The Queen Clinic

My recent visit and experience with The Queen Clinic with my father was absolutely horrendous and atrocious. I had to come to such a clinic with my father, who is chronically ill in almost all health aspects on multiple occasions because the Family Doctors there are nothing but futile to their walk-in visitors and long-time patients. Recently, I visited the clinic with my father to see Dr. George and he couldn’t be more useless to us. - He barely assessed what we were asking of him in terms of signing insurance forms for my Dad’s recent hospital visit and tending to our requests; he merely dismissed us and asked us to come back after waiting for hours on out, literally. He’s a total moron, I swear. - This isn’t a hospital or the ER for this to be happening whatsoever. When we had come the following day, as such a issue at hand was dire, we had to wait 7+ HOURS to see my Dad’s family doctor, Dr. Nagy Awad, which is ridiculously outrageous and not fair whatsoever. The staff/assistants out front - 2 out of the 3 - are subtly condescending and rude to the patients for getting agitated for waiting to see a Doctor after 7+ hours. - They’re utterly pathetic. Most definitely taking my Father’s file elsewhere and to a better Medical Clinic and I highly advise you do the same, as this is by far the worst Clinic in Mississauga and if you don’t, go ahead and deal with what my father and I endured at such a clinic, so you can learn from experience rather than an authentic and honest review.

The doctors are good but the receptionist two of them are very very rude people one of them even raised her voice at me one time I would give it 4 stars and a half if they fired the receptionist that I had to deal with today within a week which she truly deserve it

Dr. George Bolous is amazing, unfortunately he is not taking family patient otherwise I will switch to him

Lina Zablouk is unprofessional, rude & lacks basic medical knowledge. She gave me 4 mins, refused to address or deflected my concerns, and then she kicked me out and told me she’s got to pick up her daughter soon and still has other scheduled patients to see - and that I’m just a drop in! I had called the clinic before coming in and they said Lina was free to see drop-ins. When I asked Lina why she is taking drop-ins if she doesn’t have time, she had nothing to say. So maybe she’s pocketing money and skimping on service. Unfortunately, this is my third poor experience with Lina. I have never bothered to review a doctor before. But Lina needs to improve her professionalism, empathy, medical knowledge and / or communication. She comes off as an unintelligent robot processing a customer rather than a medical doctor seeing a patient. Lina I’m sure you are better than this and I hope this feedback is helpful to you, good luck.

I had called 2 clinics that were fully booked. I finally just walked into this clinic that I had never been to before. Very courteous staff. I was seen in 15 minutes and given a prescription. The prescription was filled in 5 minutes and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist couldn’t have been nicer. Will definitely return.

The best walk-in clinic: Dr. Awad is amazing, staff is helpful and friendly, waiting times are reasonable. A very pleasant experience.

Denied my service due to expired health card when they were my home healthcare doctors for 5+ years. I also was at this location just 2 months prior and they did not refuse me then even though my health card was expired then. (Today is the day I realized it was expired or else I would have got another one)

Badly managed clinic. I had to go for a doctor appointment. First visit was walk in then I had to get some blood work done. I am calling them up the number for the clinic but no one picks up so only way for you to find out if the report is ready is to personally go in there. That’s my second visit. Then my report is not ready hence waiting for them to call me. After 2 more days I get a call back to come review the result I book the time and day to visit for this. When I show up at the clinic at the appointment time clinic tells me that the doctor is not available. I wonder why I did not receive a callback telling me that doctor is out so that I wouldn’t have to leave for appointment in the middle of work …that’s my third visit. I had to rebook my appointment and next time that’s my fourth visit. Don’t know if I will be able see doctor

The location of the clinic is very convenient it would been great if the service was better.

The wait time and patient experience really fell off a cliff since the first few visits. Doctor Awad is still great but the overall experience leading up to seeing the doctors is just not pleasant from calling to waiting.

Doctors are better than most, staff are pleasant. Pharmacy is great, but they need to solve their call waiting queue problem. It takes about 45 minutes on average to get through on the phone at any given time.

The clinic has become very busy since I went there last. Looks like they have hired more doctors as well. I understand their family practice has grown hugely. The other much older clinic, creditview medical in the nearby roseborough mall has no space apparently! They also do not give a fig. As a walk in I found Queen clinic more helpful. Pharmacy in the premises.

