Finding the right medications and coaching is hard and this place answered all my questions. Dr. Pierce is great and so was the team she put together. Been with her for many years ever since she moved from the Toronto Western Hospital. Hard to find someone as good for Tourette's Syndrome as she.

Did a psyched here cause kids school would just not. Have to say very detailed and worked out perfectly. Compared to others that my neighbours got would recommend them again.

Not the greatest experience here. They are not organized and have no showed for multiple virtual meetings. A bit sloppy with their administration. Just really frustrating and they have the gal to try and bill for a no show. Wouldn't normally post a negative review but multiple bad experiences.

I come here for therapy for anxiety and depression because of ADHD and they've worked really well. I miss seeing everyone at the physical office but the video is good and can't beat the convenience.

This is the best place for psychoeducationals in Toronto. They are very detailed and thorough. Won't go into details, but our family has had to go through a number of psychoeducationals and some every 3 years. This is the best place. I found them by accident after a teacher told us about them. They are not well known from what I understand but seem to be the best.

This was not the first time I tried getting help for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Most people don’t appreciate how hard it is to live with ADHD. It defined me. I never did as well at school with it. I got depressed. This was the first place that GOT it because I had a tricky case that was invisible. Everyone I dealt with was top notch. Whatever you do, here or somewhere else, GET YOUR ADHD TREATED.

I began to suspect my young child had ADHD and we were lucky enough to be referred to the Possibilities Clinic for a full assessment. The whole team that worked with us was fantastic, from the Doctors right through to the support staff! They are all very supportive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help assessing and treating ADHD in their child.

Great team of health care professionals. Dr Flood was phenomenal and made me feel very supported. All my concerns and questions were acknowledged and answered. Highly recommend for ADHD assessment.

I have referred multiple patients when our own waitlist could not accommodate an ADHD assessment and they reported receiving excellent care. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Possibilities Clinic for assessment and follow up care.

Glad I found them. One of beter places in GTA. I have to say I lived in a while in California and when I lived there there were more options. But they are good.

Used ADHD coaching services last year with Nadia Kerr. She changed my life 110%, amazing rapport, listening skills, willing to look into specific things that will address your issues. I had so many issues across multiple domains of my life and I really feel confident in my ability to manage them now. Highly recommend to anyone.

Their head psychologist Dr. Almagor really knows his stuff and medications. Treated 5 people in my family. We all have ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia. You name we got it and he really got us and knew what to do. Easily the best.

Very solid knowledgte from everyone involved. I liked the team approach and they way they looked at my daugther’s problems very carefully. The doctors and coaches were also very aware of the problems that gifted girls with ADD have.

Love love Dr. Pierce for my son. Helped stopped the tics. Tourrettes’ is rare and doctors are ignorant about it. Dr. Pierce and her team our exceptions and also have good therapy treatments for it. Literally a lifesaver.

Like that you can do lots of it virtually all on compouter though I did have to come in to do a physical exam for the medications part. Good service but had to wait quite a while for my assessment.

Do not waste your time and money! The doctors may be great. However, they are quickly overshadowed by their "CARE team" (who do not even deserve this term), as it is utterly deplorable. The fact that they are said to aid and care for those dealing with mental health is an utter joke and that is how they treat humans lives in their hands. Good luck ever getting someone on the phone. There is no communication within the office itself. They have no problem giving you misinformation at your expense with nothing but a "we are sorry sorry the consequences this has caused you" DAYS LATER. The humour and irony in calling themselves a "care" team. The way they operate and treat human beings lives and livelihoods is nothing short of negligent. Additionally, being an out of pocket service that you pay for, do not expect for them to feel the need to personally tell you when they feel you are discharged. They will just say you are no longer a part of their clinic while you are begging for some sort of answer.

THE WORST* THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, MONEY, MONEY

DO NOT waste your TIME and your MONEY.

Why?

1. They charged me for about $2000 to assessed my child they diagnosed my son with …, After six sessions with Psychotherapist. At the end, the psychotherapist told me: based on your form, HE HAS DIAGNOSED WITH ….
and based on teacher’s form HE HAS NOT DIAGNOSED with …
This is terrible, how about that six session assessment that charged me for $2000.
I could’ve fill out those forms online, why would I pay $2000 to know the result of the form that I myself filled out.

2. They said he has … and you need to get a coach and psychotherapist for him, it was $250 per 50 min. I accepted but at the first session the psychotherapist dropped off my son because she believed the diagnose is wrong and she can’t help him. He has another issue that needs to be assessed for (SO THE INTIAL DIAGNOSE WAS WRONG) but they don’t want accept because they live money.
SO DO NOT TRUST THEIR ASSESSMENT

3. They cancelled my appointment three times.
One they they called me half an hour before my son’s appointment and cancelled it and told me it was our mistake. However I took a one day off. My husband took a day off.

4. NOTE: The psychiatrist visits my son only one time and family physician follow up the medication.
I missed my appointment with their family physician, just because I had mistaken the dates, (ONLY ONCE) they charged my $90
and gave me half an hour to do the payment otherwise they cancel my appointment. However my son is under psychological medications and serious situation.

5. This is second time I leave a review here, last time they called me and made me to remove my review otherwise they won’t visit my son

Dr. Brenda Miles is a phenomenal therapist! Professional, knowledgeable, energetic, and effective. She is also humorous, empathetic, and insightful. As parents, we enjoyed watching and participating as Dr. Miles worked with our daughter. Her methods and reasoning are always clearly explained. She is also a wonderful listener, who quickly formed a friendly and productive rapport with our daughter, and with us. Excellent service and wonderful results!

Absolutely amazing clinic! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love how there is a team approach to assessments, which allows for input from various areas of expertise. I also love that after the assessment has been completed, the clinic offers further support such as coaching to assist you on your treatment path. Cannot say enough good things about the Possibilities Clinic and would 100% recommend to anyone requiring this type of service.

Dr. Pearce is the coolest and best. We’ve followed her from Toronto Western Tourette Clinic and she is the best Tourette and Tic Doctor in Toronto. In Ontario. In the World! My son loves her.
