I really enjoy coming to play pool here. The food is great. But book a table ahead of time! It can get booked and busy pretty quickly.

My husband went today likes going on his day off and they had a wing and pint special and no it's a bottle. And the wings were burnt even the waiter commented. My husband isn't the type to speak up but not me. When you change the item and charge the same it's just so wrong. Lost a weekly customer. Might not be a big deal but you can't afford to lose any customers

Some of the best pizza and wings in town, highly recommend there buffalo chicken poutine.service isn’t the best but the food makes up for it.

Pains me to do a two star review on such a good restaurant, you cancelled my order that I made on Uber eats because you’re too busy. You should’ve turn your system off earlier and not cancelled my meal, really disappointed. You make five star food. Shame you cancelled on us.

Killed it! Drinks came quick, food did not take long to come and it looked good but, tasted better. Lots of billiard tables available.

The wings are some of the best I've ever had. The service wasn't exceptional by any means and the atmosphere is a little scattered. It could use some more organization but I would return time and time again for the superior food quality.

I called to order a delivery order, which I’ve done in the past. Woman that answered the phone was rude and stated “we don’t deliver “ and abruptly hung up.

Came here on a Friday night for pool and it was surprisingly not busy! Staff were friendly and prompt, and pool tables were well maintained. Great atmosphere, and the food was delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

I went yesterday w my sons hockey team not knowing what to expect having never been there. Lots of pool tables which made it fun for the boys and parents. People recommended the pizza and wings as go to items and I can tell you they didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Supreme Pizza, onion rings for my wife and I along w the Salt & Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and “Hot” wings to go for my other son. The food was absolutely fantastic, the pizza was a great blend of toppings w a nice sauce and the onion rings were absolutely AMAZING! Big, tasty, well battered w a nice tangy dipping sauce. HOT were very hot the way my son likes them normally but these had a bigger kick than normal! Wouldn’t change a thing. A definite place that I’ll now add to my FAVOURITES list no question! Ordered pizza for delivery and it was delicious! I got the Big Mac pizza and my son got just plain cheese and they were both good. Fresh and tasty. The price was good too. Overall impressed!

The Real Deal is the place to meet for some pool or darts. They have a great selection of pub style food and plenty of cold beers on tap (now including Guinness). I'm a huge fan of their pulled pork topped nachos. If you're playing a team sport and looking for a spot to get a bite to eat after the game, this is the place to go.

Called to ask if they were gonna show a game, that’s it, one question and they left me on hold for 5 minutes and could hear the girl right there talking to people, definitely not going there if they take 5 freaking minutes to answer one question

This place has it all. Lots of pool tables. Lots of TV's so you can watch the game. Great Draft Beer. Great Food with a menu that offer everything a sports bar should have. Lots of tables to sit. Lots of space at the bar.

Busy place, looked like a nice fun place to go for afew drinks and food. But, but
The staff we encountered for our vaccine verification Was A very rude, arrogant young lady, not willing to smile or help us our situation. Won't go into!
Let's just say she was miserable and not willing to greet people properly.
She needs to learn how to smile and handle stress and being busy doesn't excuse grumpyness when u r in a people business.

Nice place to relax, I had fun and went home fully relaxed. They have 16 billiards table, on-house rest room, very nice patio. Lots of beer. In- house Kitchen if you need to order food. Uber and Skip the dishes services available and you can make your order to be delivered. Great place in general.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I love how the customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

Website says they are open. The phone message says they are open. I tried calling 6 times and got the busy message 5 times and was quickly hung up on for a sixth time. I wanted to support this restaurant during lockdown, but now I need to order my food from somewhere else.

I visit this restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite place to dine. I go there regularly. The cooking is very tasty, the staff members are courteous and the prices are good. I like meeting in this spot to have a decent supper.

Had a Real Deal pizza yesterday for the first time. Best I ever had in my 68 years and four provinces that I've lived in.

We arrived at this place for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again.we highly recommend this place.

Hoards of people were sitting elbow to elbow at a table while other tables were not 6 ft apart with NO masks on and not eating while pool players wore masks and not anywhere close to being near each other.will not go there again

The service is always good, and I really enjoy the food here! There is a decent variety to choose from, and anyone with antojitos on the menu is in my good books! The pool tables look to be maintained, although I have not played here this year.

This is my favourite place to go for pizza - the BBQ chicken is my fav. So I went in to get some of my favourite pizza and saw that The Real Deal is fundraising for Kidsability! I LOVE that they are doing that, you don’t see this very often. Growing up in an environment like Kidsability means I will definitely back for a few more pizzas! Every-time you buy a pizza a portion goes to the fundraiser️ Everyone should go out and buy a pizza and donate to Kidsability - everybody counts!

This place simply knows how to satisfy their clients. Always with a very friendly demeanor. The food is affordably priced, regularly delicious and clean.

Great place to hang with friends and chat because it's not too loud, It was busy and still lots of space but it could use an extra server. We were a party of 12 last Saturday afternoon and we waited very long times between drinks.

Spectacular place!

Ok, first, the food- probably the best pizza I've ever had. We had a group of about 10 and ordered numerous pizzas, various kinds of wings, calamari- so delicious. But that pizza! The service was attentive and professional, the drinks flowed fast when asked. The billiard tables were in good order. A Guelph treasure.

There were families there with kids, couples on dates, groups celebrating birthdays, and collectives of Bros, all having a great time in an amazing place.

Incredible pizza! Seriously, the best pizza I have had in years. Thin crust, great sauce, lots of cheese. Atmosphere is fun, pool hall/sports pub vibe. Good selection of decent beers. Other food seemed like mostly pub grub, although next time I'd like to try the wings.

Recently renovated bar area is nice! The service is excellent, and the food is pretty awesome too - including the pizza! It's nice to come around here and not have to deal with some of the shadiness of the other places in the area. My only complaint is that the table spacing is a little tight, but nothing that can't be worked around. Overall, best place in town to shoot some pool!

We have been going to the Real Deal for years and they have worked hard to make it easy to have fun. A simple menu done well. Investments in the tables and the environment (improved flooring, lighting,). It's what a neighbourhood place should reflect. Quality. Energy.