The front desk and doctor create communication chaos.my appointment was at 2pm and the doctor comes at 3: 15

The Asian receptionist lady is dishonest about number of people in waiting and always drives me nuts. I end up waiting for more than an hour or 2. This is nothing new and happens to people of their liking and countrymen to have a higher priority over me. On the whole racist.when your finally get called they put you in a room where it takes another 30 minutes and people who came in late go to different room where they are seen first. Too many other things to mention but I would end with this. I'm giving 2 stars only because Nagy Awad is a nice doctor otherwise wouldn't recommend clinic to others.

This place is ridiculous their phone number for first is a sham no one answers their calls ever. Their family doctor is never in. Maximum 1 day a week. No follow up from them either. The pharmacy pretends to have no contact with clinic but they are under the same roof. This has to be the worst clinic I have seen in misssissauga in a long time. They look nice but staff is awful no professionalism is non existent.

Dr. Awad Nagy is a great doctor. He is my family doctor and he has great knowledge and experience. He has been my family doctor for over 5 years and he always addresses all my concerns right away. Whether it is filling out forms for STD, surgery or recommending a specialist doctor.he is always willing to help. He takes his time to get to know the patient and the issues the patient is having to ensure all are resolved. His office follows up with a call to book a follow up appointment if needed. Dr. Awad has a great way of personalizing the experience for the patient. He remembers the conversation from previous visits and will always ask regarding the issues patient was previously going through or if it is resolved. He does not rush the patient and takes his time to go through all the things the patient is looking for. He also ensures to make the patient feel comfortable and will always guide with honest opinion. The Queen clinic has a pharmacy and a blood test lab in it as well, which makes it easier to get may things done at the same time:)

The receiption is amazing amd they are very helpful amd friendly l, clinic is very organized and clean, doctor is very professional.

Booked an appointment for 3: 30 pm. We were called in the examination room at 4: 15 pm and the doctor came in after 5 pm.
I kept being told just 5 mins for the past hour and a half.
Save yourself the trouble of booking the appointing or even coming here, go to dynacare. The front desk is not professional, all they do is laugh with each other.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
Ill be finding someone else.

It's the worst experience I've ever had, the ladies on the reception are so mean specially the tall one with green eyes she's really rude and she has Abad attitude with patients and the Philipino girl doesn't know how to respect the patient, she doesn't like to work she wants free money.the doctors are nothing Dr Nagy is acting like he is the only doctor on the earth, he asked me to do blood test and ultrasound and when I came back to know my results he passed me to another doctor maybe because he doesn't know how to deal with my issues, I'll never go there again

Doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. Front desk staff was also great. Nice clean office. One of the best walk-in clinics I’ve been to in 20 years.

I never write reviews but i really want to this time because the rating to this clinic is very unfair.

This clinic is amazing and Dr Nagy is amazing. They dont take long compared the rest of the clinics in Mississauga.

And the doctor actually sits and talk to u for a while. Not 2-3 minutes like other doctors.

I have been visiting the queen clinic for the last 9 months. My first visit was in June 2019 when I fainted due to a very simple and common reason that every newcomer in Canada usually has (But unfortunately for many months it remained undiagnosed even after visiting Credit Valley Hospital in emergency twice). Every doctor was saying that its due to anxiety and depression. But my condition was getting more worse even after taking antidepressants. When I moved near Queen clinic, I visited this walk in clinic for the first time. And fortunately Dr. Saied Tadros was seeing the patients. He listened to me patiently and ordered Vitamin D blood test because he was quite sure that it was due to vitamin D deficiency and he was right my blood Vitamin D level was extremely low. He prescribed me 50,000 UI of Vitamin D and now I am very healthy and happy. I think he should be given more days to visit. I wish him to be my family doctor.

Came in first time today had 2 people front of me at the time waited 1 HR would of been faster but the receptionist allowed a man (that just walked in) to cut the line before me bc he said he needed to go to work and just wanted a prescription.bc of that I will not return to this clinic as once your start letting people cut the line for whatever reason it defeats the purpose of being a walk In clinic. (first come first serve).

