HORRIBLE
rooms are expensive! They will ask to fully pay last month of your lease, and the require to leave 10 days before the end of the month. Have been asking for my refund since 7 months! I FEEL ROBBED. They don’t do anything. Don’t come here they will steal your money

Horrible experience with management, they haven’t refunded me money owed for my last month from a lease that ended over a year ago, and have made me back and forth for over a month. No solutions provided, all they say is its been processed please wait. Horrible service. The worst there is. Been over a month since I have been emailing them back and forth, they never provide an estimate, just excuses.

They are not even asking if they can enter you suite, they are noticing you that they are entering.what a place XD

Terrible experience. The WiFi in the building always has issues and is slow. Management refuses to do anything about it and instead asks you to pay for a premium WiFi package.

Nice place to live because it is close to york but really terrible management team. Kamal Uppal and Ayesha gave me a really terrible experience by wasting a lot of my time to help them to correct their stupid mistake regarding the rent calculation.

Very expensive for a student accommodation saying so like the flexibility and atmosphere could improve on their personal services more affordable

Excellent Staffs to guide the New student for their residence and it's facilities.
I would like to highly appreciat from the smiley, cool, professional MS. SAHEL, English and Persian speaking staff of Quad.
She was so patient and explained us all the points and gave lots of information even more than her responsibility. She gave us a tour inside of QUAD complex to see GYM, STUDY PLACE, Rooms, courtyard ecc.

we hope to find a Free place for our student in family and he can enjoy there.

In terms of living The Quad is amazing as it has great facilities and the standard of the rooms is nice but the Management office staff is very incompetent and to an extent unprofessional. The Quad definitely needs some skilled employees who can do tasks faster and provide good service.
