My dog Dutchie had a grooming appointment yesterday. I can't tell you how happy we are w the results. Best grooming EVER! Honestly, we've tried so many places (even going as far as Barrie) and this is hands down the best bath/cut/style he's had. The groomer was so sweet - she took great care and had some valuable feedback upon pick up. From boarding, daycare and now grooming, we always feel confident that Dutchie will receive top notch care and don’t feel an ounce of anxiety at drop off. Thank you!

Our pup LOVES Pooches! You can tell the minute you drop off your pet that they are going to be loved and cared for. The staff all seem to love the pups in their care and are so welcoming - our dog doesn't even look back when being dropped off. We love that they have an outdoor area for the dogs to run around and we enjoy seeing our pup's happy face in the pictures they send.

Pooches Playhouse were super awesome and able to take my dog (who has separation anxiety) for the night at short notice! The care he received was beyond exceptional and I was sent videos so that I could see he was having the time of his life! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My sweet Shayna has been cared for at the Pooches since she was 4 months old (boarding and daycare) from almost the Pooches' beginning. Now she's 2 years old; the company's grown a lot since then (which is impressive and admirable in its own right) and along with that growth, so has the amount of care they put into each dog. They always keep them engaged, fed and nurtured with various group games, themed photoshoots, and playful activities.

In addition, their customer service is personable and excellent. They keep you posted about how your pup is doing with pics on a frequent basis, and almost immediately address any questions you might have.

The love, affection and excitement my dear Shayna has for The Pooches Playhouse is so heartwarming. The way her ears perk up at the simple mention of "Pooches" brings joy to my heart.

I took Joey here for the first time, and he loved it. The staff did an amazing job, taking care of him for a few hours. The atmosphere is friendly, and it feels like a second home when you walk in. I always tend to be nervous, when I bring Joey to new places, but I didn’t feel nervous while he was staying there, since I knew he was in good hands. I definitely recommend this place to anybody, looking for a daycare, or if they need their dog taken care of overnight. Pooches playhouse is my number #1 doggo home away from home

We were looking for a doggie daycare for our puppy Brooklyn and a dog trainer recommended us to Pooches Playhouse. It was the best decision we made for our little bubba. The ease of booking using their app and drop-offs/pick-ups are always just a breeze. They always accommodate us, from last-minute bookings to late-night pick-ups. The owner Sara, her mom Lourdes and the Pooches staff are all 100% hands-on with their doggos, they treat everyone as if they were their own. Plus, their doggie schoolbus and now, partnership with Paws en Route, makes it a lot easier for us to get our pup to and fro the facility if we can’t. All in all, we are just so happy with their service, we haven’t looked back! Thank you, Pooches Playhouse!

My dog had the best time at the pooches playhouse, I loved receiving photos of him while I was away and I’ve never seem him so happy with a big smile! Everyone is warm and professional and it’s nice to leave your beloved dog with people you trust! Highly recommend the pooches playhouse!

What an absolutely wonderful daycare! My baby and I love pooches playhouse soooo much! They not only love and take care of Kai as if he was their own but they send me pics, videos and constant updates to keep my mind at ease! They have events for the doggos and make sure they're always happy! I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate and love this place.

Pooches playhouse is wonderful! They have been taking care of my Rudy since he was 10 weeks. He absolutely adores them and trust them completely with him. As a busy lawyer, the pick up and drop of services are a huge help. When he’s at day care, I know the staff is doing everything they can to make his day special. When it’s treat loot bags, pictures with santa, or special birthday treats - they go out of their way to make your dogs day amazing. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful doggy day care and I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve been bringing my dog Waffle here for a couple of months and he absolutely loves it! From the moment we enter the building, he gets crazy excited! The photo and video updates are also a plus and let me know that he is enjoying himself:) Whenever I pick him up and bring him to the car, he tries leading me back into the building, which goes to show how much he loves it there! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and I know that my pup is in great hands!

Everyone at Pooches Playhouse is amazing, they love each and every dog that comes in there, and it shows! We've been taking our little fur baby since she was 4 months old and going to Pooches has really helped her open up with socializing and playing with other dogs. You can tell that she always has so much fun when she's there and has grown so close with so many of the staff members as well as other dogs. It's really become her home-away-from home. Plus, they send so many cute photos and videos!

