I had the most disappointing experience recently. I had scheduled an appointment in advance, hoping for a pleasant and timely visit, but it turned out to be a complete waste of my time.
First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. When I arrived at the salon, I was greeted with indifference by the staff. They seemed utterly disinterested in acknowledging my presence or the fact that I had an appointment. I waited patiently for a considerable amount of time, expecting to be called for my scheduled service. However, it became apparent that they had no intention of honouring my appointment.
What's worse, no one bothered to communicate with me about the delay or even apologize for the inconvenience. It felt like I was invisible to the employees, and my time was clearly not valued in the slightest.
I understand that businesses can get busy, but this was a blatant disregard for customer appointments and an utter lack of professionalism. If they had communicated the delay or offered an apology, I might have considered waiting longer. But the complete disregard for customers is inexcusable.
I had hoped to experience the expertise of their stylists, but I never got the chance. My trust in their ability to provide quality service was shattered by their incompetence in managing appointments and providing basic customer courtesy.
I strongly advise anyone considering to think twice. There are plenty of other salons in town that value their customers' time and provide a much more pleasant experience. My visit was a colossal disappointment, and I won't be returning

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting recently, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. I had scheduled an appointment in advance, which I believed would ensure a smooth and efficient visit. However, my time and patience were wasted, leaving me with no choice but to leave the salon without receiving any service.
First and foremost, the lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I entered the salon. The receptionist seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. I patiently waited for my appointment, expecting that they would eventually accommodate me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
Despite my scheduled appointment, it appeared that the salon had overbooked, or they simply had no regard for their clients' time. I watched as several walk-in customers were taken ahead of me, and when I inquired about my appointment, I was met with indifference.
The complete disregard for their scheduled appointments is not only disrespectful but also a waste of their customers' valuable time. If a salon cannot manage their schedule properly or communicate effectively with their clients, it raises serious questions about their competence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the salon's lack of courtesy and professionalism was disheartening. No effort was made to apologize or explain the situation, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. It's essential for any business to treat their clients with respect, and clearly failed in this regard.
In summary, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. A business that cannot honor scheduled appointments or provide basic courtesy to its customers should not be trusted with your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look for a more reputable salon that values its clients' time and business.

Wait times are terrible, but people working here are ok. My husband went for haircut and beard trimming he had bunch of red marks because of the razor they used so not that great too. But cutting was fine

I have been visiting here since i came to canada that is since 2018 and they have been doing amazing job since then. Vickybhai is the best man, he does the best job.

This salon is spectacular as they have very experienced barbers who know their work and style.

I went here for haircut. People running this business have no respect for customer specially one guy working here usually on second chair on left hand from entrance is terrible in treating customer. He feel him shelf a god of hair cutting. No respect for customer, zero communication skills and never listen. If you go without appointments, they will treat you like you did some crime. Also, they never respect their business hours. Most of the time closes their door early and They literally pull you out of the shop even though you reach 1 hour early of closing time. Terrible experience and expensive. I will never go here and also not recommending to others.

BEST SALON IN TOWN! GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF. Salon opened recently but I know Vipul (owner) since 2011. I always come here and I bring all my friends here for great haircut.
