Took my 3 year old daughter, Wendy was amazing and so patient with her. Ann was brilliant, her nail art skills are amazing and I’ll be sure to ask for both for our next visit!

I have been here for a few years and I always have the pleasure with Ann. Her pedicures and manicures are always amazing. She really takes her time and takes care of me.

I always go to this nail salon. They are very good they take there time n do the job. I feel like maybe if clients talk to the staff and include them in a conversation people would see that there kind caring and very helpful and good at there job. Thank you for all your hard work.

Bubbles in my nail polish used old nail polish charged for regular colour kept insisting on shellac, even though I told her once I wanted regular.using old nail polish I would avoid this place

Excellent service, very clean, job well done and pricing is perfect I highly recommend this place. They took me in an hour before close when most wouldn’t!

I didn’t have an appointment when I dropped in. They told me to come in half an hour. Before leaving, I asked them to write my name down. When I came back I was told that I needed to wait more because the customer changed their mind and was also getting a pedicure. When I insisted that to be taken, after few minutes a technician took me to her station. She wrapped my nails with acetone to remove the existing shellac. 10 min later another technician came over and continued with removal. It was the slowest and and sloppiest manicure I ever had.
I don’t recommend this place.

Never recommend this place. It’s a rip off place. They asked if she my daughter was Indian.she said No… then they started to discriminatory towards Indian people and Chinese people. Saying that they are cheap tippers. If I could give a 0 star I would. They aggressively upsell. I do not recommend this place.

Love the space and organization of the place.i went here for a basic shellac mani and pedi, it was an extremely relaxing experience.

Called ahead of time to inform I’d be 10 mins late, and to potentially move my appointment by 15 mins. The phone rang for a long time but no one and answered. I walk into the salon and the male receptionist was extremely rude. He told me I’m 15 mins late and I showed him my phone to prove I called ahead of time and he denied it. He said “oh well I’m at the desk all day the phone didn’t ring” which is a lie and unprofessional. They’re decent at doing nails but extremely pushy.

I’m happy to be a regular customer and book my appointments ahead always. Very popular high quality nail salon, nice friendly staff.

Okay let me start by saying I LOVE my nails! I’ve been to multiple nail salons. I have yet to find a salon that takes their time in giving you premium quality.

Visited One Nails for the first time today and had a lovely experience. My friend and I were able to walk-in without a booking. Jojo was absolutely amazing! So friendly and was highly skilled at her job. My nails turned out even better than how I had imagined. Jojo really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. Including the thickness of my french tip design. Even added some flowers as a birthday gift to me, really nice of her!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Overall the staff and cleanliness of the place was great

I came today wanting pink acrylic nails and butterflies on the index, the guy who did it had no idea what he was doing and kept messing up my nails and rubbing off the acrylic multiple times. Charged me $75 when my nails looked nothing like the picture shown. No butterflies at all and asked me “where did the butterflies go? ” He knew he didn’t do it properly and he asks me that. Next time, if you cannot do the nails I ask for, then simply say you can’t and I’ll go somewhere that can do it. It’s ridiculous to pay full amount when everything was rushed and not to what I want. Would not recommend or return back here again.

I have been coming here for my last several pedicures and very satisfied with the experience. You can get an appointment same day which I love. Prices are fair and the facility is extremely spacious and well kept.

This was my first time getting bio gel nails. I did it over my natural nails with the recommendation of the technician. By the end of it, my nails were thickly coated to the point where it looked like I was wearing 10 layers of nail polish. Since it was my first time I thought this was how bio gels looked (I was mistaken it was just him who did a bad job). Then I made the mistake of going back to this place to get the bio gel removed. Maybe it was because it would only take $15, as I was just getting them removed and nothing more. They rushed the job. They used the e-file to remove it. I did some research since my nails didn't look right after the removal. Everywhere online they use a soak off and buffer. And online it says the e-files are bad for the nail bed? My nails now look brittle and discoloured. I've had a really bad experience with this salon and will never go back.

