The Nail Boutique

I usually have a good experience with this nail salon and even recommended them to multiple people. But my most recent experience was not the same. The girl who did my nails cut me twice, one time I didn't stop bleeding for a while. She was handling my nails very roughly the whole time and it hurt a lot. She said yes to a nail design at first but then said she can't do it after more than half the appointment was over. Just not great experience all around that day. The next day, my nails felt so beaten up and sore. I'm not sure if I want to go back anymore given the experience I had.

It's time the owners shut this place down. This is not a business, it's a sham.

Just read some of the low-rated, yet valid reviews. Then, read the replies from the business. They just ARGUE their point, and in turn, complain about the customer - ad nauseum
Reading some of these very poor reviews; it reminded me that I went to this "boutique" a few years back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
PLEASE, don't waste your time or money. The nail polish started peeling off as soon as it dried - didn't even last an hour. NO EXAGGERATION. I returned the next day, and was given the RUDEST nail tech who was supposed to "fix" the mess. I believe that's intentional - if you complain, you get punished.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She fixed nothing.it peeled again. They just wasted more of my valuable time.
I hope I've saved you some unnecessary, and unwanted stress - go elsewhere, anywhere else. You can't say I didn't warn you.

I opted for a shellac manicure and pedicure, and the technician did an amazing job. She was very skilled and paid attention to every detail, making sure that my nails looked perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality nail salon experience.

This was the first time I came to the salon with my girlfriend to get pedicure done. I was so shy as I thought nail salon is not for men. However, I was completely wrong! The staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Now I have a reason to spend quality time with my girlfriend and family members over here.

I recently visited the Nail Boutique with a friend for a shellac fill and a shellac manicure, and the experience was absolutely terrible. I called the salon at 11: 09 am to confirm my appointment for two people at 1 pm, and they confirmed the booking. However, when I called at 12: 13 pm to let them know that we might be running a few minutes late, they claimed that they had no record of my appointment.

The staff member on the phone said he would look into it and call me back, but I never received a call. I called again at 12: 50pm when I was already on my way to the salon, which was less than five minutes away from me. The staff member passed me on to someone else who I believe was the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive. We asked how they would accomodate us as we had a confirmed appointment and the best they said they could do was have an appointment at 4pm. This was not acceptable as we had confirmed an appointment at 1pm. The manager hung up on me mid-conversation.

When I arrived at the salon, I was greeted with the same lack of respect. The staff didn't acknowledge that there could have been a booking mistake, and they didn't offer any kind of apology or any accomodation. Instead, they made me and my friend feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The manager was the worst part of the experience. She didn't take any responsibility for the booking mistake, and was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She walked away from us without saying a word at the end. Honestly, I would not recommend Nail Boutique nail salon to anyone. The customer service was terrible, and the manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. It sucks because they do great nails and I would have loved to give them my business - but never again. If you're looking for a salon that values its customers and provides a good experience, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I couldn't remember how many times I got amazing nails at the salon.
My friend and I had an appointment to get our nails done today, and we had received a call to carefully confirm our appointment yesterday. When we just opened the door, the owner friendly greeted us and showed us a bunch of colors, then they quickly started to do for us. As a result, the nail tech never disappointed us.
Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! I took myself and my niece everyone was so good, and so patient. Will definitely be coming back here every time. My new go to nail salon!

One of the best nail salons in London.
They pay great attention to their customers and to what they are doing making sure you leave happy with the service and results.

I did a bio gel with some Christmas decorations and a spa pedicure. I wish I had paraffin done on my hands too but unfortunately I had to run.

Prices are very decent. Not too overpriced and definitely worth the level of their service.

The premise is clean and there's no polish smell in the air. I'm pregnant so it was very important for me not to breathe the polish fumes.
Lots of colours to choose from.

My only surprise is that they don't cut the cuticles and burrs. It's my third nail place in London and none of them took care of them, so maybe it's how things are done here, I don't know.

As long as I'm staying in London - I'm definitely coming back!

Such an amazing experience. The artist did exactly what I was looking for and my shellac manicure was absolutely stunning. She took her time and was very thorough!

I normally have a pleasant experience! But today I didn’t have a good experience with Amy. She hurt my fingers a lot with the tools, and didn’t apologize. It was a very painful experience! I probably won’t be going back!

They always asked me questions and reassured me and they did such a good job and where very gentle with my hands and they where very kind when talking to me the lady’s they were so sweet and nice

I had the best experience here, the store is so gorgeous and clean. The lady that did my nails is soooo talented and took her time on me! Her nail art and precision is unreal for a reasonable price, highly recommend.

Everything was rushed, all their nail polish was so old it started to crack as soon as i left, their process was more painful than relaxing.not worth it, better if i did it at home.
