The worst customer service we have ever encountered. Why would I go to a company whose technician yells at his customers? Or just makes them feel that they are stupid? Unbelievable rudeness. I pride myself on customer service and work with the public all the time. I will never go back - if our espresso machine breaks, we will never call them again.

We bought a Gaggia Velasca machine, somewhere else, and were experiencing "No Beans" issues consistantly. I brought the machine back to the original place I bought it and their solution was that I was buying the wrong beans. We found Northwest Kitchenware and called them, out of the blue, with no response and did not leave a message. We received a call around 5pm on Saturday from Tony, asking us if we called and if he can help us. Tony advised that the beans were not the problem and quickly walked us through the process to correct the issues. It has been 4 days since Tony has helped us and the problem is gone. The owner went above and beyond to take a look at my espresso machine and took the time to explain about how the espresso machine works. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about my machine…and was able to identify the issue and offer recommendations to ensure my machine has many more espressos to go!

Came In to purchase a la Pavoni Stradivari that was on sale. Antonio was very helpful and informative on how the machine works and how to properly care for it. All around great store for Italian and general cooking equipment.

I was having issues with my Saeco coffee maker. I bought it here for service and as opposed to charging me an arm and leg for work and parts, he spent some time and fixed it on the spot. They care about their customers.

I purchased a La Pavonia Esperto espresso machine and Obel coffee grinder from Northwest Kitchenware. The staff was absolutely amazing. Tony was very knowledgeable throughout my entire experience with his company. I came in a week after purchasing the espresso machine for help on how to use it and he spent the time to explain the machine from top to bottom. Have had my Saeco Aroma machine serviced with Tony for many years. Has always done a great job. Recently, had him fix it and while in the store, he taught me tips and tricks on cleaning and caring for the machine. Also, he started selling me my ground espresso and since then, the machine is working better than store-bought product. Thanks to Tony for his extra efforts. It's worth driving from Keswick.

I called Tony to make an appointment to have a problem on my older model, Delonghi espresso machine investigated. Within minutes, and over the phone, he was able to diagnose the issue and then supplied me with a small part to fix the problem (at no charge!). His knowledge and expertise in the field is unmatched and his customer service is second to none. I am now a life-long customer!

Over the past 20 years I have purchased 4 different expresso coffee makers from Tony of Northwest Kitchen. I have on occasion had to one or two serviced during that time including yesterday. I have always found Tony went above and beyond (exceeded my expectations) in his knowledge and empathy. Yesterday i arrived at the store with a machine that was not operating properly. Tony very quickly diagnosed the issue and for less than $100 I had a new "infuser" for my machine.he then cleaned and oiled the machine all while I waited. NWK is the only place I would go to either purchase or service my machines.

My espresso machine was not working and I brought it to Northwest Kitchenware for servicing. Tony was able to diagnose the problem and he fixed my machine. It now works perfectly. Thank you Tony!

I picked-up my La Pavoni Europiccola machine yesterday, after bringing it in recently for service.

When I returned home I was once again able to make the kind of espresso for which this machine is famous.

Amazing personal service! I bought this La Pavoni Europiccola as a birthday gift. It was packed and shipped with care and arrived even sooner than promised.

Unfortunately it had a problem with heating and I feared it would have to be shipped back for repairs, messing up the birthday. Instead, the incredible Antonio walked me through a very simple procedure that fixed the issue in seconds.

Northwest Kitchenware will now get ALL my coffee-related business, and I'll tell everyone I know: THIS is the place to go.

I bought my machine from them 5 years ago, it had issues right away and they fixed it without issue. It never acted up again. I like that they have kitchen supplies, and equipment straight from Italy that you might not be able to find so easily elsewhere. I also appreciate that they have machines the local competition doesn't carry which gives you a reason to visit them. Keep it up!

Great service, incredible products. I've gone to them on numerous occasions and they have always provided me with superior service and items. I've purchased two significant espresso machines from them, and when one of them had a small issue, they dealt with right on the spot. I literally could not ask for more. Wonderful people.

Excellent customer service! I bought an as-is demonstration model, and was not happy with it's performance. Tony offered to take it back a month later at full value, and put the credit towards a new machine.

I ended up spending a bit more than I was planning, but now have a high end machine that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Great people, great service. I bought La Pavoni (they recommended that machine, which i really love) 3 years ago, and ask them 2-3 times for help, teaching me to use properly coffee espresso machine. They did that, and fix few minor things in professional manner. Tony was so helpful, and give me lot tips, even about what kind of coffee to use. I really appreciate their service. So if you need good coffee espresso machine, just go there.

I thought I would try them out for service. One phone call to ask a couple questions and I’ll never go there. Rude and attitude. Too many other good places then to have to put up with that.

I returned over the weekend and picked up a few bags of Saggi cafe espresso beans. I was able to sample the coffee before I purchased it - very good! Staff was very friendly.

They have an excellent selection of espresso machines, and steven is very knowledgeable about coffee beans and his recommendation for their gourmet Saggi coffee ground was awesome. Will be buying espresso beans from them for now on.

The experience of going shopping where you are treated like a human being is a unique experience. During the Christmas Holidays I went to the Northwest Kitchenware for the purchase of a new Espresso Coffee Machine.
I was served directly by the owner of the shop; Antonio, first he offered me a coffee and then kindly asked me what I needed.
After having looked at about seven Espresso Coffee Machines he recommended the most effective and simple to use.
He did not try to sell me the most expensive one, but the one that suited my needs.

After discussing an issue on my saeco espresso machine, I was assured it could be repaired for $150. When returning home with my machine, it still did not work. I called an hour after leaving, and the technician, who said he is the best at Saeco repairs, said he could not return the $150 and would have to charge an additional fee to further investigate the repair. I was hustled, and his response shows they have zero care for customer service. Dishonest business.

Northwest Kitchenware Company is simply the best. Full service for major brand coffee / espresso machines. Was worth 150km drive one way to have my DeLonghi machine repaired. Premium Service at great price. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the coffee brands they carry and I am impressed with assortment and quality of kitchenware Items they have. I went looking for a coffee system for my business last week. Walked into The Northwest Kitchenware in Market Lane Vaughan and had to put this review in for the great service. I was impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the staff. They have a vast selection of high end quality systems as well as simple to use products. I was recommended a lever system with many advantages. I did not know there is such an art and culture to great coffee making. I learned a lot and left impressed. The service was attentive and very knowledgeable. It's hard to go anywhere in a single visit and be this satisfied. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will recommend this place to everyone.
