Had a blast with my kids, the place is so clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Came in for a drop in play and ended up booking my son’s birthday party months in advance. Lovely place. I’ll vouch for it any day!

Best event space to host your kids party. Maureen and her girls are so accommodating and I would highly recommend using them! Thank you again for making my kids birthdays so fun and relaxed!

What a great environment it is to raise kids at. I had my nephews and niece come play here and ever since then, they love it. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place with great customer service, check them out.

OMG where do I start. This indoor playground is a wonderland for kids! The colorful and engaging play areas captured the children's imaginations. The party staff orchestrated a seamless celebration, and we left with smiles all around. Highly recommended for a magical experience. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for which is privacy and convenience.

I have just celebrated my daughters third birthday in a row here. They are always so kind and accommodating. Really go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Helpful and amazing! Cannot recommend this venue enough. Perfect for a child's birthday. The kids have so much fun and parents are able to relax and not worry about their child because the cubes are closed and private.

We had a great experience at playcube for our daughters 1st birthday! Everything was clean, and kids loved the playground! We highly recommend play cube in order to get that private party experience at an indoor playground! Thank you Maureen!

I recently went to a birthday party here and my kids love it. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and professional

We went earlier today, for our first time, with with a large group of young kids and we had such a great time in our own cube! There was a large party in the other cubes and they allowed us to bring in food in our own cube. The staff were so kind and organized. We will definitely be back!

We recently used The Play Cube for our child's birthday party & had such a wonderful experience! The private "Cube" with your own separate play area + kitchenette + seating area for eating is all such a stress relief & cozy for your own party & guests. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for = a great memorable experience. Very clean as soon as we walked in, but you should still never wear white socks to any playplace, lol. We witnessed the staff cleaning & disinfecting as we were leaving, which was great to see in action.

We've used this center about 7yrs ago & visited at least twice since & always enjoyed our time. But this last time was extra wonderful with new owner Maureen; such a warm-welcoming, friendly, always smiles person. Customer Service is very important to us & we received 5-star service from Maureen & her staff.

We'll definitely be back again soon!

Attended a children's birthday party today and immediately noticed the play area was very dark. The host had asked the owner to turn on the all lights and the owner refused because it raised her operation costs? For anyone considering booking this facility for an event, I strongly suggest you ask about their lighting policy beforehand.

We went to the Play Cube for a Birthday party and my children loved it! The space was clean, the service was exceptional and we loved that we had our own separate play section for the group. I highly recommend.

I visted with 5 other moms and 9 children, early in the day on a weekday.
Children 1-3 years old pay $20 and adults are charged $5 (plus tax). The place looks big, but it's just 3 identical play structures. The baby/small child section hardly had any baby toys. The tables and highchairs weren't very clean, there were crumbs and stuck on food. There was hardly any soap in the bathroom and no toilet paper in the stalls. I had to go look under the sink and refill the paper myself as I couldnt leave my kid on the toilet to ask for paper. It's not like it was busy and there were so many people that the paper just ran out, other than charging us upon entering, the lady behind the desk was just sitting there. When washing my daughter's hands the water was brown and upon leaving, our socks were black. Considering we are still in a pandemic and the nature of the business you would think that the place would be spotless, or at least high touch areas and floors clean. I rated the business 2 stars because my child still had fun with her friends and owner seems friendly, but with so many other play places in the area, cleaner and with lower fees, we won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend.

Edited to add: the water was not brown from the tap, her hands were so dirty from the equipment resulting in brown water as she rinsed off the soap.

I booked this place last minute for my son and daughters birthday. Maureen was super accommodating and assured me of everything as the original birthday venue could not hold my party last minute.

She took away the stress of planning a birthday party! When we got there we had time to set up - we had a dj, brought our own food and set up a balloon Garland and sweets table.

This is the best set up because we had our own private space, the kids got to play freely as the seats and tables were in the same room as the play area.

The parents could eat and relax while the kids played to their hearts desire!

Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely host future birthdays here!

Such an amazing establishment run by a dedicated and professional family. Especially one worker Natalie who constantly goes above and beyond for every party. I would definitely recommend having your child’s birthday party here, regardless of age they are very accommodating and focused on your child’s special day.

I was invited for a birthday party here a while ago. This place is very clean and the customer service is amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

Dirty play place. These days I expect a high touched area to be spotless and cleaned constantly. Did not feel comfortable being in this environment as there was so much dust it wasn’t cleaned, the washroom was disgusting.
Slippery and unsafe for young kids. Rude staff. Avoid.

The kids had an amazing time. A very relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming. We love to come here. The owner is so lovely and kind.

Unprofessional staff and unsafe place! Avoid this place. A safety concern was brought up to staff/owner and she said racist remarks. Owner wasn’t wearing a mask either.

What a great place for both kids and adults. Threw our little guys a DJ Marshmello themed party and it was a day we won't ever forget. Place is super clean, you can actually smell the disinfectant as soon as you walk in. Fully equipped with a kitchen and great size. Marine was super helpful and such a lovely soul, she was able to accommodate me with anything I needed. I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back here again

This place is wonderful. The owner is really nice and accommodating. The environment is so welcoming. She provides the space and not be in your face all the time. Best experience, I will encourage parents to use her services.they'll be extremely satisfied

We had my son’s first birthday here and it was incredible! I’m so so happy, words can’t express how relieved I am that everything went so well and in such a beautiful space. The owner, Maureen, was beyond amazing - extremely gracious, kind, patient, and so very helpful between setting up, cleaning up, and everything in between. The kids had a BLAST until it was time to go home because nobody wanted to leave. I cannot thank Maureen and the staff enough for helping to make my baby’s birthday so memorable for everyone. I 100% recommend the Play Cube (it’s our second time hosting a party here) to everyone. We will definitely be back!

