I've been living here since June, and have enjoyed my stay so far. The community events for the building have been great, and the building is well maintained. Special shout out to Miriam for her excellent customer service. She's always friendly, professional, and willing to help.

Feels like home. I love everything about my unit down to the black door hinges. I moved in July, and from start to finish, I was made to feel welcome. My leasing consultant, Sara, was incredible. She made the leasing process straightforward and worry-free. The Concierges, Cassidy and Kate, including the lead Concierge, Shreya, are always very pleasant and attentive. When I pass the front desk, there is always a warm smile and an offer of help if needed. Maintenance requests are also taken seriously and addressed without delay. Carlos, the Maintenance Supervisor, and Nick, the Maintenance Technician, have always been patient and respectful towards me, especially when they enter my home. Monica, the Assistant Property Manager, really understands what makes a home. I appreciate her organizing activities so residents get to know each other in a relaxed and comfortable way. The amenities are great. However, I have yet to use them. Though, what attracted me to the building was that we also have access to the amenities in our sister building.

Need to give major kudos to Sara from the leasing team for all her help in finding my new home in Toronto. Attentive, considerate and knowledgeable, she made what could have been a daunting process an enjoyable one. Big thanks Sara!

When my partner and I went to our appointment with Yana from the leasing team, we were convinced we were not going to move. “Just looking”. The experience was wonderful and we quickly couldn’t stop thinking about our lives there. We moved in two weeks ago and love it. Yana and the Rhapsody team made the process from application to move in smooth and made us feel cared for! Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

What a delight.
Our experience with The Residences at The Well has been as near to flawless as you could hope.
Our leasing agent Yana was kind, thoughtful, quick to respond and just as quick to action. She made our move-in incredibly smooth. I don’t think we would have followed through with this move if not for her professional guidance.
Now living here the rest of the team has been equally supportive. The concierge and front desk team are always smiling and eager to help (special shoutout to Miriam), the facilities are kept pristine, and the maintenance team is so helpful (even mounting our TV for us)

On top of all this, the Well uses an app for all communication (package arrival, scheduled maintenance, service requests) making living here even more seamless.

The apartment is nice, clean, and in a good location. Although there are still constructions in the area, it has yet to affect us much as the insulation is well done. The staffs here are always helpful and friendly, especially Yana, who not only found the perfect layout for us but also helped us to have a fast, smooth, stress-free application and even made it possible for us to move in the exact day we needed.

P. S. Guest parking is available but there's no where shown on the website or the outdated googled street view. I think it will be helpful to attach a picture of the parking rate here.
