Always have had positive feelings towards any work Mufflerman has fixed on my vehicle and my husband's truck! Love how they show respect towards any issues They have always fixed the problem! And we give them the thumbs up for this Hav been dealing with them for about 30 years.

I finally found an auto repair shop that is awesome! Muffler man was recommended to me and I’ve used them four times now. Sceptical at first, I went in with an oil leak. Airport high-end I quoted me $1200 to fix. Muffler man charged me less than 200 and stated I didn’t need all that other work done. That’s just one, they’ve helped me three other times and I’ve never been disappointed! My car has never run better and it’s a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. I will never use another shop again. They are fast and very honest! I highly recommend the Dundas muffler man

The mechanics are nice and knowledgeable. I went to get a brake fluid leak checked. They told me it is a leaking a caliper. They changed the caliper and flushed the brake fluid. Haven’t had my brake fluid levels drop since then. On the other hand I had a weird rattling noise after the caliper change. I self diagnosed it to be the brake dust shield. Went it and they fixed it and told me it was the brake dust shield indeed. Maybe it got bent while changing the caliper or while I was driving.

We've been coming here year over a decade now. But this past week they have gone above and beyond. I've been having some issues with my Kia. I sadly couldn't get anywhere with the dealer and muffler man was more then happy to take my car and get me a diagnosis. All though it is sadly something that Kia can only deal with. Muffler man was nothing but kind and very helpful and made sure I was okay after having a not so great week.

Incredibly happy with the service I received today. I’ve never had a mechanic be so transparent with me about a repair before. As a female normally mechanics like to pull the wool over your eyes and try and charge you for things you don’t need. This place is nothing like that! I fully recommend this place for any and all repairs to your vehicle. The staff is very friendly and extremely honest and straight forward. Had a mishap with a treestump-tore apart my muffler assembly and damaged connecting parts as well (catalytic converter, resonator, etc.). Called and explained what happened and had my truck in the shop the next morning. By late afternoon I was driving her home.
Was initially quoted a pretty intimidating number, but agreed nonetheless as it was only 2 days before Christmas.
Received a call after a few hours to inform me that in actuality the cost would be well below what they had thought, as they were able to salvage more of the existing parts than anticipated.
My past experiences with other auto shops is that if they can run you for even a dollar more, they will. Pleasantly suprised by the honesty and integrity of the good men working here. Treated me well, were easy to deal with, and sent me on my way much at ease. Will be coming here for any future needs.

Took my car in for a safety check that have been driving for the past 2 years knowing it needed a muffler and tiers it has never had any dash lights in the two years I have owned the car and when I picked it up the mechanic told me a list of thing it needed, one being a O2 sensor which I thought weird because there has never been a engine light so I asked about it and he told me that sometimes they will not throw a light so I paid and took my car home and 2 days later it threw a engine light so I call and asked to talk to the manager and he told me they don't touch a car when doing a safety it was all visual and took no ownership for what had happened to my car. Needless to say I will never take my car there again and tell my experience with them to everyone and anyone who listens. Do not trust these clowns at Muffler Man on Dundas st.in London, ont.

Took my car in to have some noises looked at. Felt super comfortable and everyone was very professional. Excellent customer service, Josh and Matt!

I hadn't had my brakes serviced for quite a while and thought I would be in for quite a bill but the Technician Dan took me out and showed me my brakes and how he measures the pad thickness. He said my brakes were fine and that I still had quite a few months of pad life left. He said everything else look good so come back in a few months. Get this - NO CHARGE. Brake inspections are free at Mufflerman. Being honestly serviced earned my trust and I will be back.

Awesome guys. Had a small issue that I was not mechanically savvy enough to diagnose and they fixed it on the spot no charge.

They understand the need to do a service or if it is a waste of time and money to the consumer.

My noisy car was a result of heinous thieves trying to steel my converter! My man, Josh, had me fixed up in no time. He not only repaired the pipe, he added extra welding to hopefully discourage a future theft attempt! I'm most pleased with this location and employees Matt & Josh!