I have now visited "The Play Cube" twice.

The first time was incredible i went with my husband and my son, we were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk I believe her name was Kalo, she had us all sign in and temperatures checked.

The price was affordable for the play time provided for my son

The play area was also very clean and safe for children of all ages my son is 17 months old.

The second time I brought my sister along with her daughter and my little one and both of the children had a BLAST!

We also met the owner who was just as nice as the lady that works at the front desk, if you are looking for a nice clean professionally managed play centre this is the place to go!

We did our kids birthday party here and it is actually a great place as the room is big and the price is good. However, please make sure when you get a consultation, the person giving you the consultation writes the prices and what it includes before the actual birthday because they can randomly add stuff. When we were decorating the wall, they were just watching us until we finished. They then told us that if we use that section it is $75 extra. We told them that it does not make sense because we spent 30 minutes decorating the area and you never mentioned that. The told us not to be upset because I spent so much time to look so "pretty"? Also, my father was taking candy from the jar that they had at the front, they mentioned if he is okay to eat because of his diabetes. I mean who says that? Long story short, the place is a great place, I was just not fond of their professionalism at all.

I feel safe bringing my children here, very clean, nice owners as of 2020, you are in good hands when you come here

Huge facility, my kids had an amazing time in all three cubes. Lots of space to run around! Owner is nice and provided amazing service! Definitely reccomend

The management is very bad and rude. I will never go there for any occasion/event never ever, my first time there I'm so disappointed by owner

The new 2020 management is amazing. The new cube rules set everything in order and makes it very clean and sanitary for kids.

We used to live going to the play cube. But the constant change in owners makes the prices unpredictable and higher everytime. With that being said the place has not been maintained the 1st slide is falling apart for about 3 years now and still in the same state. There is never any paper towels in the washroom. I dknt think I would go back or have an other bday party here.

I am torn on my rating because even though the venue is nice and clean I was rather disappointed by the management. I just had a party for 100 people and booked the whole play place. But they added on little conditions on the day of which they definitely did not mention before and frankly seemed tacky.

For example I booked the “whole space” but they charged me an extra $20 for my Photobooth on the empty space at the front inside the gate? Like seriously I booked the whole venue. If I didn’t have a Photobooth but my guest went and stood their would you charge for that too? Please note, the day I went to look at the venue and book I did tell them I was getting a Photobooth and no one said anything then.

I was originally told I would have 30 mins for take down but about 15 mins before my party ended one of the employees told me, by the way you only have 15 mins to take your stuff otherwise you will be charged $40. I was not told about this nor was their any mention on the contract. Instead of 15 past, we were 22 mins past the hour so they charged me $40 extra.

Also I was suppose to have coffee included in my package but no one prepared any. When we finally asked about it approximately 45 mins before our 3 hour party ended, the girl began to prepare it saying oh so you want coffee. And then they only prepared one pot of I’m assuming 10-12 cups for my 60 adult party.

The venue is very nice itself though. Very clean and spacious. And has facilities like garbage bags/tape/lighter available. I would book this venue again if I made sure to discuss any conditions beforehand and make sure I get everything in writing.

Just attended a Nigerian style birthday party on Feb 9th, 2020! It was truly fabulous, definitely would attend another one. Management is very good and clean

We just had my son's birthday today at the Play Cube, and the transformation is wonderful. Even with this weather the place was spotless. It looks so fresh and SO CLEAN, all our guests were amazed on how different it was. Friendly environment, great atmosphere. Thank you again Maureen for everything today. You'll be seeing us again very soon! My son had a blast tonight, and so did our guests!

Great play place that has been around forever! Super friendly and gracious staff, clean facility. We had alot of fun!

We had a 1st birthday party for my daughter in this place, it was amazing. The stuff are professional and polite, the price are really reasonable and also lots of parking place for our guests.we had a really good time in the cubes, highly recommend

THIS PLACE IS SO CLEAN! With the new management as of August 2019, I've never seen it this spotless, WELL DONE! My son had lots of fun at his party! VERY NICE STAFF AND REASONABLE PRICES. Maureen is a sweetheart, God bless her!:)

Not impressed with the new owner, Maureen, who has taken over the business recently. She is very unprofessional and tried to charge me for an extra hour at the very end of the party without speaking to me first. She followed me around during my event and was constantly telling me in my ear that people were dropping cake on the floor which were just pieces of rubber from balloons that popped. I spoke to a staff and asked if I can clean up at 4 (my party ended at 4) and she said that fine as long as we are done before the next party shows up at 4: 30. We finished at 4: 25 and when I went to pay the balance owing, the owner said “no way, you owe me an extra hour”. This is when I pulled out my phone and said “it’s 4: 25” and she said pay me an extra half hour then and she even went in to calculating electricity costs when arguing with me about extra time.and was screaming in my face and pounding her chest when I told her it’s not fair to charge me an extra hour after the fact. After I told her to calm herself, she stormed out of the store and approached my husband in the parking lot to yell at him as well. ALSO.there was a centipede on the slide in cube 1 - my son told me this after we left. I have been planning my children’s parties for the past 10 years and I have never experienced an issue like this.she is not fit to run a business especially one that involves children as she was very aggressive. NEVER going there again.

Its quite spacious for kids to play around, enough tables and chairs and caring service and mostly very clean.

The new owner Maureen is such a nice person! Best owner I've witnessed here by far, she goes out her way to make sure u and the kids have a good time, I'm definitely coming here again

Just had a party here a few weeks ago wonderful service! The new owner Maureen is a very nice lady. Her hospitality was wonderful, I'm definitely coming here a second time. Much better than the other owners.
