Disrespectful salesperson. After only asking if they have any special offers, they suggested us to go to other stores! And, when we were checking other trousers (different size), the same salesperson gave us a look and pointed to the few that were available like we MUST check only those our size and nothing else.

I am very bad with keeping track of sizes so it was quite a relief to have one of the assistants (Tracy Trieu) help me out. She is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of style and will get you the best deals. If you ever wanna look like the man, go to The Outlet by Harry Rosen and have Tracy or any of the other assistants do the rest!

Walk in first time wow i was surprised good selection and girl approached me her name was tracy and she was soo good help me try measure me etc amazing service seriously i be back wish more store have ppl like this and on side tailored just perfect in out in 20 minutes good job

My husband and I arrived at the Harry Rosen outlet this evening… expectations for a successful shopping trip were low. My husband is very difficult to shop with! We met Michael Rubin and the energy of our trip instantly changed. A consummate gentleman and an expert in mens clothing and fashion - we were in excellent hands. Had we checked one of the five things off of our shopping list this evening I would have been thrilled, but Michael took perfect care of us and moved expertly through each item we needed. I highly, highly recommend this establishment and will always ask for Michael Rubin. What a gem!
PS My husband would like to add that we were in and out in under an hour!:)
