The Ottawa Flower Shop

My husband purchased a bouquet of flowers worth over $100 to surprise me for my birthday. In his order he asked that the flowers to my workplace BEFORE 1: 30pm. At 3: 22pm I received an Uber message that I received a delivery to my workplace. By that time, I had already arrived home in Orleans. Since my husband was out of the country on a work trip, he asked me to call the phone number for the Ottawa Flower Shop but there was no way of getting through. I ended up driving all the way back downtown during rush hour from Orleans to go and pick them up. Since my workplace was already locked up, I had to find a custodian to open the office where it was delivered. This certainly is not the professional and punctual flower deliveries that we have used in the past. All this to say, we will never use the Ottawa Flower Shop again.

My mom has gotten me flowers from here 2 years in a row for my birthday and they are always soooo beautiful! Appreciate the personal touches and the effort that goes into every single detail. Makes me feel like I’m home even when I’m far away. Shoutout to Peggy for her amazing service! Thank you

Flowers were very nice and delivered as requested. Communication was very lacking. No email regarding when they were out for delivery. No confirmation that they were delivered. Had the recipient not called us, we would still be wondering if they were delivered.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers and they arrived past 11 PM after being told that the latest they would arrive is 9 pm. They were supposed to be “Valentine’s Day” themed and they showed up all white. Don’t understand what is Valentine’s Day themed about pure white flowers. They look like sympathy flowers lol. Literally so disappointing and disheartening. Wish we chose a different place.

We ordered the “ Luminous” bouquet for someone who lost a loved one. We saw a picture of it and it was just as pretty if not, more so, than the image on their website. The flowers arrived on time too. It’s been 5 days and they still look nice.

One of the nicest arrangements I have ordered and at a very reasonable price. My daughter had a baby and this business made it extra specially nice for her. It's obvious the time and care that was put into making this arrangement unique and adorable. Highly recommend this flower shop if you want that special attention to your order.

The shop was really quick in getting back to me via email when requesting a delivery time estimate, but the flowers received were nothing like the ones I thought I ordered as displayed on their website. I ordered the 'Tied Wonder' for the "deep colors" (purples & reds) but ended up getting yellows and whites. Disappointing that I didn't get a response letting them know it didn't even look like the same order.

I have nothing but 5 star rating for the Ottawa Flower Shop. I always call from NB and I always get a 100% satisfaction from the Flower arrangements as well as 100% from the staff as they go out of their way to create masterpieces. I 100% promote The Ottawa Flower Shop and the staff who work relentlessly to satisfy their customers.

There phone number has been HIJACKED! When you call the phone number for here in Ottawa, you get re-directed to a U. S.location, and they then LIE, and say they are in OTTAWA!

I am very happy with the excellent service, the beautiful arrangement and the level of communication provided by the owner.
She went above and beyond adding three gifts for my new grandson.
It was great to deal with a flower shop that puts passion into their business. Congratulations!

Flowers came on monday and two days later the roses are turning brown.not worth the $100 and not gonna order from here again.

I ordered a daisy bouquet and they ended up being all carnations. Also I emailed to confirm when delivery would be, and I didn’t hear back which is totally fine I understand things get busy but I would have preferred to cancel my order had I known that they only had carnations

editing to add: the owner let me know that my order contained hydrangeas as well and have offered to send the daisys which is above and beyond in my books!

I ordered a standard, ""Fondly Fuschia" arrangement and it did not meet the standard I had hoped for. The flowers were browning slightly around the edge of the petals, some were missing petals, and it was not very nicely designed. I would try another flower shop next time or go for the deluxe, I guess.

My husband bought me an amazing bouquet of roses and lilies.the bouquet is very dense.and as the flowers are in various stages of blooming the bouquet will last for a while.it's absolutely stunning.and I would definitely order again.perfect gift to beat some of the January winter blues.my only comment would be I wish florists included a small note when bouquets include poisonous flowers.consuming any part of lilies are highly toxic to cats, even ingesting the water lilies are in can be enough exposure to kill a cat.

My boyfriend ordered some pink long stem roses for me for Valentines. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these roses. They're not fresh, buds are lose and will not last long, for the price paid for them I'd expect fresh roses.at least the colour is pretty, right?

I had an incredible experience with Ottawa Flower Shop! In particular, I had terrific customer service from Peggy.

I purchased an arrangement from the Ottawa Flower Shop with white hydrangeas for my best friend's birthday. White hydrangeas are her absolute favourite. I was looking all over Ottawa for an arrangement comprised of mostly these flowers, however I could not find one anywhere. I therefore decided to order a flower arrangement from the Ottawa Flower Shop that had *some* white hydrangeas! To my surprise, after I paid for the arrangement, I received an email from Peggy (from Ottawa Flower Shop) asking if I could like the arrangement to be all white hydrangeas and white roses! It was such a wonderful surprise - I could not believe it! My best friend received her flowers on her birthday and absolutely loved them. The flowers were extremely fresh and - as promised - the arrangement was all white hydrangeas and roses. I will be purchasing all of my future arrangements from the Ottawa Flower Shop!
