Thanks to the doctors and staff at RCC for an excellent experience in my fertility journey. I conceived my baby through IVF, I would highly recommend RCC to anyone seeking fertility treatments. Best clinic hands down!

Amazing clinic! The ultrasound technicians are so kind and gentle, the administration is great and the staff who helped me through a retrieval were soooooo compassionate. Dr Nayot is practical, extremely professional and he makes sure your needs are being met while keeping expectations realistic. Would recommend to anyone who's going through Infertility!

I got monitoring my cycle for a year and I conceived naturally, thanks for the late of Dr. Corbett and Dr. Victoria Resendes

The experience at RCC is a rollercoaster of mixed feelings. The staff, including ultrasound techs, nurses, blood techs, and doctors, are caring and kind. Dr. Usmani, my doctor, is truly dedicated and passionate about her work.

However, there's a downside. The clinic's organization and communication need serious improvement. I've been going there for a year and a half, initially told the IVF waitlist was a year, but that's been far from reality. At 38, I self-funded an IVF cycle in July due to time constraints. Sadly, after completing a IVF cycle, I'm left hanging with no review/appointment until October.

During August and September, I'm left in the dark about the PGT testing results of my embryos. The possibility of an embryo transfer is uncertain until I meet with Dr. Usmani in October and even than it may not happen until November depending on my cycle. This waiting game is incredibly disheartening, especially as nobody shares how many embryos I have. I feel trapped, I can't plan for another round of IVF or embryo transfer, my life is on hold until the clinic decides. It's disappointing and frustrating. If I'd known about these delays, I'd have chosen a different clinic for self funded IVF. It seems they’ve taken on more patients than they can handle causing long waits for everything. Even during cycle monitoring expect to wait over an hour regardless of your appointment time. They are always running late. If you're okay with long waits and poor communication, this might work for you. But if you want a smoother experience, consider looking elsewhere.

Love this place, very caring. Dr. Nayot understands patient very well. At the end of the treatment i was pregnant natually.

The staffs are better than other clinics here. But at the end of the day their objective is to make money. I was told to go ahead with the ivf cycle but then they found that my FSH is high so I asked Jihan what should I do with the medication if it seems impossible to go ahead. She said you can return it. So I was waiting for the next steps and also informed im taking some time to do naturopathy. Now when I went back Dr. Usmani said you can donate the medication and they haven’t responded to my emails there after. Isn’t it amazing they only respond when it feels convenient to them. They should have seen the report first and then instructed me to get the medication. They should have not let me buy the medication until they’re sure all levels are normal. Until repeated tests don’t ask the patient to do financial commitment.

We love our doctor and all the staff at RCC. The only problem is how busy the office is and how difficult it is to get appointments in a timely manner. I just hope for success in the near future!

I am so sad to hear of the passing of my amazing dr.corbett, she will be grately missed as she was an caring, loving, kind, smart and so positive, she made my experience at RCC feel full of hope with each visit, I will deeply miss her, may she rest in peace.

Dr. Shannon was not only a skilled and dedicated fertility specialist, but also a true advocate for her patients. She believed in the power of science and medicine to help families achieve their dreams of having children, and her commitment to this goal was unwavering.

My wife and I got pregnant at the same time at RCC. We are extremely happy with our almost to be two year old boys - 6 weeks apart. We highly recommend this place for IUI - the process was smooth and quick for us. Clean environment- appts always on time and no waiting.

I love RCC! They support you in almost every way and above all they are kind & compassionate while you navigate through your fertility journey. Everyone from the front desk staff, ultrasound techs, nurses etc are professional & especially quick & discreet when it comes to the somewhat unpleasant parts of the process that we all inevitably have anxiety about. I especially love how inclusive they are to the lgbtq+ community, you can tell the staff care very deeply about being welcoming to all.

Terrible! Safe yourself from unending waste of time and money. The ivf process is stressful enough dont ise this terrible and incompetent clinic and docs.

They will tell you that you need 4 days of medication that cost $1700 just to tell you the next day after your blood work and ultrasound results just came in and that you don't need all the medication any more witch you can't return this is ridiculous. I have been scheduled to go to the Oakville location to get there and there closed thank you to the front desk lady that booked me in Oakville when there closed on weekends how do you make that mistake.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Usmani nurse Stephanie and the ultrasound team at RCC. The level of professionalism and support is amazing and I recommend all my friends and patients to this facility.