Sara and all of the folks at Pooches Playhouse are the absolute best. They are professional, kind, caring, and so flexible. It is very obvious that they love dogs. My dog, Ollie, is my best friend- and I trust Pooches Playhouse with him without any hesitation. I get videos throughout the day of Ollie playing with his friends. If I ever have any questions or concerns, the staff are very easy to reach and respond VERY quickly to my inquiries. When I’m at work, I don’t have to worry at all about him, because I know he’s in good hands. I cannot recommend Pooches Playhouse enough!

This is by far the BEST playhouse ever for your doggies our precious babies. From the pick up and drop off services to the daycare services, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! They go above and beyond making each dog feel special. The beautiful videos and pics they send and the awesome events they put together for your loves. Your dog will always want to go! They are amazing. My Golden Retriever dog, Rocky was very happy when we were picking him up. It was a great place to send him to socialize. The staff are fantastic and send photos and videos throughout the day. They honestly treat the dog like part of family. Rocky came home exhausted from playing all day. That was very nice. The Pooches Playhouse is a great one stop shop for your dog. During a recent visit with a friend who is thinking about using their service, I noticed how clean and well maintained the facility was. Everyone from the front desk staff to the staff taking care of dogs, was extremely professional and welcoming. Having said that, what I found really impressive was meeting the the owner/founder of the place, Sara. It seemed like she had a special ability to connect with the puppies and offer a one of a kind experience. She was on the ground observing every single aspect of the place and even offered to give my friend a tour of the facility so he can be at peace if he decides to use their services. I would absolutely recommend them and would encourage everyone to visit to see it for yourself. If you want, you check them out on instagram too because that’s how one of my friends heard about that.

Takes great care of my pup. And I love that someone is with him 24/7 even during overnight boarding. And not just a camera watching him. I know I never have to worry when they are watching him. They treat all their pups as if they are their own. Like family!

As new dog parents we weighed all our options for local doggy daycare for our pup. With a covid pup we wanted to make sure he was socialized well with other dogs. The Pooches Playhouse has created a safe, fun and tiring environment for him and now he’s the most social little butterfly with other dogs. It’s very clear that all the dogs are treated like family here. Sara and her team are amazing. Scheduling is super easy and flexible. The pickup/ drop off option they offer is incredibly convenient. The pricing is fair. My dog is always coming home with little treats, party favours and themed photoshoot photos haha 10/10 would recommend.

Pooches Playhouse is truly a one of a kind service. The ladies are so sweet and have saved me so many times with my crazy work schedule! My Aussie doodle Enzo loves them, and is always pooped by the time I get home. They also have pick up and drop off services! Can’t say enough amazing things about them. 10/10 would reccomend?

I cannot rave about Sara and the Pooches team more - they are amazing, responsive and I am so lucky to have found them. My puppy is always so excited to go, I get videos showing the fun he’s having (tail never stops wagging) and I have the peace of mind at all times knowing that he’s happy and safe! I couldn’t be a pet parent without them!

I found The Pooches Playhouse after doing a search and going through all the reviews. After reaching out by phone and having a great conversation I could tell Sara and Lourdes genuinely care about the dogs that will be in their care. Sara asked thorough questions so she could understand the demeaner, diet, likes and dislikes as well as health conditions so she could best accommodate my girl.

My puppy - Nahla was very timid and shy towards other dogs when she started her journey at The Pooches Playhouse. She would stay on the couch and observe all day. I started to be saddened by this because I wanted her to be playing with the other dogs. After reassurance from Sara and Lourdes that it takes time and patience I kept sending Nahla 2 - 3 times a week and let me just say I am so so so THANKFUL that I did. Nahla now walks around and interacts with the other dogs, she has more confidence and less bark ;)! Krissy was introduced to us shortly after Nahla started attending and Nahla was comfortable with her right away - that's how you know someone is a good person; if your puppy trusts them.