Horrible experience. I got shellac done and wanted to remove it. Also, wanted facial, the guy at the front was extremely rude. They close at 10pm and I went at 8pm… tell me how this guy tried to convince me they don’t take anyone after 8pm. I asked to book appointment the next day and he said “I can’t just come walk in ridiculous. Ignored me and continued with next person nvr again rude

Was in the neighborhood and called to book an appointment. Was told to come, there will be a short wait. The short wait was at least 40 mins.
Candy was amazing though. Not rightly prepped, she went to fetch her tools a couple of times but she took her time and provided me with excellent service.
Another client came just as I was finally getting attended and requested a pedicure as well. The male 'nail expert' finished the pedicure halfway before me. Express package!

Very unprofessional, uncleanly, and expensive! I came in just wanting a shellac polish change and paid a little over $30. The job was also not very good and popped off after about a week.

I paid $100 for a shellac manicure and pedicure. After only 4 days my shellac was peeling off. They did not do a good job cleaning my cuticles or applying the polish.

Please read this review before you go here - first of all don't. I booked 3 manicures for me along with others on a sunday at 6: 30pm. About two days later i checked to see what time they closed and it was a 6, I called them and they literally said "just come. " They rushed my moms nails, they did a manicure within 20 minutes. 2O MINUTES WE TIMED THEM! They didn't even file the nails correctly and there was still some dry skin. That wasn't even the worst part.my mom asked for a specific shellac colour, it was 189. While the man was painting my moms nails it was different colour, and we confirmed and asked "is this the right colour" and the man, his name is DAVID ensured it was. After we checked and there were two shades with the same number, so it was indeed a wrong colour. We went up to them and told them about the mistake and blamed it on us! He said it was our fault we didn't change the colour, when my mom literally asked if it was the right colour. We all work in customer service, and we did not raise out voices at all. Instead, it was david shouting at us and blaming us when this was a mistake on their end as they have two shellac shades with the same number. None of us were satisfied with our nails at all, and the only thing he offered was $5 off. Our experience was rushed, unprofessional, and they were extremely rude. Please don't come here and spend $30 on this manicure that they do not even do a good job on. Please save your time and money.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a while now and always have a good outcome. Most recently I got my nails done by Van (green). It’s a solar gel with tips on. My nails are always a bit pricier but for the quality of the designs I’m always very impressed. I work as a nurse and use my hands constantly without any issues of breaking or chipping for 3 - 4 weeks till I get my refill.

My mom recently got her nails done by Jojo (red). She got a pedicure and shellac manicure done. She is always very sensitive when it comes to the drill but she said Jojo did a great job being gentle with her.

Service was amazing! And Van did such an amazing job with my set ️ Definitely would recommend coming here to get your nails done

It was my first time getting gel nail paint & manicure at this particular salon, however, not appealing to me. Dissatisfied.
I mentioned the colour that I wanted & it seems like they use the same nude pinkish shade for all the nude shades that they show to a client on their display. They did not change the shade inspite of saying that it was not what I wanted.
Poor service & communication.
Would not go back for sure.

After showing a photo of nude French nails with red tips and choosing the shade of red with her she gave me pink with white tips.just regular French nails. Nothing like the photo and nothing like the bottle of red that was infront of her. I was so confused I thought there was a method to the white tips and she was going in with the red after. Paid a lot of money for something I did not want at all and tried to explain many times. Eventually got frustrated and just gave up.

The place is beautiful but don’t let that fool you into thinking the service or quality is up to par. I went to get bio gel refill and I had 1 broken nail. I’m upset mainly because my nail technician kept getting up to do other things meanwhile there were other staff (2 men) who were wandering around chit chatting away. Then she had to leave while applying top coat just to go to the front desk and attend to a walk-in customer! That to me is absolute HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE towards me. My bill came up to almost $70 without my tip! The lady said it cost me $5 for the broken nail and $10 for the one nail with a different colour. I researched the previous low rating reviews and I couldn’t agree more with them. The owner then replied stating that they raise the prices because they are located in a prime area, and rent is high!? I think that’s absurd! They should only have the balls to raise prices because their QUALITY OF WORK meets to the high standards! So basically they are charging people high prices for low quality work just to pay for their spot at the plaza. Think twice before coming here ladies! P. S I confronted a lady who walked out before me and she also got a bio gel refill with just a simple red polish (no broken nail, no extra colour on the one finger) and this poor girl paid $73! Makes me wonder what kind of BS the staff had to tell her in order to validate the price she paid. ‍️‍️

