This was my first experience with injectables and it didn’t disappoint.

Beginning with the introduction video and then meeting Mel, I was so comfortable and informed about the process that any reservations I had disappeared.

I’m obsessed with my results and can’t wait for my next appointment.

Loved my experience and treatment results with Riana with support by Mel. The whole team is excellent, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Jelisa to being sent out with top results!

They made me so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I was with Bev and she was so kind and did such an amazing job. It was my first time ever getting my lips done and I felt like I was in such good hands!

I’ve always wanted to try lip filler and after a lot of research I decided to check out The Pout Clinic & it was the best decision I have made! Mel was who did my lip filler - she was very precise and gentle! She knew exactly what she was doing! I wanted very natural results and that’s exactly what I got! The clinic staff is very friendly and Mel knows what she’s doing!

I have to say that I was super excited to go to Pout. I have tried a few different places, but never really got the results I was looking for. I wanted so badly for someone to look at me and give me their honest opinion and tell me what I needed, not ask me how many units I had at the last place. Meg was super professional, knowledgeable and honest. A breath of fresh air to be honest - an absolute GEM that knows her stuff. I will never go anywhere else. So pleased with my fresh face! You will not be disappointed with Pout - top notch! Also on point with all the Covid protocols and I felt very comfortable.

Went to get my first ever botox injections and would 100% recommend! I got my ArchiTox treatment with Beverly, she was super gentle and very professional, while still being very personable and a good time overall. No question were left unanswered, the artist really managed to make the procedure sound less “scary” and I found the video on their website super interesting prior to the appointment!

The 2 weeks follow up was great, and the results were very impressive.

The two different ladies that I met at the reception desk were also very friendly!

I will definitely go back!

As a nervous newbie to Botox, I spent a lot of time researching and attending consultations with various clinics so I could understand their process and methods. I was concerned about looking fake and any possible negative reactions I might have to botox, and I wanted to work with an expert who could look at my face as a whole and tell me what they believe would be best, rather than treating only one area while the other areas continued to droop. What attracted me to The Pout Clinic was their step-by-step process and method, they seemed much more knowledgeable than other clinics I spoke to, and I appreciated that their goal is to treat each person individually rather than using the same formula for each person, and to maintain as natural of a look as possible. This was the only clinic I felt confident in trusting my face with. I had my first set of botox nearly three months ago and Megan made me feel very comfortable and walked me through their process and what to expect. My nerves got the best of me in that first session, but Megan was professional, understanding, and brought me back to feeling relaxed in her care. I was incredibly amazed with the results, I look about 10 years younger and no longer tired looking, and I received so many compliments from my close friends and family. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner - thank you, Megan and team, amazing work by amazing people!

Meg has got me hooked on Architox! The kindest, most genuine staff makes you feel welcomed immediately. I originally went in for one problem area, the little wrinkle between my brows, and Meg has shown me exactly where these distraction points are in my face. After one session, the results were literally mind blowing. I didn’t realize the unevenness of my brows, the crows feet by my eyes when I smile, the muscle bulk between my brows when I furrow them…all made a huge difference to the overall balance, symmetry and feminism of my face. My expectations have been exceeded. I take photos now with zero filter and zero Facetune to adjust those pesky distraction areas. Real life filter, just like Meg said?

The Pout Clinic exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean and aesthetic clinic, the whole team was so professional and kind. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly and the quality of the service was consistent through out my visit. Pout’s strategic process of using filler and botox to create beautiful results without looking overdone and “un-natural” is exactly what I am looking for as someone who is completely new to cosmetics. They really are amazing at what they do, I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

Trying to oversell more filler treatment then actually necessary. I'd rather go somewhere that isn't a controlling money grab. I'm doubtful these reviews are actually legitimate. This clinic is shady.

Highly recommend Mel and the clinic in general, especially if it's your first time as they're very good at walking you through the general procedure, making you feel at ease and ensuring that your actual results resemble your expectations. I got a very natural looking lip filler treatment and that's exactly what I was looking for.