After trying 2 cycles of IVF at another clinic with no success.i came to RCC with high hopes. We tried our 3rd IVF at RCC and did our 3rd embryo transfer and got pregnant! Dr. Nayot is one of the best doctors in the GTA.he is patient, very realistic, doesn’t give up and hopeful. Him on our side and his medical plan we are now having our first baby. He takes time to understand your history and what you need or want.

The whole team at RCC is amazing, they are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend RCC to all couples trying to conceive.

I was referred to RCC by a colleague who had wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and the RCC team. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. He listened to our needs and developed treatment goals in accordance to our preferences. He never forced a treatment option on us and has always been transparent about risks and benefits of all treatment options.
The staff at RCC are super friendly and compassionate. I never saw anyone being impatient or frustrated with my multiple questions. The front desk staff, ultrasound staff, all the nurses and Cecilia, all are very good at communication and will make sure you understand the instructions and next steps.

Finally, I am pregnant now and all the credit goes to RCC’s amazing team. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for fertility treatment.

Dr. Corbett, the nursing department, receptionist and all other staffs are very good & friendly. They will follow you up for each and every visits/calls. Sometimes, they use to schedule a video call with Dr. Corbett & that’s great. They will response in next 24 hours for your voicemail. I recommend this clinic to my friends and family:)

This clinic has great staff. Nurses and “most” secretaries are kind and very helpful. However there’s one major issue that we have been facing over the years-communication. Also, since COVID, on my last visit, the clinic became so busy that it feels like Christmas at a mall. There were line ups to get checked in, for blood work, for ultrasound, and even to purchase meds. Not to me mention all the clients in the exam rooms. I’ve never seen this. Their previously great system is definitely broken. Also be prepared to wait a long time past your scheduled appointment. Yet my husband isn’t allowed for visits.

There has now been 3 occasions where dr. Corbett has forgotten what our plans were and what was said in discussions. I wish I recorded them. My husband is also extremely disappointed. The last encounter left us heartbroken and devastated. I even ended up with stress hives. Couldn’t sleep for days because precious time has been lost and promises broken. At my age and with health conditions every month counts. Perhaps the clinic is so overloaded with clients that I became just a number. We have been playing this horrible waiting game to have my procedures done as promised. And so we are now looking for a new clinic.

If you are a DIABETIC please note that the clinic WILL NOT work with you if your A1C is over 6.5. This is now their “new” policy that was never explained to us prior to our planned procedure. Whereas in the past, they worked with me if I were at A1C at 7-7.6. At the end of the day it’s your body, your choice to take a risk. Lack of information has become a thing. You literally have to school and inform yourself.

Front desk staff, nurses and all staff that we have encountered have been nothing but great!

We left the downtown clinic- mt. Sinai that was negligent and unprofessional, wasted a lot of our precious time. Misinformed us, lost test results, lack of communication amongst the team and occasionally very rude. When you’re older every month counts.

The nurses are super sweet and everyone is accommodating with my weird requests. I’ve even seen someone be rude to one of the front desk staff and they were still kind and helpful at the end. Everyone at the clinic is respectful, attentive, and very knowledgeable. This is a great clinic with a great system to accommodate everyone. From taking your blood, to ultrasounds, to consulting.is great!

Went here for 3 years, got alot of run around from the doctors. When asking questions they would not give you a straight answer. Made me do a surgery and still kept saying to me we cannot talk about IVF until after the Surgery. Surgery come and gone, was told I would be called within 2 months. No one called me I followed up and no one was answering my calls. Finally got someone on the phone, they completely forgot about me. Wasted 3 months of my life. They started to tell me I now have to be at the bottom of the Government funded IVF. REASON I was asking 8 months prior about the process. Don't understand up until today why my name was not able to be added back when I tried to ask months earlier. I switched clinics not only to be treated better, but learned how much more expensive RCC is. Shop around before you commit to RCC they are double the price for some procedures.

From the minute my partner and I walked into the building everyone was so friendly and informative. The nurse who was with me from start to finish was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was very caring. Nothing but good comments about this care centre. They’re great at what they do.

I can't thank the RCC team enough for the kindness and hard work they put in for all their patients. I've never been once disappointed with the service and quality of care. Even if you don't have fertility issues I still recommend this clinic if you need some assistance conceiving Dr Usmani is beyond caring and understanding. Her assistant Kristyn is also very responsive. Currently pregnant all thanks to RCC! Highly recommended.

