I need an emergency photocopy late at night. This shop was a life saver m. I called them and they were open at 10 pm. Gerry is an amazing, wonderful, friendly person. He is welcoming, and he provides great customer service. I definitely recommend this place

Was looking for a place super last minute to print some docs, found Gerry @ the printed copy on lakeshore rd, called because I was in disbelief they were open on a sunday evening and to my suprise they were! Customer service is what it matters, the owner represents high skills. Plus extended opening hours, even on weekends for such printing and all services is plus plus in this area

I really appreciated the service provided. Every other printing place was closed for the day, but Gerry was there when I needed him! He even called me after I forgot my usb stick there!

Last minute and or late night printing. This is absolutely your place. You can email your documents ahead of time and pick up when ready. Great for businesses or personal printing.

High quality service and reasonable prices. And they are open pretty much anytime. I had to print some materials on a Sunday and this place was the only one open. The owner is very friendly. Make sure to give them a call if you find the store closed and they come out and help you out as the owner lives next door.

I highly recommend this place. The owner, Jutsun was an amazing person. I had to do a few last minute printing. When I called to the store, he had almost closed and left. But hearing to my urgency he was willing to reopen an get all required documents printed without any hesitation. Very accommodating and great value for money spend.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with the new owner. Service and quality were horrible and never on time and was way over charged. I highly recommend Options as a fantastic alternative!

This place used to be amazing and now with the new ownership it is just awful. Can't get a hold of anyone and it takes almost a month to get business printing done. Very sad to see such a strong business go down the drain.

Friendly staff but equipment was out of order. I wasted 2 Hrs and frustrated left with nothing. All the printers were broken. If a print shop has not working printers it should not be open.

I have been dealing with small printers for the past 20 years. Without doubt Alex is the friendliest, most responsive and economical of them all. He has come through every time on my difficult demands and tight deadlines with a smile. 5 stars from me.

Had two color photos done and was charged $3.00 pretty good deal but when I went to pick them up the owner asked if I had an envelope to put them in duh? So he said he could give me one for 50 cents, RIP OFF joint.

I always have an amazing experience whenever I go to the printed copy. The prices are reasonable and customer service is great. The response to emails are quick and the prints are ready within the timeframe asked. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend to all!

I tried out The Printed Copy 5 years ago and used them for our marketing campaigns for several of our businesses. This included large volume orders including 100,000 flyers, presentation folders for selling franchises, business cards, banners and legal printing. In every order and where we spent thousands of dollars, they were perfectly executed, delivered on time and with very high quality. And all this was done at very economical prices - and which they could have easily charged MORE.and we would have paid it! Alex has done an excellent job and we'll continue to use The Printed Copy in Port Credit. Thank you Alex for a job well done.