Hmm, not a good experience there at all. I was told i will be seen in 10 mins. 30 mins has passed and no one had called my name, but i did see other people jumping the line and going straight in to see the doctor. This is very unfair and prejudice against patients who are not their type of people. They only speak arbic and let the Arabs/ Middle easterns in first.

I liked that clinic a lot when doctor Wanda was there. I came recently to get some report and referral, and it was such a bad experience. The ladies on the reception are SO nice, I did not give one star just because of them. But the doctor I saw. OMG, it is the most unfriendly doctor I have ever met. His name is George Boulos. Never see him. He behaves like you owe him money. I dont know about others, but that the worst experience I ever had. Something happened to that clinic. It was way better before. People are getting in front of you and I got the feeling if you are not the muslim or smth - do not come in. They speak arabic or I dont know which language it is. I felt extremely uncomfortable.

I went there for a simple blood test. Everybody was very rude and looked like they did not want to be there. The secretary was yelling at 3 different patients. They said that the line was short and it would take 10 minutes. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody even moved. I had another class after so I was unable to wait longer. There was also somebody who came into the clinic without a mask and they waited 5-7 minutes before even asking about why she wasn't wearing a mask. Overall, a very bad experience. Do not recommend. Just go to Dynacare instead.

Wait 3 hours to see a xray result, did not get it. They refused to contact the test centre. I picked up the result from test centre, the front desk told me the fax number they gave me is not working, I double checked with the clinic when I went there again about the fax number and tried to fax the clinic when I got home, yup, it is really not working. Really deserve a 0 star.

I would recommend my family Dr. Awad to any one who is in the area to see him. He’s kind to all his patients and experience and most importantly you will leave the clinic and say it’s worth the wait. Make appointment and visit Dr. Awad.today.

How is it that I’m the first person in the clinic (arrived before 9), and it takes over an hour to even get into a room?

Got here as they opened. Been waiting over 90 minutes there were at most 6 people in line already, and 2 are still waiting. Wouldn't recommend.

ETA- if I could give no stars after my last visit I would. Went in at 230, was told they had a high volume and didn't want people waiting in the clinic and would call me 15 minutes before my appointment. When I asked a rough time frame I was told 2 hours. At 6pm I figured they closed and couldn't be bothered to call. Go elsewhere.

I like the place so much there’s very friendly staff and I didn’t wait long at all. I went to Rexall pharmacy and they didn’t treat me as good as The Queen Pharmacy didn’t have a smile on their face and they were like throwing me my medicine but in the pharmacy Dr. Mike and Hany were very good people and they explained my medicine and how to take. Unlike Rexall which is trash compared to The Queen Pharmacy. The doctors are so good where there is Dr. Nagy was an awesome doctor and I advice to all people to go there it’s a very good clinic and Pharmacy.

They donot provide the right waiting time and when it becomes busy, they prioritize the patients based on their own choice. Its a walkin where registration happens as a patient comes in. I had an experience when the clinic was busy and the receptionist gave me an estimate of 1 hour where it was actually 4 hours wait for me. Unethical way to deal with patients, i would not recommend this clinic.

I went in today for the 1st time expecting to wait an hour or so. Staff was very friendly, professional and fast. Doctor came to see me very soon after I got in room. If I need to go in walk in clinic it will be this one. Thank you

Doctors are nice but miss diagnosed my cchild. Told me child had a pink eye but it ended up being allergic reaction.

Waiting time is ridiculous and staff won’t even inform you how long. Not really good experience at all. They literally lie to you. Didn’t even put you in the right queue. Remember to complaint to make sure no one cut you line.

I visited this clinic on a Monday during the busiest time of the day to check on my knee. Even though it was fully packed, I was well taken cared of from service of the kind and attentive receptionist to the very knowledgeable plus extremely helpful/friendly Dr Nagy Awad. Made me felt they really cared about my problems. Side note, love the cleanliness of the clinic!

Extremely disorganized. I went to this clinic with my family and saw Arabic speaking patients seeing the doctor right away. This is racist behavior and should not be tolerated. Everyone should be seen in the order they sign, I will never go here again, this clinic should be ashamed doing this racist practice.

Extremely terrible service by the pharmacy and receptionists. The pharmacists always mess up my prescriptions whenever I go here, and they are extremely rude.

