I’m not a fan of poor reviews but in this case it’s warranted. First off the purchase of our almost new RV was outstanding, a huge shout out to Wayne who did an amazing job on our demonstration and always greeted me with a smile when we arrived! Also a big thanks to Jordan V, at every interaction she was a pleasure to deal with! My ️ is not representative of their client care skills at all! Also despite the couple issues with our RV we really love it!
My issue was 100% with Service, simply put horrible! We had 2 problems with our RV from the day we bought it. 1, the iRV panel shows a fault when the Hot water heater tries to fire on propane, no issue on Electric. 2. The black tank pull handle was bent, needed a massive amount of force to open and closing it without 2 people and tools was impossible.
These 2 issues were identified the very first time we took our RV. I notified the dealer after that weekend and asked to book it in for repair. We booked it in weeks away because no slots were available and it was dropped off before the appointed time. The service date came and went and nothing from service. Dispute multiple attempts to connect, crickets. Finally I get a return call to tell me the cost of the parts, when I asked if the parts were in inventory at their supplier, no answer. When I inquired as to why the repairs would not be warranted as they were that way from the day I pulled it off the lot, no answer. I left those questions with them and asked for a return call. I did receive one call from service to say they are checking on part’s availability and nothing relative to the warranty. After way too many unanswered calls and texts I gave up and took my unit to another RV dealer. Jordan & Wayne I’m sorry you both earned a 5 star but your coworkers have let you down.
I think sales AND service are necessary to earn my business, it’s a shame because the Power Garage is so close to me!

Bought a yz250f dirtbike here a few weeks ago and I had a great experience with the sales staff and managers. I did have a bad experience with one of the head mechanics misquoting, overcharging price for a simple procedure. They have contacted me to try and make things right and offered a credit for 50% of the extra charges I wasn't expecting from repairs. They atleast took the time to call me and try to fix the issue where some shops wouldn't bother doing this.

Great service, great price, great team to work with. I recently made a purchase, right from the initial call through to the delivery. Anyone I spoke or dealt with couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful. I asked for many favours and help with my trade in. They were accommodating with everything. I had an issue with my bike last week driving back from Godrich to Niagara Falls. During my ride for some unknown reason, I was unable to shift gears at all. I managed to find directions to the Power Garage. They took me in right away, and actually stayed a little later to work on it

Unfortunately, it had to wait until the next morning so I grabbed a hotel just down the street. By 9 AM the next morning, the bike was good to go. One of the gentleman took the part home to work on it that night. Tim and the crew were super friendly and very accommodating, and I was extremely appreciative of all their efforts and would highly recommend.

The Power Garage was amazing when we bought our pontoon in late summer 2015, Ryan even delivered it to us. Sadly this year we wanted to sell it but also needed to order some pieces that needed to be repaired. Jordan was going to get back to us the next day about buying it back as he had discussed pricing with my husband and then he just ghosted us. Called multiple times and when they asked who's calling either hung up or "took a message". If you are not interested in buying it that's fine just say so but now we can't even talk to anyone about ordering the pieces so we can sell it on our own. Super frustrating to say the least. Communication goes a long way.

Took my boat in to look at a lower end issue and have a service done on the engine. Made an appointment to pick it up, paid and left with my boat. I didn't assume that after paying for a service I would have to put my engine back together myself at the boat launch. The spark plugs, and my ignition were left loose in the boat. Makes me wonder how they tested the engine after servicing it? Anyway, they offered me a $100 credit as if I would ever spend another dime there. Stay away!

I would just like to start off though this is the first bike I have ever bought I have owned 3 cars so far. From start to finish I had nothing but a positive experience dealing with the whole team at Power Garage. From Jordan in sales, Jordan in financial (there's always two of someone) Trevor the delivery Coordinator, Ryan in the back and everyone else I met (so many names to remember them all!). The Power Garage team was quick and happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. From the clean and bright showroom that has literally everything you need (including the kitchen sink) to the shop in the back putting together the bikes and such they are a well oiled machine!

Put simply I highly recommend checking these guys out if your looking for your first motorcycle, atv, boat you name it they probably have it! My new motorcycle is a dream come true and despite the distance I had to travel I certainly plan on visiting again.

I bought my front tire rim in with a new tire I purchsed at the end of last riding season. $157 to put a tire on a rim a balance it? Fleeced!

Brought them my 2014 Polaris side by side for a complete service. They had everything repaired very quickly. Pete and his service crew did an excellent job. Highly recommended, thanks again!

Working with The Power Garage Team was a fantastic experience. First (and amazingly), they had stock of a 2022 Yamaha YZF-R7 World GP 60th Anniversary Edition! Then, when the weather wouldn't cooperate for pickup, the Crew were patient and understanding of my situation. Working through Dan for accessories was seamless and the bike looks amazing with the fender delete kit, and rear cowl. Jordan was so patient and helpful on the financial, insurance, and registration side. Jordan (the other Jordan - they seem to have two of each name here), Shaun, and Trevor even got the Yamaha securely strapped into the trailer for the long drive home.

