Great little spot.
Food is decent. Not many other places around out there to eat and have a drink.
Outdoor patio and sometimes has music in summer. Easy to get to by boat also which is cool. Old historical building.
Definitely check it out when in town

Okay, for a restaurant, obviously the food (and it’s outstanding - make sure you try the Fish and Chips or the Burger, nom nom), but the staff! Can’t say enough about Chandra and Tracy!

While the food was ok by pub standards and the service was very good, overall the pricing was high considering the rather tired and run down environment.

We are on the patio. The waitress was prompt to begin our service. When our order arrived it was in a timely manner but wrong. Then when it was corrected one of the plates had brown ended celery. We were checked on once through our dining experience. Then when it came to about 20 minutes after us being finished and ready to pay the patio hadn't had service in awhile. Another couple had waited the whole 20 minutes to order but got up and left. My husband ended up going into the restaurant to pay. My chicken fingers were pretty good. My husband said his wings were ok. We may return we aren't sure.

Friendly staff, same atmosphere I remember, but the food (burger and rings) was only so-so. Put it down to coming in just before closing. Also, for a place that advertises itself as a BBQ joint, there weren't many BBQ options.

Saw this restaurant in town as we rented a cottage 3 mins away from this place. 9 of us wanted to eat out to enjoy a family dinner with each other and decided to go to this restaurant. Came into the store. Probably 5-6 tables full. Didn't seem busy at all. One younger lady say us and made our table for 9. Very friendly and professional. Even asked if we went to the beach today which we absolutely did. Was pleasant to see such a friendly mannered waitress. On the other hand the older lady who took our orders was very rude and unprofessional. Seemed like as soon as we walked through the door she wanted to turn off the open sign. We had a 16 month old baby with us so it is convenient for us to be inside. But she insisted for us to go outside which we chose not to. When taking our orders we had to repeatedly tell her what we wanted.

Food was not the greatest. Was ok for a small restaurant like this one. Waited for almost 50 mins for our food and based on the other reviews others have experienced the same thing. The restaurant had so many flies around the table it made it very uncomfortable to eat. When asked for water or extra napkins it took her almost 15 mins to get. Mind you, if the restaurant was busy I can understand but the restaurant was not even busy at all.

Overall our experience with this specific waitress was unpleasant. We left this restaurant as soon as we were done our food. Would not recommend this restaurant if your in town.

The wings were great, the owner came by our table and asked us if we were happy everything. Great place

I cannot rate the food. The service we got upon entering had us turn right around and go elsewhere.

Manu and Pooja are the new owners/operators of the restaurant since February 2023. They actually care about the food quality and service. We had burgers, that were done to perfection. Portions were generous, and service was great.

The Pattie House has stepped up its game. With the new owners of recent. I've been multiple times for dinner and very much enjoyed. Great owners and staff.

So we’ve been to this place a few times over the years.always seems to be a different menu and maybe different owners.

In any case, we were there this past weekend. Wasn’t busy - maybe 10 patrons in the place. Looked like there were about 4 people working the dining area.

The place needs a makeover and renovation. It’s very tired looking. No “ambiance”. Layout is really odd. From what I recall it has a huge patio area, but from other posts, it seems that’s in need of repair as well. The whole place is just “blah”.

We were seated quickly, but then waited maybe 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Drinks came quickly, and we ordered food. The menu is pretty good. Lots of selection with a bunch of salads as well, for a change,

It was about 45 minutes before the food showed up, which seemed really long based on the number of people in the place. Food was tasty. Decent portions. Service was friendly, etc, although sporadic with the attentiveness for a place that wasn’t that busy.

Washroom was kinda grungy.and if that’s dirty, then I really don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Anyway, I think the new owners could do more with that place. It’s almost like it’s too big - too much open space.

My friends and I are have always lived in the area and have been coming here for years. Last time I was there I had cheesecake for dessert that had gone bad but we went again hoping it had improved. It was not the case, we waited over an hour and a half for our food, the girl serving us said they were understaffed and falling behind but stood and talked with tables for 10 minutes whilst other diners had been seated for 30 minutes and not even had drink orders taken. The burgers came out like hockey pucks they were so bad. The Mac and cheese was stone cold. Also to top it all off the new owner is out chatting with customers and meanwhile his washrooms are absolutely disgusting. If it was supposed to be a dive bar it’d be alright but for the price of the food it was terrible. We’ll come back when there’s new owners again.

We go here for trivia night and it's always a blast. The food is great and so is the service. The new owners are lovely.

Our server Anika was great, friendly and right where she was needed, we kept her hopping with 6 in our group she was like a old pro. But she was so young. We will be back.

I had the spinach & chicken wrap, it was very good. I really enjoy their spinach salad, it was great in the wrap. My husband had the butter chicken & naan, he said it was the best he's ever had. Will definitely be back for more.

Amazing new management with great fresh ideas. Trivia night is a blast. Looking forward to a fun summer at the Pattie House. Try the new butter chicken poutine!

Service is friendly but painfully slow. Not sure about the food, I gave up after waiting an hour.

Ordered from here once before and it was great. Second time i tried and no one would answer the phone or confirm the order online despite the being open for what was supposed to be another hour.

I ate at this place recently, and the food quality was tremendous. The owner's are super nice! Would recommend coming in the restaurant for Thursday trivia's and the hockey nights.

Haven't been in a few years and made a stop in on February 11th, new owner is very nice and staff was friendly aswell

Visited the Pattie House in Coboconk! What a local gem! It was great to see so many locals coming together to support the new management. Great atmosphere and vibe. Food portions were generous and reasonably priced. Enjoyed the pool table and darts. Would be great place to hang out to watch the game. Can't wait to visit the patio in the summer!
