We had a lovely ride today once again. Friendly and helpful staff and very calm horses. We will definitely be back.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a ranch trail ride experience, and it was quite the adventure. They group you with 8-9 other people and carefully match you with a horse based on your weight. The initial instructions were informative and helpful, but I did notice that some of the horses could be a bit stubborn at times. To ensure our safety and enjoyment, one of the staff members accompanied us throughout the ride.

It's worth noting that they have you sign waivers, absolving them of responsibility for any incidents. Despite this, I found the experience to be genuinely fun, especially if you've never tried horseback riding before. I'd recommend it to newcomers looking for an exciting outdoor adventure.

Excellent customer service! The staff were very thorough with their instructions, they made you feel very comfortable if you were nervous. The staff were very friendly and had a genuine love for the horses. I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend going horseback riding there.

First time at the Ranch and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Despite the weather, my friend and I had a fantastic time. My horse Margo was lovely to ride. She was a good girl Instructors/guides were very good, informative and friendly. Would definitely go again!

Friendly helpful staff. Responsive in email and on phone prior to visit too coordinate large group for the 90-min trail ride.
Some group members never rode on horses before, some have ridden once or twice before. We all had a great time. Staff made sure we are safe and know how to handle the horses properly.
We brought some carrots to feed the horses (with staff permission and guidance), and both the horses and us enjoined the experience.
Would highly recommend The Ranch for trail rides.

Such a great experience! Trail guides were professional and approachable. Horses obviously very well trained and happy. Wear long pants because of the trail trees and shrubs. Two friendly neighbourhood cats. Just great altogether! The only thing I took a star off for are the pictures they take for you are not great quality or professionally done. They just use their own phone. They recommend that you keep your belongings off the trail but I think I actually would have preferred to have my own phone for my own pictures in this case so bring a secure bag with you on the ride.

Very pleasant ride (1.5 hr trail ride) and great staff who gave great instruction, were helpful and patient with the riders as they learned to maneuver their horses. Horses seemed well cared for.

Amazing place to visit. I'm a professional horse rider and was missing my horses from last one year that I've been in Canada. Hats off to the staff making all the process so nice for guests. I got an opportunity to ride Miley and enjoyed trail to the fullest.

We booked the trail ride for a single person and in the phone thay told us that it is possible to book for one person and thay cancelled our booking without contacting us when we arrive thay told us that they cancelled our booking because they cant take one person on the ride and there is no other ride for today

Absolutely loved the trail ride. Horses were perfectly tempered. Cannot wait to go back with my kids!

My overall experience was surprisingly wonderful, and the staff were informative, patient and helpful, in addition of being respectful. I appreciate they lend me helmet without additional charges. I was so immersed with this lovely experience that I didn't have much time to take an expressive pic. I would definitely recommend this ranch for any beginner.

Such a phenomenal experience doing the trail ride. Very beginner friendly! Although it rained, the trail was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it. The horses were well trained and calm. Our instructor made things simple and set us up for success. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our trail ride here! My friends and i had never done this before and every guide was very nice about it, reassured us to be calm and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely come back again!

Dishonest, disrespectful, gives false hope of jogging the horse towards the end and a rip off for $$. The scenery was dull and boring, the horses looked good but clearly were not well fed as they kept eating grass whole time while on trail.

On asking 2 instructors at least a couple of times each if we could gallop/jog the horse (which is supposedly a part of ride) they kept saying it will be towards the end when we enter jogging track and that never happened.

On calling up the front desk to request for partial refund, the instructor answered and played smart by giving me incorrect ph# of owner (Venessa), meanwhile she called up owner and made up lame excuse of no horse jogging for that whole batch due to a 10 year old kid being in the group. Even with the safety of 10-year-old kid, they could do so much better like making separate smaller groups based on age or experience etc.

Venessa was disrespectful, threw an attitude and kept repeating herself for safety of the 10-year-old kid instead of trying to hear my experience and investigate it. She had no answer as to why didn’t the instructors tell me earlier about it and why I was promised horse jogging when the wouldn't do so. Going by her logic if there’s a kid in a group, good luck to the whole group going slow af through a boring trail with thin trees, single line trail where one can even sleep. She finally agreed that there was lack of coordination with the front instructor who was leading the group, to which she said, will consider giving a discount when I come next time lol. Leave aside discount, I wouldn't return for free