I was recommended The Pooches Playhouse Inc.via a friend and I can honestly say that I don't know what I'd have done without them this past year! Cora goes for daycare regularly and she is always super, super excited when waiting to be picked up (often pees over Sara!) and comes back happy and tired. Cora has also boarded with Sara and Lourdes for almost two weeks and needless to say I was terrified of leaving her for the first time (and for so long) but there is nowhere else I'd have considered, due to the love and care that they give to all of the pups. They always share photo and video updates and the pups look like they're having a blast. I'd truly recommend to anyone (I rave about them to anyone that will listen in the park,!). Thank you for being so reliable, accommodating, and a home away from home for Cora. From an overprotective dog Mum! <3

I had gotten myself a puppy earlier this year and he was very shy. Sara and Lourdes have been so kind and provided a fun and safe space for him to play, learn and open up! He now plays with the other dogs and it has become his home away from home.

We love The Pooches Playhouse! We have been sending our dog, Chip, to them since he was 4 months old and we wouldn’t think of having him spend the day or night (without us) anywhere else. The love and care that the business owners, Sara and Lourdes, give Chip is beyond what we could have ever hoped for - they have opened their home and their hearts to him and we could not be more grateful! The Pooches Playhouse is more than a daycare, its a family, and Chip always gets spoiled with love, cuddles, and play time with the other dogs. We also get spoiled as they provide pick up and drop off services and always ensure that Chip has breakfast and dinner at his usual times. Thank you for loving and caring for our Chippy!

Mallow has very intense separation anxiety and I always have a hard time leaving her, but I’m really happy I found this place because she loves every second of pooches playhouse!

Sara and Lourdes are incredibly kind and sweet. They keep me updated throughout the day with constant pictures and videos of Mallow. Whether she’s playing or sleeping, she’s always comfortable and having a good time. She even offers pick up and drop off which makes my life so much easier. Knowing Mallow is in such safe and capable hands makes me feel very at ease. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

I am a new dog owner and am so glad that I found Sara and Lourdes. They take such good care of my puppy Archie and love him like he is one of their own! He loves going to daycare so much he pulls me when he knows they’re coming to pick him up! Professional, friendly, trustworthy and amazing. This place is heaven's sent not just for our family but especially for our little Chewy! From the time I spoke with Sara on the phone, I knew she will be loved by us! I have no concerns, no worries and no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this place for furparents! Sara and Lourdes were super sweet and responsive from the get go. This was my first time leaving my puppy at a dog day care and she was so well taken care of. They were so loving and welcoming and super sweet. I felt super comfortable leaving my puppy with them and they sent pictures and videos to keep me updated. Sara and Lourdes are absolutely amazing! We've been sending our pup Ghost to the Pooches Playhouse for about 2 months and he LOVES it there; it has become his second home! Both Sara and Lourdes send me so many pictures and videos of Ghost when he is in their care and are just great at keeping me updated about his day. They truly are dog whisperers because they always manage to take the best pictures!

Ghost has made so many friends and is always well exercised and happy when he comes home. Sara and Lourdes treat him like their own and you can really see that they love and adore all the dogs in their care.   I can't imagine sending Ghost anywhere else!

My golden puppy loves it here! She gets so excited when Sara comes to pick her up! And when my pup comes home, she has her tongue out hanging to the side, and very obviously had a great day!

Sara keeps me updated throughout the day with pics and vids of my pup playing. She eases my concerns when I have them and is clearly very caring for the dogs at her daycare.

The Pooches Playhouse has been the best thing for Nike and I know for a fact he wouldn't be the amazing puppy he is if it wasn't for Sara and Lourdes. As a new dog owner I'm learning along the way what's best for my dog and the Pooches Playhouse has made a huge positive impact on Nike's behavior. I love getting videos and pictures of Nike throughout the day. It makes me happy to see him being active and social with other dogs and he always comes home cuddly and happy. Their drop-off and pick-up service is very helpful for those like me who can't always drive. I've been sending Nike to the Pooches Playhouse for 2 months and Sara and Lourdes have become a second family to us. Nike is always so happy to see them. They treat all the dogs as if they were their own and they're definitely the dog whisperers. They are reliable, professional, trustworthy, nurturing and just amazing with that they do. I can't imagine sending Nike anywhere else!