I can't say enough about the professional, courteous, and friendly service I received working with The Power Garage Team. Even though I live outside the area, I know I'll be back on one of my Saturday rides.

The Staff was Awesome, they asked what I was looking for, explained what I was looking for with in my budget, and the staff went above and beyond. And within a week my family and I got our 2022 Yamaha Kodak EPS ATV.

Fixed engine issue and cost covered under warranty! First place I took engine charged 3x more and did not fix problem or mention warranty.

Great service, Was looking for a particular model, and even though they did not have it, they actually helped me locate it even though it was at another dealership. Without them I would not be getting the bike I wanted so soon, and I will gladly visit them in the future for my Yamaha Needs.

I'm from Brantford, I had my 2020 Star Venture TC's 5000km service done here. My local Yamaha dealer said it would take 3 days to do when I asked the power garage they said they would have it done in a day. I was out before lunch. All the staff were helpful from sales when I inquired about a toy hauler, front desk sales helped me search for alternative mirrors and I bought a new set of boots and service had my bike finished faster then I was expecting and checked on a few other things I had asked to have them check out. Great experience all around.

Awesome shop. They got my boat in and diagnosed the electrical issue and fixed it all up for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Craig, Rachel and the team and will now be brining my boat here for all future / yearly servicing and storage. These guys are great and very happy I have a Campion and Yamaha dealer now to take care of me. Thanks again guys.

Ryan was super helpful, awesome to see my Waverunner ready even with the registration stickers perfectly on the sides of them! I was super impressed, the dealership was incredibly clean, and they were all following Covid procedures while taking care of me and my father. Best Yamaha dealership around!

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY HERE
Purchased an outboard motor- 115 Etec Evinrude, marked as brand new here. I brought the motor to another company to be installed on my boat and this company found a crack in the mid shaft of the outboard. Contacted The Power Garage and they offered to replace the midshaft but did not change price and still considered it 'brand new'. The reason for the damage was improper storage in the weather condition causing the crack. I fought with the owner for a few days and they would not do anything except replace the part, to compensate for their mistake. I then went to pick up my boat from them as well, and despite having a tarp available, my boat was also left out in the cold, with ice now in it, again not stored properly. I would recommend buying from Maple City Marine instead, as they found the damage, otherwise I would have never known.

Visited with my husband prior to the labour day long weekend, we are new in town (2 weeks to be exact) having moved from Northern Ontario. Needless to say, We are very into our powersports and gear.
We have been contemplating leaving our boat, atvs, trailer, camper and dirtbikes up north to sell and purchase new locally.

We did like the product lines here, although thought there was more to look at than yamaha.
Downside.
BUT, looking closer at anything, everything had parts either missing or broken somewhere on it. Scratch here, crack there, parts plain missing, paint swirls everywhere. These are supposed to be brand new. There's still time as we aren't moved all the way yet. But wow. Careless.

We were super impressed by the customer service and professionalism of this store. We have been to many different powersports dealerships across the province. The Power Garage has by far one of the nicest facilities matched by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great work by great people. Keep it up!

Bought a 1200 dollar chainsaw, no tech to go over it so i took it home, couldnt start it for the life me so i took it in and they got it started, showed me what i was doing wrong and were so helpful i bought a tube for my boat and a bunch of extra gear for when i use the chainsaw, dont know why anyone would say they have bad service, for the record i had flooded the saw, he showed me why and how to fix it if i did it again

I was super impressed by this place! My husband and I took her boat in to have some work done on the bellows because we had been taking on some water. Not long after we took it in they called us back telling us unfortunately it was not the bellows at all but a cracked engine block
They did not charge us for any of this. They put the boat back together and we picked it up They are super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. When we can fix our boat I will definitely be taking it back to them! Thanks for everything Power Garage we'll definitely be back.

Nice, new shop. Had an an issue that was resolved with no hassle or fuss but it did take a while.

They did a great despite it being a crazy busy time of year for them. They put a rush on my order so we would have it before a two week vacation.

Worst customer service for ordering parts I've ever delt with. Not recommended for using as a parts ordering store. Will be going back to my regular supplier for parts. Thought I would try using power garage since it's in town and local. Very disappointed.

I will never know how the service is. I left my snowblower outside for days and days to be picked up in 2017 and 2018. Their trailer was broken, they forgot on and on. 2019 I ordered cable in the winter but when it didn't arrive by summer. Conor Motors got in and did the repair in 4 days. The Power Garage did have shear pins which I happily installed myself.

Great prices, very competitive. I stopped in a few times and Sheila was excellent! She knew her stuff and the service all around was top notch. I will definitely make my purchase at the Power Garage when I am ready.

Great store, Good selection. I was feeling blah but after being helped by a little ray of sunshine, Trevor, I felt much better and ended up happily buying some parts for my chainsaw and will be back to talk to the nice lady about matching ATV's for my son and I!

Arrogant staff just looking for the big sale, just wanted chainsaw parts, far better to deal with at old location. The guys knew what they were talking about rather than clueless rude girl turning to the computer for anything and everything then pointing the finger at their supplier. Class act won't return Amazon looks like a better option. Three trips for a chainsaw part lol only to find it at TSC in stock.