My wife was the patient of Dr. Corbett, she is very professional and nice. Also, we get a lot help by Stefanie in ultrasound department, she is very nice and enthusiatic. However, a "C" secretary of Dr. Corbett has less sympathy and feel rude to the patient. She should go for another job instead of this. Because I believe that all people come here need more care and empathy. We have had a little boy born last year successfully, we are really appreciated for every stuff who helped us at that difficult time, thank you so much and happy new year!

My experience at RCC was great! Dr. Nayot was our doctor and he is amazing. He is very smart, thinks outside the box and personable. I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant and so far everything is looking great. His whole team and everyone at RCC were lovely. Shameeza, the office administrator, was very responsive and always got back to me as quickly as she could with any questions I had. I don’t live close…it’s about an hour drive but definitely worth the drive in my opinion. Such great service and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the lovely experience, I will definitely be coming back in the future to grow our family!

The RCC is the best the best the best, don't think i can say that enough, i have been with other fertility clinics and i was getting no where just spending money i did not have, but at RCC i feel like a person, they listen to my needs and their is always someone to help and the care they provide is exceptional, and if money if a problem you don't have to worry they work with to help in every way they can.i would recommend anyone to RCC, they are to me the best fertility specialist in GTA the best

Everyone is very kind here but the organization and communication to clients is awful. I constantly get different info from different nurses. I show up for my appts and there are huge scheduling conflicts. I have to wait so long to get my medications that I end up being at the clinic for 2 hours. I do think they do great work here but someone in administration has some tidying up to do to make this a functioning place.

Been coming to RCC for almost 3 years with one successful pregnancy. I was at another clinic prior to RCC and the staff and experience here is amazing. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to RCC.

Hello all,
Reproductive care center is good but only for the rich who can shell out money. Middle class people will feel the pinch when it comes to paying Bill's. They need to have reasonable rates so that everyone can afford the procedures.
Other than that everything is good. Staff is friendly and the place is kept clean, lots of parking.

I have never felt so listened to by a doctor before. I had my initial consult with Dr Usmani a few days ago and brought up a concern I had about a condition that runs in my family that I have shown symptoms of for over 10 years that may affect my fertility. For the past 10+ years I have asked my family MD to run tests and refer me to a specialist as I feared I may have a fertility issue. Now that I am experiencing issues that have been ignored for years, I am seeing Dr Usmani. In my initial consult at RCC, Dr Usmani listened to my concerns and advised that a referral to a specialist was necessary to diagnose/rule out my concern. I may finally have an answer about years of debilitating pain that has resulted in loss of employment due to absenteeism and planning my life around my cycle after just one conversation. I am impressed and so happy to have found Dr Usmani.

This is a fantastic clinic. I highly recommend. All of the staff is very supportive. Lynette, Raisa are the best nurses, they always made me feel so supported during difficult times. Dr. Nayot is kind and compassionate he's a great doctor I've had great experience at this clinic

The best place to go if you’re trying hard to get pregnant. Dr Usmani and her team are really nice and helpful. Dr Usmani’s diagnosis was so perfect and m so thankful to her for referring me to the high risk specialist. Me and my husband will be always grateful to them for helping us to get our bundle of joy.

RCC and Dr Corbett helped my husband and I through 2 yrs of fertility treatment, which ultimately led to success. I am grateful to the entire staff for managing our care with compassion. I have recently returned to the clinic to attempt another pregnancy.

I genuinely don’t have enough good things to say about RCC and my experience with them! I began my fertility journey roughly 3 years ago at a different clinic and although I didn’t ever have a negative experience, I never really formed a connection there. It felt very sterile and cold, with constant new faces and I was just one of the hundreds of women trying to get pregnant. When things continued to be unsuccessful I got frustrated and felt as though changes weren’t being made accordingly to help make my dreams of motherhood come true. My cousin referred me to RCC after her success with IVF and it was the best decision I have ever made! Dr. Corbett was aggressive in her approach, made changes accordingly and made me feel like being a mom could still happen for me. The entire staff ranging from the front reception desk, the doctors, ultrasound techs, Cecilia and every single nurse I encountered whether at the nursing station or on the egg retrieval/transfer side of things have been nothing short of welcoming and amazing! They remember your name, smile and say hello every chance they get and celebrate your successes with you along the way. Whether they know it or not this makes such a big difference because you don’t feel like just another patient walking through the doors. I couldn’t be happier about my time at RCC and will be sad when I have to leave.