The worst guilt is having to leave my dog at home. I wonder how bored she must be- and how unfulfilling that kind of life would be. It's particularly worse in the winter season when it gets dark at 5, and aren't able to make it to dog parks. Walks don't often cut it either.

I'm glad I found pooches, as it's a place I can bring my dog Mira to while I'm at work, and even as I transition between remote work (unfortunately I'm in meetings all day). I get video updates of all the fun they have playing together, and the owner- Sarah, is very diligent in their obedience and etiquette. Overall, I highly recommend not only taking your dog to day care, and giving them the best life possible, but to consider Pooches as your destination. Not all dog day cares are built the same, and it's particularly hard to find one so committed to watching your pups as closely as Pooches does.

The team at Pooches Playhouse treats my young pup like their own. He is our families first dog and the advice they are able to offer has been so helpful- from simple things like what kind of dog harness works best in a car, to trickier subjects around behavior, their expertise, service, caring and prices are all first class! They love dogs, and your dog will be thrilled to be there! They'll send you a video to show you:) Their pick up and drop off service is excellent too! Try them- they are the best!

Ivy just went for her third time today. When we pulled up to the building, she was attempting to make a flying leap from my SUV to go in and play when she saw Lourdes heading toward us. Then when I picked her up after work, she wanted to stay. This has been a wonderful decision to send her here. I have a tired and happy puppy each other and every time.

Muffin really enjoyed the time with Sarah and Lourdes and all her friends in the play house. I can tell how happy she was by her smile from all the pictures and videos that they updated throughout the day. I really impressed by how they were taking care of Muffin, they even trimmed her nails. The pick up and drop off service are absolutely convenient. Now me and my family have move to Ottawa. But i can’t wait to visit Toronto once in a while and so Muffin get to see her old friends. I would recommend their service to all dog owners. They are the best!

My pup, Talcott, has been coming here for a year now. She's always very eager to see Sara or Lourdes in the morning when they come pick her up. My favourite part is getting pics or videos of her playing or snoozing away. Since the work from home wave, she's been staying at home more to keep me company but I'm sure she'd rather be with Sara and pack! I cannot recommend them more! 5/5

Sara and Lourdes have been great since day 1. Gracie has been with Sara and Lourdes for 8 months. Our family dog Gracie has so much fun with all her friends! Our family has seen a great improvement in Gracies social skills with other dogs. Gracie is also extremely tired when she gets home which is also a great indicator that she has had a lot of fun at Pooches Playhouse. Pick up and drop off is a great service they offer and they always send pictures and videos of Gracie with her and her friends at daycare. I fully recommend them if you are looking for an option for dog daycare. Keep up the great the work!

We have been taking our dog Bella to Pooches Playhouse for almost a year. Bella absolutely loves to go and play freely with all her furry friends. Our dog Marni loves nothing more than going to Pooches Playhouse. She bounces off the walls when Sara and Lourdes arrive, and she returns home happy and exhausted. I was recommended The Pooches Playhouse by a friend of mine who knew I was looking for someone to board my dog Bradey with. Our regular boarders were planning on moving in the new year and I wanted Bradey to get used to a new place before they left. The first time Bradey stayed with them was when we had a funeral out of town and our regular boarders were on vacation. Sara and her mom Lourdes were incredible about accommodating us on such short notice and I knew right away we found a new home away from home for Bradey. She has since boarded with them on 3 different occasions (since June) ranging from 2 nights to 11 nights and I have never felt as comfortable and at ease as I do with them. From the daily updates, pictures and videos its so clear how much Bradey feels as home with them and how much love she receives. Not to mention how much fun she has playing with all the other dogs there! They are honestly the absolute best and we are so grateful to have found them!

From the time our dog was a puppy to when we moved further away, we still want him to be with Pooches because they're that damn good, and they're just a happy bunch of people.

Our go to place for our German Shepherd puppy. All the way from socializing to care. Sara and Lourdes add a personal touch that only family would add to a super professional service! Thank you guys! Pippin absolutely loves going here. Being a nurse, Sara has been so flexible with my schedule and provides the best care for my little pup. The included pickup and drop-off is so perfect for my needs.

