Sorry, I do not know about the service, I am sure you try your best but you have to be careful on the road. A very dangerous guy from the “Piano Guy” was driving on the road today. Cut us off and almost hit our car. We have to stop to avoid an accident.

I was suppose to get a piano from marketplace, but after the seller was not allowing the movers to move the piano, I was devastated that I wouldn’t have one. After not charging me for basically a waste of their afternoon, the piano guy offered me a fantastic deal on my dream piano. You turned a devastating day into one of the best I’ve had in a while!

They have moved two pianos for me one as recently as a week ago. Each time they were prompt and efficient. Moving 900 lbs pianos is a challenge and my antique piano was removed without out a scratch. And no damage whatsoever to my home. They also tune and sell pianos which I didn't know. Don't doubt they are the tops in these fields as well. Kudos gentlemen to a job well done!

He thoroughly answered my many questions and has a large variety of beautiful pianos in his shop. The delivery of our piano was a very positive one, the movers arrived on time and took great care entering our home and protecting not only our piano but our floors as well.
