One of my car speaker blew up and i really needed a new one, the "polish guy"really gave me a great service! A+, left with a pair of new speakers and a smile

Had an amp installed into my vehicle yesterday.as I was cleaning it out I noticed a broken fastener clip that I wasn’t told about. I’m currently trying to contact him to get that piece replaced or at least find out what is broken so I don’t have to personally go through and tear apart my car because they won’t tell you if they break something.

Wow, the customer service was the best I've ever had anywhere. The knowledge of what they sell is great. Many brands to choose from and the store is well organized and very clean. All staff are very polite and treat people like gold. I will return to make more purchases at the Power Center.

Some of the salesmen there seem very rushed, hurried, and kind of frantic. Maybe that's why ours didn't really listen to me.
They don't have a lot of options. They don't seem to sell a wide variety of brand names.
I was so displeased with our purchase that I went back two months later and canceled instead of settling for something that wasn't exactly as we asked for. It took a little while to find what we were looking for, but we are extremely happy with our purchase. Great deal, awesome product, and warranty for less than half. I like to buy locally but, this city doesn't have the businesses that have large items on the premises.
Too much has to come ordered! Customer service is really lacking!
Probably won't go back in there again.

Awful. From the moment we entered the store, till we managed to leave. All the staff saw was dollar signs on us, and almost felt confined from leaving because they were so pushy. When in wanting to support local, won't be back.

I went in for a phone upgrade. The black Friday sale was on. Super friendly staff, Emma had helped my husband upgrade his phone the day before. I was switching providers so my transfer took a little longer. I was brought water & coffee. My mother in law came to pick me up and then she got her phone upgraded as well. So Emma showed us where we could sit and wait while the other gentlemen worked on transfer information to our new phones. We also bought a Christmas present before we left. So it was a very good day.

Bought a complete sound system for my truck from them, took over 6 months to get everything when they told me 2 weeks, drove 450km round trip 6 times thinking I was getting my system installed, finally they got everything in and brought my truck in to get installed and they ended up ordering the wrong stuff, got sick of it and wanted my money back and they tried just giving me store credit, told them that wasn’t gonna fly and they ended up giving me my cash back. Wont deal with them again

Brought car in to remove car started and reprogram original FOB as the car starter FOB had stopped working. Was told they could provide this service. They removed the car starter but didn't reprogram the FOB. When I called to ask about it they told me that's not something they do. Not what I was told going in and basically paid full price for half the job. Wouldn't recommend, unfriendly poor customer service.
