Our sweet dog Tucker is treated so well. As a senior he needs extra attention. Pooch Parlor is patient and gentle and always grooms him beautifully. At twelve he still looks like a pup! Many thanks. I can't recommend Pooch Parlor enough!

Ellen and Tal are absolutely amazing at what they do! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I just recently got a puppy and took him to them for the first time. They did an amazing job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also their prices are so fair comparable to the other places in the neighborhood. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ellen - just wanted to thank you and Tal for your kindness towards our sweet old Oliver as he recovers from his torn ACL. A nice bath and a haircut was just what the doctor ordered. Eighteen years and three dogs later - we are like family. You are the best. Thank you

I was a loyal customer to the Pooch Parlour for 13 years until I took my new 7lbs puppy to get groomed for her second time. Upon picking up my puppy, I was told she bit the groomer when the groomer forgot to put a muzzle back on my puppy before she went to cut her tail. The groomer proceeded to tell me, in front of other customers in the store, that my puppy has serious aggression issues, should be put on a tranquilizer, and is not welcomed back. I am appalled at the treatment I received and the groomer's unprofessionalism - I went to her for 13 years. Safe to say, I won't be returning. Save yourself the drama of dealing with this "experienced" groomer.