I had a wonderful time at RCC. They don’t waste time and the staffs are good at what they do. Although, when you call them on phone they don’t pick up on time but anything asides that is great.

Our experience with RCC was fantastic.everyone was great, from the ultrasound technitions to the nursing staff and the doctors on site. They would accommodate dropping in late for an appointment to changing dates last minute. I always got the nursing staff call me back ti answer my questions and the doctors especially Doctor Usmani and Dr corbett have been fantastic. Cecilia at the nursing desk was always great and iVF coordinator raisa was great as well. Great clinic to experience your most important journey and decisions with.

This place is NOT CLIENT BASED! Shannon Corbett runs it and after meeting with her you will realize that she is 100% income based. Shes trying to generate as much as she can in the least amount of time, straight volume based. Lack of care, competence and organization is endless! Do not use.no respect for your time.

I sought fertility treatment from Dr. Corbett as a 34 year old, single woman, with PCOS. Dr. Corbett went above and beyond in explaining my treatment and medication options. Dr. Corbett answered all my questions and I always left appointments feeling well cared for and confident in the process. I had a successful IUI on my FIRST attempt. Dr. Corbett, Dr. Lee and the entire team at the Reproductive Care Clinic (RCC) are phenomenal!

I have been a patient at RCC for 2 years now. After going to multiple clinics and hearing different reviews I wanted to try one more time. Dr. Corbett never gave up on me and my husband. After 10 years of infertility Dr. Corbett was able to give us our miracle baby! Countless procedures and appointments were done however this team never gave up on us. The front staff, the physicians and nurses have all been fantastic throughout our journey. Never give up hope, have faith and BELIEVE. If your heart desires it, it is possible. THANK YOU RCC!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for many years. We have been to two clinics in the process and have found the reproductive industry to be a confusingv frustrations and costly experience regardées of the clinic. We started at RCC and moved to a clinic closer to home. When government funding became available to us through RCC we decided to return. We went through a funded round of IVF only to be disappointed by the results of the retrieval. My body needed to be on the drugs for longer to allow my eggs to mature and produce the typical quantity. There was no way to predict what my body needed in advance so we were left with two choices; try again without funding or come to terms with not being able to have children. The clinic then offered us a discount for our next round for empathetic reasons and we decided to go ahead. The second retrieval yielded much better results and we managed to get one embryo. We elected to have genetic testing and testing to know when the optimal time for transfer would be to ensure we had done everything medically possible to make the transfer a success. The clinic monitored us closely after the transfer as they were concerned with my HCG and early ultrasound results. Miraculously our embryo survived and we are now 21 weeks along in our pregnancy. The reproductive journey is difficult to navigate and at times it can feel as though you are a number or dollar sign. RCC made us feel cared for and listened to. The staff were always friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Dr. Corbett, Gerry-Lee, Emily, Pauline and Cecelia for going the extra mile to make parenthood a reality for us. I can only imagine how difficult their jobs really are as no two people, treatments or outcomes are ever the same.

It took about three months to get into the clinic with my referral. But, once in my experience has been nothing but amazing! For the first time ever I have a doctor that listens to me, and actually figured out my problem within a month. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. If I haven’t been able to reach them via phone, I just send off emails. And someone always gets back to me. Highly recommend

I've been with this clinic for 4 years now and i was so lucky to have been referred to them. Doctors and staff were all amazing and supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better Doctor when i got Dr Corbett! She is so caring and a wonderful Dr. From the start she was amazing and never pushed us, i felt that with everyone i dealt with. Everyone made myself and my husband feel comfortable. I never gave up hope and they didn't either and i'am very thankful for this clinic and all its staff! When we are ready for another child i wont think twice this will be the only clinic i need to go. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts i truly feel blessed!

I just wanted to share my experience at RCC! It was very hard at first, because I was a woman going through the same things that every woman is going through when they attend a place like this. Needless to say, I was very emotional, frustrated, and I just wanted things to happen right away. I spent 8 months at RCC before I finally got pregnant. I was so beyond happy! I also had a great pregnancy and gave birth to my precious boy 2 weeks ago!

So for all of the women that are reading this, the best advice that I can give you is to be patient, because it does take time. There are reviews on here about how the doctors just want the money, etc.and I don't believe that's true. I think that all of the doctors, especially my doctor (Dr. Corbet!), have our best interest at heart. They have years of experience and they really are trying to do what is best for us. I know that they tried to work with me and my husband, especially when it came to our budget. The nurses there are wonderful, the doctors are wonderful, and I'm so glad that I chose them to help me start my beautiful journey! Thank you so much Dr. Corbet and RCC, because you truly have given us a wonderful gift.

