I am really impressed by the service I have gotten from the Delegation. I sent my passport for renewal and within 2 weeks I got it back. Not only this, but also by the courtesy extended by the staff (especially Mustafa, who usually picks up the calls). I never expected to say this about a consulate/embassy especially with the prejudice we usually have, but to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and how easy the process was. Impressive!

Although it was the first time I met Mr. Mekhail Fadlo this afternoon in Mississauga, at the first moment of the meeting he managed to make me feel as if I was sitting with a best friend of mine. Mr. Fadlo is highly knowledgeable, humble, honest and a very helpful person. He has shown a high level of professionalism and objectivity, he is super skilled in solving problems with the easiest ways possible to meet what's required. He was able to create and keep a comfortable atmosphere during the entire meeting, I conclude that Mr. Fadlo did an amazing job for me and I would like to thank him so much as well as I wish him more progress and success in his work.

EVERY ONE WHO GAVE MORE THAN ONE STAR IS NOT RIGHT THAT IS A LIE OR MIGHT BE ONE OF THEM. They are here just for salary and not doing any thing to help any one as they supposed to. No email response, and no telephone response as per my bad experience with them.

Been calling for weeks now, and no one answers. Super unprofessional when people need answers to their questions when it is already such a struggle to find answers here! I also tried emailing but no response.
