Amazing store! They helped me find the right fabric and also embroider a smiley face to help repair an organic lovey for my kid. I was at my wits end figuring out how to repair the beloved toy, and finally figured it out thanks to this shop. Also impressive that they combine an heritage skill (quilting) with modern tech (online shopping, modern sewing / quilting machines etc). Very neat

I am so impressed with this store! I placed an order on Friday, February 17 and it was in the mail to me that same day. I received the order on Monday, February 20. The fabric is beautiful and the service is beyond excellent. The Quilt Store has a new customer. What more can I say?

I want to sincerely thank you both Clodagh and Marty, for all your help getting me set up with my new Bernina quilting machine. I have completed my first pantograph quilt and it is awesome, and just as had hoped it would do. Amazing service, and my by far my most favourite quilt shop, thank you!

I am a brand new customer to The Quilt Store. I have heard great things from the sewing community and thought I would place an order online. I accidentally added two of the same products and as a part of my order. I received a call from a wonderful women who called to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I am so pleased with the service I received. They were also able to add an item to my order. The Quilt Store exceeded my expectations and went out of their way to support my shopping experience. I placed the order on Monday and received it Tuesday morning. This store is an absolute treasure. I will definitely be visiting for all of my quilting needs.

Ive shopped here before but was taken back by my last trip. Asked for assistance with a sewing project, was abruptly told "no" before even explaining myself. Was gladly helped by another store in the area.

I called in to ask about an order I placed well over a month ago and was explained to by a staff who was an older woman, in a rather rude and abrupt manner, that it still hasn’t arrived yet due to problems with shipping from another part of Canada. All I asked was a simple question.

I just wanted to say thank you for the fast and friendly service. I just ordered the placemat panels yesterday and I received them today! That is unbelievably fast!

I discovered this treasure of a store through a friend. It really is the best kept secret. The drive from Toronto to Newmarket is definitely worth it. If you are a quilter, this is a must go to visit. They have everything you need including the best sewing machine repair gentleman who is also a gem. They will also special order items if you need something not in the store. P. S. Debbie and all the staff go above and beyond to help us. They all excel customer service.

After being let down by one business, I found The Quilt Store and they were absolutely wonderful to deal with! I highly, highly recommend them! Pleasant, helpful, genuinely happy to do their best for you. You can't ask for better service!

I like the hours and items in the store but the customer service needs to be worked on a little. But I will still shop there because I’m happy with the Janome products and fabrics.