I got my lip filler done with Melissa. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and cleared off all my doubts as I was a bit anxious because I was completely new to injectables. I was visiting Toronto from the United States and decided to get Botox done here. The people here were very helpful and friendly. Beverly did my Botox and it turned out amazing. Their style of injection produces more smooth and natural results than the traditional method. It has been two weeks since my appointment and I am very happy with the results. I've had Botox injections for almost 20 years now (yikes?) and the philosophy intrigued me. It is different than any other clinic I've been to, no "menu" of spot treatments, but a thorough consultation.

Watch the video - you can speed up through the chatter, it is longer than 45 mins - the concept of NOT spot treating and being truly frozen is important. Most of us have been buying off a menu as that seems to be the way botox is marketed in North America - get your 11s, squint lines, brow lifted, etc. This is different and you need to be prepared.

I had my follow up and top up yesterday and it's definitely different, I feel more frozen even though the units used were less than my average. Very professional and clean. I saw Bev, who is also a nurse at a major Toronto hospital, and felt very confident in her hands during both visits.

This is also the first clinic for any aesthetic treatment I've ever gone to where the men in the waiting room outnumbered the women. Toronto is a sea of "come get your lips puffed up" a la carte medical spas, we all see the overdone insane looking victims of places that don't ever say "no", and this was a refreshing change. Thank you Bev.

I love it here! Megan is one of the funniest people you will ever meet (or speak to over email). When you walk in, you are welcomed with a warm embrace from Karla and are offered the best customer service. Melissa is my QUEEN. She is by far one of the kindest, most attentive, gorgeous women you will ever meet- She never forgets, so be careful, lol! Despite that, she will listen to your concerns and make sure you walk out of an experience that is catered to your needs. They indeed are Angels and Masters of their craft, but also incredible human beings. The experience of walking into pout is empowering- the entire team will make you feel like the most beautiful person in the world and put their heart and soul into everything they do. I cannot wait to come again!

The Poutx team has a system when it comes to making your face age gracefully and naturally. I booked with Megan, she broke down my treatment plan and explained to me in depth the “why” behind it. She’s the expert so I let her work her magic. Watch her webinar explaining their system before you book an appointment. If you’re expecting to come in and ask for specific areas to be treated forget it. This is why you go to an expert. Highly recommend.

This was my first lip filler experience and I am so happy with the results!

Meghan gave me one full syringe, and while using their signature technique, they turned out so hydrated, plump and natural looking. It’s the perfect bump of volume while not being overly noticeable if I hadn’t told you. No duck lips here. While you may be swollen for a few days after, give it a week or so and you’ll be good to go!

I was a little nervous going in but Meghan and the girls were so kind, informative and helpful the whole time. Not to mention the space is so cute! If you’re looking into lip filler, definitely head to Pout, I’ve recommended them to all my friends:)

From my very first appointment I was HOOKED. I will never go anywhere else, ever again. These women are beyond knowledgeable about what they do. They don’t spread themselves too thin like many of the other cosmetic clinics who say they do EVERYTHING and casually do Botox and filler. Unlike those other clinics, POUT’s expert injectors specialize in Botox and filler. They will be sure to do only what needs to be done to look your most naturally enhanced self. I had so much anxiety about not knowing where I needed Botox or filler to achieve certain results and even more than that I feared the horror stories of botched Botox and needing fillers dissolved. I was immediately relieved of this anxiety after talking it through. Since then I have been guided through each step, while they explain why things need to be done in a certain order over a certain number of appointments. They never rush or take your money just for the sake of it. I could not recommend POUT clinic more, these are some really amazing women!

I cannot even express in words how happy I am that I found Pout. The whole team is absolutely wonderful, from the incredibly friendly reception you get when you arrive every single time with Shaun and Jelica, to my first consultation with Megan and further injections with Mel! Their philosophy is a gradual, holistic, whole face approach. They will never spot fix anything, they tell you exactly what you need and when, and honestly I am so happy with the results. My face is still so natural looking (and after having some not so ideal experiences with injectables elsewhere in the past I know the difference)! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how happy, healthy and glowing I look lately, no one would ever know I’d had anything done - unless I tell them of course - honestly I still look just like myself, but like the best version of myself:) After a year and a half in a pandemic I feel better than ever and have so much confidence.
