Love their service, everyone goes above and beyond. Prices are fair as well. My husband recently took my older Toyota Camry for a winter tire change. The guys were able to detect a loose head for one of the oil leaks (engine oil I think) and a loose break pad. They already had the car up, so it wasn’t extra work for them, but they took care of both, replaced the oil lost and didn’t charge anything on top. I appreciated that so much.

Service staff are very friendly, and service exceeds expectations based on other places I have gone. Highly trustable, takes the time to listen, advise with options, and great follow through. This is my first choice, go-to garage.

Great place to get your car looked at. I got a free inspection to get a second opinion on parts on my car that needed to be fixed. They handled it very quickly, a little over 30 mins, and offered to fix the problem on the same day at a good price point. The receptionist Mike was very kind and spoke clearly when explaining things to me. The cleanliness of the place is also fantastic as I noticed they clean the shop very well at the end of the day. Overall great experience!

Had new tires and brakes done just this week, called them Monday morning had it all done by end of day Tuesday. Amazing service with no surprises on what was quoted, will definitely use them again.

Went in there today with a loud exhaust, they were very busy but we're able to get me in. The exhaust was repaired and the cost was absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend you go there.

Recently had my RAV4's brakes replaced at Mufflerman. I was impressed not only with the professionalism of the guys at reception but also the mechanics. As I waited a number of different clients came through the shop. Each one was greeted kindly and a detailed understandable description of the parts and service were offered. I highly recommend the Sarnia Mufflerman shop on Exmouth Street for quality service, workmanship and reasonable pricing.

I have used the mufflerman for almost a decade and they have never disappointed, need a safety or an alignment they're awesome and I would go nowhere else for exhaust work. They offer other services and replacement parts as well, call and set up an appointment if you have the time!

Diagnosis of brakes and exhaust was quick. Had all the repairs finished very quickly. Very nice staff too.

They charged me 1700$ for some minor repairs. Still facing same issue. Please avoid this place, totally garbage service

Came in as truck was over heating suddenly, which to me screams thermostat, left truck like 30 mins later was called they said throttle body huge cost, so that day I left truck as they looked for part, talked to numerous mechanics they said no that’s not why truck would over heat next morn I come in I said did you take truck for drive they said no, I said you diagnosed problem in 10 mins, he said was leaking there I said I talked to people and they said not throttle body prob thermostat which is 20 bucks he insisted doubled down after a 10 min diagnosis, so brow beaten I said ok well truck off road 1 month as did not fix problem took to extreme muffler man said prob head casket, even though no smoke no reason to think that extreme after 2 weeks found faulty thermostats that mufflerman put in (or not) I dunno anymore so what was a 20 dollar fix they wanna charge 1000, will be disputing that point is very unprofessional untrustworthy, do not rely on anything they say so o was wothout vehicle for 1 month cause of a thermostat stay far away from this bussiness