Very professional, polite and friendly pharmacist that provides prompt service and knowledgable information and instruction.

What an amazing care and professional approach. I took my daughter there yesterday and she was in so much pain. Everyone starting from the receptionist to Dr. Nagy Awad was running around to take care of her and comfort her. Dr Nagy immediate diagnose and treatment was so effective and saved my daughter's life. I wish I can give them More stars for their Service. A Very busy clinic but every one is counted. Highly recommended for every patient who need a professional helth care.

My 3 yr old needed to be seen for a cold. The doctor was very thorough and great with her. The staff and pharmacist were also really helpful. The clinic is clean and service excellent.

I took my young son to this clinic and we saw Dr. Wanda Ankar (sorry if my spelling is wrong). She was very caring and kind. She aired on the side of caution and sent us for an xray. She is a very good doctor. My son has healed and our follow up was quick and pleasent. We will return if we need too. Also people cried racism from this clinic, I'm white as snow and was treated with nothing but kindness and respect.

I walked in right when it opened. I was behind 1 person - the receptionist still had her jacket on. Yet, I’ve been waiting for over 1 hour. Patients have come in after me and have been seen. I ask for status and keep getting, only “1 person ahead of you”.

What’s the purpose of a walk in if you’re accepting appointments (assuming these are appointments- no one can confirm) ? Very poor customer service. Try another clinic - there are 2 other ones in area before going to this one.

TLDR.never coming back here again, front desk lies to you to keep you waiting so they don't run out of patients, and doctors will try to get you out as soon as possible so they can make more money on more patients.went in at 5 in the afternoon for a walk-in to get a quick prescription refill, asked the frontdesk how long of a wait it'll be, said it'll be 20 minutes.waited 30 minutes for my name to be called, checked with frontdesk, said 10 more minutes.waited some more, in total it was about 90 minutes wait.eventually when i finally got in, and i had 4 prescriptions i needed, all for very simple things.by the time i got to the 3rd one the doctor got impatient and said he's spending too much time with me.basically i had to go to a different clinic to get another prescription filled.

The receptionist is rude and was trying her best to act as if she couldn't understand standard questions for someone in her job. Her attitude seems designed to ensure that no one contacts them.

This is literally the worst drs office ever. If your not of their race - forget it. You will continue to be pushed behind while others who came after you are seen. And dont say that their are multiple drs for walk- in and family drs, because I had asked how many doctors they had and they said only 1. When I noticed that other patients were going ahead of me when I was there and they had come after, they shoved me in a room and told me I'm next where I listened to the doctor treat everyone else in the other rooms while I continue to wait! Vinal verdict. This clinic is PURE RACIST! Will never be returning!

Very friendly staff and service was within reasonable time. There was about 6 people ahead of me but I was able to see the doctor and get my prescription within the hour of arriving.

I recently visited the Queen clinic for a followup regarding my blood work. I was pleased with the wait time however, the waiting room smelled bad and not what a professional medical establishment should smell like. I was called into the waiting room and the waxy paper that covers the bed was not changed. There was rips and crinkles on it. I met with Dr. Wanda Ankar for a follow up on blood work I had done. She walked in looking tired and out of it (but who isn't on a Monday). I had already knew a couple of my vitamins were deficient so I asked her what dosage she thought would be best to get my results in normal range - she shrugged her shoulders and said just take the over the counter vitamins and i said yes, I know but what dosage she then proceed to say I don't know whatever is the recommended dose on the back of the box. I then asked about another deficiency again asking what her recommendations were for the dosage she again said whatever it says on the bottle. She didn't provide any concrete information based on my results. She was nice but I felt she didn't care at all. I don't recommend going here unless you know exactly what you need (i.e. Prescription refill). Quite an unfortunate experience as I have seen Dr. Wanda Ankar before when the clinic had initially opened and the staff, service and cleanliness was good. Over time it has diminished and it seems like she doesn't want to work there anymore.

The clinic is very clean and the service is excellent with the smile always, the doctors are skilled and very helpful.worth a visit

Be prepared to wait a long time! I had an appointment for 5: 45pm. When I walked into the office, the waiting room was packed with patients. I didn’t see the doctor until 7: 30pm. There is no point in making an appointment because you will end up waiting way past your scheduled time.
