The Rainbow Room

We stayed at the Crown Plaza and wanted to try this place for breakfast, food was ok Buffet style, customer services very poor and you wouldn’t believe if I tell you the person that serve the water gave my husband an orange juice he brought from and other table that have left and combined with a one of left overs he had on the station they bring the dirty dishes. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Our experience was not the best. Also don’t think the price was worth the food at all.

We were there on July 28 for breakfast and yes it was an amazing experience. Sandra was very quick with service and very cheerful, making the restaurant experience even better and making us want to come back again, and sure we will. It was a buffet, a very good buffet. We were provided with pretty much everything we were expecting from a good restaurant. The view from the restaurant was spectacular as you can see from the photos.

Great service from both Zlatko and Volkan on different days. Volkan helped us find a better table and even took some amazon pictures for us. Zlatko was all smiles and made sure we didn't wait for refills on anything.

Was sent here from the next door Sheridan on the falls for complimentary breakfast because our hotel had no power or water. The view is nice but the cutlery and table was filthy. After being seated, served drinks and waiting over 20 minutes we we told there's only one cook and they couldn't handle serving more than the 4 other tables (9 people). Sent us to Perkins, which we had to walk through the parking garage and parking lots without coats on to only find out it was closed. The rainbow room is terribly unorganized and doesn't know how to communicate with the sister hotels and aimlessly sent many people to a place that was closed. Why even seat us and start serving us and then tell us to get out! Terrible service

Breakfast… $30! Small choice cold food, I suggest you go somewhere else. Got an omelette, asked for spinach, got a leaf of spinach. Asked if they could microwave my cold bacon, they actually took some of the bacon off my plate before returning it to me.
