Absolutely love The Plus Factor. Quality clothing at great price points. Canadian made as well as they have their own line of beautiful clothing, Black Labb that fit perfectly for every type of woman. The staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I buy 99% of my clothing here. Love love love!

This is my favorite place to shop. I am always greeted with a genuine smile and hello. The staff know their clothes and and how they fit. I get honest feedback and they truly want me to look my best. I always get complimented when I wear clothes that I have purchased from The Plus Factor. These ladies are awesome!

My favourite place to shop! Very personalized and the quality is great on their clothes. Some seems expensive but you won’t find it anywhere else and they regularly have sales and bidding events!

My last review was two years ago. I am still pleased with the clothes offered at the Plus Factor as well as the knowledgeable staff. I have never left empty-handed. More women should try this store first before venturing to other retailers.

The looks are unique. Many if not all of the items are CANADIAN MADE! I hope it is around for a good long time!
