No doubt, the best pet pharmacy within the GTA! They provide excellent customer services and affordable prices. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. There was an instance when my package was temporarily lost in transit and they went above and beyond to assist me. Also, they’ll deliver any products you’re looking for if it’s not on their website. I strongly recommend using them over Petsdrugmart, which tends to ship supplies with ridiculously near expiration date and cost much more as well.
Communication is always great. I always get a phone call going over everything and asking me questions about my dog, to make sure the medication is appropriate. Shipping is quick and hassle free. A great way to save money on pet medication, without sacrificing service.
The Pet Pharmacist is making it possible for us to keep our diabetic cat healthy. These people really care about the welfare of our pets. The pricing is affordable, almost half of what our vet was asking in some cases. The service is wonderful and the product is always available within the time needed. We are grateful for these people who are focused on healthy pets at affordable prices. So is our diabetic cat, Zachary. Thank you.
So so so so so much cheaper than buying from the vet office. The medication my pupper is on costs $0.11 per capsule at the Pet Pharmacist, and $1.00 per capsule at the vet! Efficient and accurate service.
I just called and asked for some Zentonil.the young lady had me wait and when she returned told me that it was unavaliable. I asked her where to get some and she said in a rather tired way that you could ask your vet.if I had wanted to do that I would not be calling you.
I found the experience less than helpful and hope that this person learns some basic human communications skills or finds a job she would rather be doing as she doesn't seem too happy doing this job.
I only gave 1 star because it was the lowest one could give. Very unimpressed.
Absolutely terrible to work with pharmacy from a professional standpoint - won't help pets that are out of province for no reason other than the pharmacist's stuck up attitude for basic non controlled compounds.
Affordable compared to vet pricing. Knowledgeable pharmacist took the time to explain all of the medications to us. Will be going back for all pet related medications.
When my dog was first diagnosed with diabetes, we were buying his insulin from our vet. I went looking online for a pet pharmacy after talking to some people on a Facebook support group for diabetic pets. I was able to find the exact same medication for half the price. As I live about 300 kms away, I started buying several at a time and had them shipped. Even with shipping, it was still easily $20 less per vial. The customer service was always impeccable! The staff were always friendly and polite. I was always very thankful for their help and support. I just wish I could give more stars.
A better and economical option. Instead of buying yearly, highly marked up treatments from the vet, get a prescription and buy directly from the pharmacy. Makes absolute sense.
Appreciate finding them. Easily 50 per cent cheaper than our vet. With a diabetic dog, glad we found them. Over two years, they have saved us over 1,500 dollars.
On April 6th, I went to pick up my pet medicine. And ring the bell and waited for 35 minutes. Girl already siting there, but not responding. Please get up and service the people. Thank-you.
BEWARE: Expired Medicine! After looking at the prescription I noticed that it was manufactured by Pfizer AH. PFIZER AH sold to a stand alone company called ZOETIS 8+ YEARS AGO! This means to me one of 2 things. They are selling an expired product or it is black market medicine.
Be VERY aware of what you are giving your pet. A little research goes a long way.
For me personally, they have some explaining to do. I won't be shopping here and suggest you pay the extra money for more accurate results for your pet.
Always good service. I was buying preventative medication every year at Vet’s office until discovered this pharmacy and the same medication cost me about $100 chipper. Greedy doctors forth you to buy from them and when you refuse and ask to write a prescription they charge for it. Mine cost me $30 plus tax and this is after I had annual visit for which I already paid. I can’t find any explanation nor argumentation as to why piece of paper should cost that much other than punishment for owners not buying from them.
They are great! Very professional, helpful and prices in comparison to the vets are half the cost for the same brand name meds. I have been purchasing meds for my pouch for the last two years and only had good experiences. I highly recommend them.