Dr. Usmani is a kind hearted and very understanding soul. If you have a choice, please seek out her professional care as she will guide you gently during the most difficult of times.

Horrible. Do not recommend.
Was referred to Dr. Goodrow, how disappointing. MONEY is all that she cares about. Charged us $250 right off the bat to have my husband sit with me at the consultation that took 10 minutes. Went straight to IVF without mention of any other treatments, wrote down all the costs on a yellow post it. Made sure to tell us it was 6k AMERICAN just for the medication, said "American" atleast 3 times. Total was 35k at the bottom of the post it. I waited for her to suggest the Ontario funded IVF cycle that I was entitled to, of course she didn't. Only at the end, post it in hand, did I ask about it, to which she sheepishly said, "yes, you are eligible for that". Ridiculous. This clinic does NOT have your best interests in mind. Avoid.

Remember, some fertility procedures are far from cheap if you’re not prepared financially, please seek other ways and don’t go trashing doctors who aren’t paying out of their own pockets.

This clinic is the best clinic ever thank God I found Rcc. I have endometriosis stage 3 and low amh, I met dr. Clive Lee he’s an amazing doctor he did my retrieval and lucky he did a fresh 5 day transfer he’s very caring and passionate for what he does. He believes in faith when my transfer was over he spoke to me and my husband and said you guys have done everything now you pray. From meeting dr. Lee from our first consultation hubby and I always had a great feeling with him, he didn’t rush us he answered all our questions our first ivf was done recently and we got a big fat positive thank you dr. Lee. Jamie from dr. Lee office is amazing as well. The whole team at rcc is so amazing don’t believe any of the bad reviews honestly.

Personal Experience:

. Incompetent doctors (except Dr. Moore)
. Zero personalized attention (same protocol for each patient)
. A guessing game with the patient diagnosis.
. They rush you to buy medications in advanced, without confirming if you are responding to the stimulation medications first. (pay as you go) it's your money, not the clinic.
. Some medications are better to buy them outside the clinic. They mislead you to believe that is more convenient to buy the medications at the clinic.
. The whole treatment is very stressful. The doctors do not have any time to see you. (it's Not a walking clinic) it should not be a marathon.

We decided to lose our government funding rather than deal with the clinic.
An IVF treatment could NEVER be successful at a clinic like RCC!
Do not believe the few pics of babes at the reception wall, those photos only represent 0.01% of 99.9 % unsuccess IVF's at the RCC!

Dr. Corbett, Nurse Emily and the RCC staff did what others deemed impossible. After 2 failed IUI's, 4 failed FET's using 2 embryos each transfer and 2 years of trying to conceive with another Fertility Clinic - Dr. Corbett followed through with her sincerity and not only got us pregnant via FET first shot but broke through other preventative barriers out of the goodness of her own heart.
Dr. Corbett, Nurse Emily and RCC staff left no stone unturned to help us preserve our funds and sanity through what was the most trying process of our lives.
Dr. Corbett is the big guns. If your fertility takes an abrupt turn or needs assistance - you want the big guns.

My experience with this clinic has been very depressing! I've had the opportunity to compare the care and treatment with other clinics and it is comparatively very inferior. My doctors knowledge is very outdated and limited. I've had to bring in recommendations from other clinics to get proper treatment and even then he very confidently denies it exits. I am forced to go the distance to another clinic to get proper diagnosis and treatment. The nurses love to follow "protocol" even if logically it doesn't apply. I hate being in conflict mode during this difficult time and would love to just trust; but they make it hard. Now this is not to say that there are knowledgeable doctors. It's just the wait time for the good ones in this clinic is long.
I paid a premium price for treatment here - the quotes were 50% than other clinics. But the quality of service was sub standard.

I never post any review before, but after reading most of the reviews here, I think I need to say something.

My son will be 2 years soon:) after 12 years waiting, in and out 3 different fertility clinics and out of the 3 clinic, RCC is the best.

My doctor is Dr. Corbett, she explains thoroughly every steps, really care about us and unlike other clinics, I don't have to wait for weeks and months to meet her.

12 years journey has up and down, not only financially, early morning trip for blood works, negative tests, etc but I hope you all will always has a hope that one day you will be blessed with a child just like us.
