First of all the place is absolutely beautiful inside and the front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had my first ever Botox session done with Matylda, and I highly highly recommend. I was very nervous to get it done for the first time but was quickly put at ease with Matylda. Her professionalism, knowledge and overall demeanour put me right at ease and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She explained the procedure from start to finish to me (which as a newbie I really appreciated) I will definitely be going back! Bye bye wrinkles!

I've been going to The Powder Room since it opened almost 20 years ago. I've always been grateful to have met Kelly Carr and I send all of my friends and anyone who asks why I look so good, to Kelly. She cares about you and how you feel. She's also one of the best humans I've ever met. I started telling people in my mid-50s why I looked so good because it wasn't fair to keep Kelly a secret all to myself!

My very first experience was very positive! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is no need to feel uncomfortable walking into this place! They make you feel like you have been going there all along!

The clinic is comfortable and clean and the whole team are professional and welcoming. I had Botox treatments for my forehead areas and today I came for round eyes area Botox treatment and the process is always comfortable and amazing, fast and reasonably priced. I recently visited the Powder Room at their stunning new location. A beautiful space with a warm aesthetic. My Botox procedure by nurse Jamie was expertly done. Her warm manner put me at ease right away. I also had a skin consultation with Regina. She was delightful and helped me with a plan to improve my skin care routine using some products from the ZO line that they carry. I can honestly say that after 2 applications I see and feel the benefit of the products.

The moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere is very inviting. The ladies at the front desk immediately welcomed me and were super nice. I was really nervous for my first appointment ever and they were really good at calming me! The injector was incredible, she examined my face and explained what was right to do for my face structure. All the staff members at Powder Room are absolutely amazing. Taryn is an amazing nurse, I am very happy with her work ️. She is conscientious, calm, compassionate, witty, sassy and was great at understanding my needs. I appreciated her operating style, we worked as a team, as she was injecting my lips and face she was asking me to look at the results and if I am satisfied before she can continue. That is a sign of someone who cares about the patient’s concerns and takes pride in their work. I asked Taryn for a natural look and that is exactly what I have on my lip fillers and cheek lift. I’m still a little swollen and sore but I’m so happy with the results. I am exciting to go back and see Taryn again in two weeks for my follow up appointment.

There is no one procedure fits all and that is why you want someone who understands how to analyze the individual needs, take it slow as they figure out the way your face (muscles) react. I see them as artists at the Powder Room. They want you to be happy and go to great lengths ensuring you are. Nothing is perfect and I found after a couple of weeks after my first treatment that it needed a little tweak. Kelly bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule and even fit me in for another wee treatment I was eager to have done! I've been coming to The Powder Room for a number of years and can truly say they are the best at what they do. Upon entry, proper Covid guidelines were adhered. Taylor and the rest of the ladies at the front are always friendly and stylish! Nurse Alina is an angel! Every appointment with her feels like I'm with a friend. She provides the utmost care and devotion to detail during your procedure and your end result will prove it!

They are absolutely fantastic. Worth the drive. They actually take the time to feel all the muscles and everything in your face to make sure you're getting the right amount of Botox (or whatever you need) I was in a car accident a while ago, didn't even mention it, and my injector was able to tell I had facial trama just from feeling around the way my muscles pulled. They are not pushy at all! A lot of places want to sit you down first, and try and sell you everything under the sun. They do not! They truely believe less is more (but are totally willing to give you the look you want if you want a more frozen look) seriously, I can not say enough amazing things about them! The price is amazing as well!

Kelly is always perfect. My mom and I regularly visit for the past few years and she helps us with very customized plans for our completely different needs. The results are flawless each and every time.

I have been seeing Linda for about 2-3 Years now. I LOVE Linda and adore her like a mother. Linda always makes me feel calm and takes such good care of me. So so so happy. I am 42 and have been getting botox since I was around 26. I have never been as satisfied with my results as I am right now. It's a basic service botox. It's the art of looking at a face assessing the muscles and hitting the right muscles to get the desired result. It's getting the basics. If you can get the basics this good, I can only imagine how incredible the rest of my services will be here. Thank you for valuing the importance of getting it all right. For a very long time, I've been wanting to add some volume to my (non existing) lips. After hearing great things from The Powder Room, I booked an appointment for a lip augmentation. My top lip was extremely hooded (dissapeared when I smiled completely). Taryn was my nurse, and she did an OUTSTANDING JOB! My lips just enhance my face, and I have so much more confidence now. I can't beleive that it was possible to transform my lips in such a beautiful way! My lips look so natural and beautiful. I could not be happier.
