I had a facial with Stacy this week, due to pregnancy, I was limited in treatments I could get. However, she did do a SkinCeuticals Medical Facial and used pregnancy safe products on my skin. It was about 30 minutes and my skin felt so nice and hydrated. This pregnancy and the winter has caused me to have alot of dryness so the hydration I feel in my skin is awesome. She did extractions on my T-zone and they were painless! 10/10 recommend this treatment if you’re pregnant. I can’t wait until after my pregnancy to get a HydraFacial from her.

I visited this clinic on multiple occasions. Sarah is an exceptional person for aesthetic services, her hydra facials are awesome and the results are spectacular. She is very meticulous. I also saw Dr. Michon at least on 3 occasions for fillers and he is very kind, he takes time to listen and definitely cares for your needs. He is above all, very professional and very very knowledgeable - You are in goods hands with him, no doubt. I would even say that he's an artist.
Update: Mid November I had a MD Bela Glow facial with Stacey and I cannot express how pleased I am with the results. Stacey is very calm, really listens and will answer to any questions or concerns you might have, I swear by her! I have seen her on multiple occasions for different treatments and I am super satisfied over and over again! This clinic is extremely clean and of course the best in Ottawa. Bravo team!

Great clinic and staff. I've been going to Dr. Michon for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. He's knowledgeable and takes time to understand your needs and concerns. Bonus, he's fun and has a great sense of humour!

Fantastic experience! I received 2 rounds of coolsculpting on my abdomen and could not be happier with my experience at project Skin, specifically with my nurse, Stacey. Stacey was awesome! She clearly communicated what to expect during the procedure and after the procedure as well as tips to get the best results.

Following my coolsculpting I noticed a that my stomach appeared less bloated, my belly button sat higher, my stomach had less sag and muscle tone started to appear on my top abdomen. I also noticed a significant change in my mobility, specifically during yoga and weight lifting. This really motivated me to make healthier lifestyle change because I felt comfortable while I was working out and being physical.

I would definitely recommend coolsculpting, especially with Stacey. Stacey has such a talent to make people look and feel their best. Thank you Stacey for all your hard work, I will deffinately be coming back for future treatments!

Nearly one year ago I attended a different clinic in Ottawa for a lip procedure. The nurse proceeded to inject the wrong substance into my lips by accident, causing extreme swelling and complete numbness that lasted for months. I was told this error had never occurred before and there was no information on what the long-term implications would be, as the substance that was injected was not meant for the lip area. Needless to say this was by far the scariest experience of my life. I didn't know if my face would ever look normal again or if I would ever re-gain full feeling. In desperation while at the emergency hospital that Sunday evening, I reached out to Dr. Michon via Instagram to ask if he could help me. Dr. Michon, who was in a completely different time zone on the other side of the world attending a conference on complications (ironically enough), responded quickly, offered his initial opinion after asking me to send him photos, and offered to see me on his lunch break the first day he was back, that following Tuesday. Not only did he continue to follow up with me for the next several months, but he also took the time to go above and beyond in many ways - consulting with other doctors around the world, reaching out to the Ontario Nurse's Association, contacting the pharmacy that prepares the vials, and researching into possible solutions to help speed my recovery. He checked in often to see how things were progressing and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. This is a man who cares so deeply about patient safety, and his passion for the medical cosmetic field shows not only in his day-to-day work but also in his constant involvement in research, learning and teaching others. It's pretty obvious that he is an expert in this field and Ottawa is extremely lucky to have him.
Please, if you are considering lip fillers, do your research on your injectors. Yes, some places may cost less. But if you are someone who is considering cosmetic injections, it means you clearly care about how you look. Take it from me, your face is NOT something you want to take a risk with. I was lucky that my outcome was not worse, but from now on, I know that I am in the best hands with Dr. Michon and his team.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. It was extremely well organized, fast, efficient and friendly. I was in and out with my treatment done in a timely manner.

