcoming and came with me to check if I had wheel locks. The inspection was quick and thorough and my car was in and out in about an hour which is the timeline Bob gave me upfront. Great service, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

These guys do great work. Anyone who takes there vehicle here is in great hands with Bob and his team. They always go above and beyond and often don't charge anything if it's something quick and simple. Very honest shop.

These guys seem pretty legit. I can't say for sure because I know nothing of cars, but they didn't try to upsell me and they were very nice.they said they call everyone before doing anything to the vehicle so there's no unexpected charges which is a huge plus. It's hard to trust any mechanic in my opinion, but to be fair these guys seem pretty legit.

These guys are some of the most honest and genuine mechanics I have ever dealt with. They didn't try to upsell, gave me realistic timeframes for when I should get certain repairs done, and really seemed to care about their customers. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Brought my vehicle here on based on recommendations the staff were amazing, very quick and knowledgeable for a very fair price.
They go above and beyond and take pride in their work and helping the customers.

Service was quick, I had an issue with a car I bought from car match and was asked to bring it here. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the guy at the desk made a remark that the warranty on my car wouldn’t cover how I drive if I go over potholes, which angered me. Will not be likely to return but no issue with the work done so a fair rating is fair.

Justin is a great guy to deal with very honest took my car in to have the front end checked out for and noise turned out to be a small repair instead of what the dealer had told me it needed which was a lot more then it really did need I was in and out within 1 hr thanks for the great service will use you guys again I’m the future

I've taken my vehicle to The Mufflerman for years, and my wife's family has for decades. They are very trustworthy and I know I'll only be paying for what's required. Bob is very honest and will tell things exactly as they are.
I decided to post this review when I took my car somewhere else and realized how bad auto servicing can be!

I bought a used car that had just past a safety at this location. The brakes began whistling the very night I bought it. My own repairman said that while it might have legitimately past a safety, there should have been a note about the need for work on the brakes. Perhaps this was bad luck for me that the brakes started making noise the night I got it, but it seems suspicious.

Great crew of guys. Have done exhaust work on all of my cars the past few years. They will actually fix stuff and not just tell you to replace the whole thing. The best.

Friendly and they seem to do good work but not my first choice really expensive for brake work. My regular mechanic was booked and I needed brake work done and they were almost double but beggars can't be choosers. They spent 2.5 hours and charged $600+ in labour! That's more than a dealership.