1. You are not very sincere about your response. I am obviously extremely unimpressed and that’s why I was compelled to write a review. And YES indeed the lady doing my nails went to go say hi to a customer as she was applying top coat on my nails. She stopped on my ring finger, got up because a lady walked in, and then even forgot which nail she finished.
2. Again, you’re not sincere about your excuse for pricing. I showed her how upset I was regarding the price she offers which was more than “$57” and ended up saying she’s going to take “tax off” and I was nice enough to leave my $3 tip cause you clearly needed it.so I kept my $10 not “$13” that u claim she tried to give back.
3. As an update to the work she’s done- the gel has lifted after only the 2nd day! Clearly your quality of work is horrible.
4.there was no response to the $73 you charged the other client. I guess you got away with over charging the poor girl.

This is my new go-to place for shellac nails. The people are really nice and it stays looking good for at least 2 weeks with no chipping. All the technicians are great and they take their time to make sure every nail looks good. Thanks for everything. I love this place. I'll come back

I spent so long growing my nails and was so happy to finally have them long. I told the technician I want to keep the length and just to file to get a square shape. She filed them for so long until they were extremely short. Some nails were long, most were short. I brought it up to her and she said it’s the style.

The lady getting her nails done beside me was asked if she wanted coffee or water. That was a nice gesture. But I wasn’t asked. If you treat your customers nice then please be consistent.

I got a shellac manicure and my manicure chipped on 3 nails in less than 24 hours and I didn’t even use my hands that much in that time period.

The set up of the salon is very nice though. Looks very classy. I really wish I liked the service just as much.

I've always been acknowledged from the time of my entrance, the workers are people friendly, almost like another home,! Don’t worry you will have some lawyers customer will come back.

Had high hopes for this salon, but my visit was disappointing. For the prices they charge I was expecting to get excellent service, but my manicure and pedicure was sloppy, I had nail polish on my skin around my nails. The technician did a minimal callus clean up, there is still rough skin left, I barely feel the difference before and after. Same for my manicure, he did minimal cuticle clean up and went straight for the nail polish. Tried once, never coming back again.

Prices were what you would expect but the service was exceptional. Their choices of nail polish/colours were great and they cater to kids which is always a plus.
I always advise people to call ahead of time for an appointment so you aren't stuck waiting and I wish I could remember the young man who I had because he was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to.

I've been here a few times, and I gave it a fair chance and really love the location/hours; however the service is subpar. It is very rude when you are sitting there getting your nails done and all the workers are speaking their native language and laughing- it feels like they are laughing at you. They also sit and hang out in the customer seats and eat snacks and have drinks in front of the customer. My nails have been very damaged after each time of coming here. When the product is put on my nail bed it burns, which isn't normal. I wish I could say you get what you pay for, but they charge quite a bit, so I expected better. I really gave the place a chance and really wanted to love it. I know this place will do well if the workers are more professional.

They did a great job on my nails and were so accommodating and friendly! The nails look beautiful and I get so many compliments! The spa is very clean and the decor is lovely! I very highly recommend this place!

I have been going to " the one nail" for over 3 months. When I looked up the phone number to give them a call I was disappointed when I saw bad reviews! It must be their competitors because this place is always BUSY, most customers are addressed by name when I am there and I have never heard someone upset, and if it were me and I was upset, I would for sure tell them and not leave without it being addressed. I will continue to go to "the one nail ", and now I will get to calling them which is how I came across the non-sense of bad reviews. Keep up the great work "the one"

My friend and I went to ' the one nail' today and were completely blown away. It’s our new favorite place to go and we would definitely recommend it. The staff were all friendly and took so much time making our nails perfect. They paid attention to detail and hands down gave us the best manicures we’ve ever been given. They also took us in as walk-ins which was amazing. So thrilled to have found this place!

It was beautiful and very calming. My person talked with me liked we'd known each other for years and I loved that. Great experience. Loved the place. Will recommend and return!

I love this nails salon and no waiting and they does a wonderful job. It's clean and the people keep it that way and always do a great job.

I love the service at the one nail. My nails are always perfect, and they grow out beautifully. My pedicures last forever! Always so kind and gentle. Have tried many other salons over the years and I love this one.