Absolutely outstanding staff and procedures/products. I’ve known Dr. Michon since before working at the clinic. He continues to transfer his awesome people skills and extremely competent knowledge base to this day. Along with his staff, they answer any questions one may have and they don’t push any products or procedures on customers. You make an appointment for assessment and get very knowledgeable and professional advice based on current medical standards. I had a great facial with Jennifer few weeks back- made big difference my complexion. I just wanted to look as good on the outside as I felt on the inside in my late 50’s. Have excellent results with Dr. Michon and fillers. Lol

The technician that was working with me was incredibly kind, clearly knew everything about each product, serum, and wash she was using, and was very enthusiastic about answering all of my questions. She also offered amazing advice regarding my skincare. Definitely a 5/5 experience (the free espresso pre-treatment was also awesome)

I reached out to this clinic when I was travelling to Ottawa for business. I called from the airport in calgary while I was waiting for my connection. I had concerns that I had a possible occlusion and the injecting clinic kept dismissing my concerns, I was worried and I wanted a second opinion. They booked me in for the next morning at 830 am before the clinic opened. That alone was shocking that they would come in early to see me, and I wasn't even their patient. Dr. Michon and his staff were incredible. He did an ultrasound right away and could see there was in fact an occlusion. He then treated the area 3 times with hyaluronidase, having me wait 30 minutes after each treatment and then repeated the ultrasound after each time until he was happy with the blood flow. He even consulted the hospital about the possibility of hyperbaric chamber treatment. I was there for 3.5 hours. To say that I'm grateful that they agreed to see me is an understatement, but there are to words to express how it felt to be seen and heard and that they recognized and managed the complication immediately. I honestly don't know what would have happened if I hadn't seen them. I would 10000% recomend Dr. Michon and his clinic and if I ever decided to have a cosmetic procedure done I would travel to Ottawa to see him.

I am always happy with my results at this clinic. Dr. Michon is professional and experienced and I would definitely recommend him. He is great at what he does, explains the procedures clearly and his staff alway call to check in after the procedure. I always feel like I am in good hands. The clinic is spotless and the staff are friendly and also professional.

The staff at The Ottawa Skin Clinic are amazing! Had a great Hydrafacial treatment with Stacy on Thursday & my skin has never felt so amazing! Highly recommend!

In 2019 the assistant was very welcoming telling me that if I paid a 2500$ package for 4 session I was going to be eligible for maintenance session at a heavily discounted price of 150-200$.

No mention of date limits or anything of the sort was given to me. After paying such high fees, I did do my 4 sessions. So far so good.

I contacted them, being very polite, and requested the manager to offer a similar offer than what was offered to me in 2019. Maybe 3-4 sessions at a similar prices (adjusted for inflation) than what was originally offered, just for good business relation and keeping a customer happy.

When I tried to claims my maintenance sessions at a similar price, they more than double their prices.and finally told me that I had to redo my sessions, and pay another 2500$ for the privilege.

The manager then told me that "I did not sign any contract" and therefore did not have a contract. While I agree I did not have a signed contract, but a verbal contract is valid in Canadian law.

Instead of letting me pay for a couple of session at a discount (not asking for any freebies here), and keep a good customer happy they preferred to go to the defensive, and basically told me to go elsewhere.

If you do business with such clinic, I recommend making sure you put in writing such terms and conditions of the service rendered, cause otherwise, the assistant manager did not want to held her part of a verbal contract.

Dr. Michon is very knowledgeable and explains procedures well. He does great work. My procedure was done with very little pain and no bruising, a sure sign that Dr. Michon knows what he's doing. He also has a great sense of humor. Nice clinic, the staff is friendly as well.

Dr. Michon is simply a miracle worker. I have seen him many times for Botox and recently went in for a facial rejuvenation. The treatment was pain free and I had no bruising or swelling post treatment. My before and after photos are quite remarkable. I still look like myself but with a little more lift and contour in my face and jawline. I highly recommend Alain and the team at Ottawa Skin Clinic!

I am going to this clinic since 2016, I am not a regular person for facial. I do 3-4 facials every year only but every time I do my facial I just love my skin. I love to go to this clinic again and again.

So far so good the staff has been nice and cooperative. The environment is very nice and soothing. I haven't finished my treatments here but I'll be sure to update after my appointments are over