Any amount of words are too little to describe how amazing Pooches Playhouse is. It cannot be better without Sara and her mom. My goldie absolutely loves being there and comes energetic and refreshed each time she visits. Sara is so punctual with updates about the well being of goldie during her stay. I have to seldom worry about goldie when she is vacationing there. Goldie is a superstar on insta due to the most of cutest of the group pictures taken by Sara.

I am so happy I found Sara and Lourdes. I have really bad anxiety and have some bad days and sometimes I struggle to take Neptune out of the house. Sara and Lourdes are so accommodating with me. Sometimes I have to ask them if they can take Neptune for the day without any notice and they always find space for him. They do pick ups and drop offs. Neptune loves these two women and when he comes back he is so tired and content. He sleeps so well. I get updates daily. I love that he is happy and safe. He is taken care of and watched closely. They know a lot about canine development and safety measures. I know Neptune is in good hands. I have so much to worry about, its nice to have one thing on my list that I don't need to think twice about. Neptune is a happy puppy. Thank you girls! Best place ever!

We have been sending our beloved Portuguese Water Dog, Louis, to The Pooches Playhouse since he was a little guy at 2.5 months! To say it was the best decision we ever made, is an understatement! We are absolutely THRILLED with the service, care and love that Sara and Lourdes provide to our rapidly growing 7 month old boy. Since he was a puppy, the socialization he experienced at the playhouse has made him calm and well mannered. He has learned to play with all types of dogs and has developed into a trained and pleasant pup- which we 100% thank the playhouse for. Constantly people are surprised how good of a dog he is, especially for his high energy breed. We truly couldn’t have done it without Sara!

Sara makes it so easy for us and we never have to worry. From pick up to drop off, the occasional sleepover, battle with the backyard sprinkler or perhaps the impromptu photo shoot- we know Louis is in great hands and is treated just like their own! I recommend the Playhouse to everyone I possibly can and will continue to do so!

My partner and I brought our puppy, Beans at around 9 weeks to get proper socialization. Sara always suggests the best days of the week to bring him so that he can interact with the most dogs. He now has a group of best friends he gets to see weekly and cannot contain his excitement on his daycare days. Not only have they helped with proper socialization (he wants to say hi to every person and dog he sees) but we have also noticed positive changes in his behavior around the house (eating furniture, peeing on floor, digging in the couch, etc). Every time we see Sara and Lourdes during pick up and drop off, they always are so personable and provide us with helpful tips.

Sara and Lourdes provide us with pictures and videos everyday that we are both so excited to receive (you can see Beans on their social media!). Their price for a day of daycare and the quality of service and care you and your dog receive is outstanding as well.

Sending Beans to The Pooches Playhouse has been the best investment for his training and growth we have made!

My husband and I highly recommend Sara and her daycare to those looking for a home away from home for their dog! Our Australian cattle dog, Dundee (known to be a Velcro dog and doesn’t like being away from his humans) enjoys his time at Sara’s!

We don’t have to worry at all when he is with her. Sara is wonderful with him and we can tell by the videos and photos she updates us with throughout his stay there. He gets to the play with new friends, have time outside, treats and snuggles.

A huge bonus is that she offers pick up and drop off. We wished we found her sooner! I thought our area wouldn’t be considered for pick up/drop off but Sara makes using day care such a breeze and stress-free. The Pooches Playhouse is affordable and very convenient. Sara’s communication is professional and is very responsive. We will definitely continue to use this daycare:)

Kane is a very loving well mannered 6 month old Rottweiler. I would like to take all the credit for this however most of the credit goes to Sara at Pooches Playhouse. Kane has been with Sara since he was 2 months. The level of love and attention he gets from her is far more than I could have ever expected from a sitter. She always makes herself available to care for him. Whether it be working overtime or a last minute shift, she always accommodates to make sure Kane is taken care of.
Kane is surrounded by dogs big and small at the playhouse which helps him socialize and burn that puppy energy.
I would not have been able to care for Kane without Pooches Playhouse. The ongoing care is remarkable and I never have to worry when he is with her.
