Finally tried this Gem!
The service was great! Thanks Kendra for the great service! My friend and I both had the burger and it was awesome! Fresh, flavourful and just filling enough! I paired mine with the side bib salad and it too was fabulous. Apple, goat cheese, seeds! I will definitely be back!

We had our Christmas Social Dinner for the Ayr North Dumfries Lions Club here last night.
I think I can speak for everyone and say the food was delicious.
The service was outstanding. We didn't have an issue with anything except that we did have to go home!
Very friendly and accomodating establishment who are just celebrating their 2 nd Anniversary!
Go visit. You won't be disappointed!

A group of us (7), went for a social (no pun intended) dinner and it was AMAZING. As soon as we walked in it felt just right. The food was super delicious and the portion size filled me up. I had the meatloaf.very tasty. Our server Brie was incredible and very professional. Thank you Kendra, Mike and Brie.you made our first visit a fun memorable one. See you soon!

This is a lovely restaurant, tucked into a quaint community. The food is fabulous - I had the meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables. Ended my meal with carrot cake. A refreshing change from being covered in cream cheese icing. Service was great. Staff very friendly and attentive. Give it a try sometime.

Was there tonight for a work party. DO NOT order seafood - the bacon wrapped scallops were small, from a box, were not fresh and therefore inedible. The squash was steamed and watery, the brussel sprouts appetizer was deep fried and soggy. The tiramisu cake dessert had fake cream (edible oil product). My husband had the short rib which was quite good but was served with boiled gnocchi and watery squash, he very much enjoyed the beef flatbread appetizer though.

Really enjoyed the sangria! Beef flatbread was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. The main meal was underwhelming. My wife's bacon-wrapped scallops - fail. Neither the bacon nor the scallops were cooked well, and the scallops were NOT fresh. I had a Shirt Rib: tasty beef with a lot of gravy… and a clean bone next to it. Weird. The accompanying gnocchi tasted bland like it came out of a bag and I to boiling water - not made fresh. Should have passed on dessert; tasted like it contained whipped oil product instead of cream. The meal wasn't unpleasant, but I expected more after reading the restaurant's reviews beforehand.

While food was very good, and server was very nice, we had an issue with the cook that was there that evening. We had our grandkids with us and he was swearing repeatedly and being loud. Just be aware that this is not a place to bring children or for anyone offended by vulgar language.

First time eating authentic Canadian food (being from FL) the poutine was delicious and filling and the potato soup was spot on. When I make it back up to Ontario I will make it a point to come by again.

We went there in the fall one evening & the meal was not very good. Overcooked meat that was even hard to chew. We decided to give it another chance & go for lunch. I would not go back. We were greeted by the server saying we didn’t have a reservation & we should have. There were 6 of us & only 3 other couples on the restaurant. Then we were told we had to leave by 1: 30 as they were closing for 5 days. The menu was very limited with a number of items, even hamburgers, were not available & they only had one dessert choice. We all decided that we would not go back there again.

Great atmosphere, amazing staff from the front to the kitchen. The only difficulty was deciding on what to eat each time there, everything is mouth watering delicious.

Small and intimate location. Menu is limited but can likely find something to eat. The portion sizes are small, while the prices are not. Any substitutions or asking for a bit more (gravy as example) is extra charge. Food was “ok”, service was ok as well.
Will not be returning.

The Ridge Social Eatery, is a cute little spot nestled just outside the Kitchener city limits in Roseville. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy a drink and dinner. We hit it on a Wednesday when they serve up their made from scratch burger and fries. You will not be disappointed. This tasty burger hit the spot and you will leave there feeling satisfied. The staff was lovely and the restuarant is charming. Will be back for sure.

We have visited The Ridge a couple of times now and have been impressed so far. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is always friendly. I recommend the brie as an appetizer, it is delicious!

Upscale dining, rich atmosphere, excellent staff.
We had the Wednesday burger special, $11 for 8oz fresh made patty with home cut fries. EXCELLENT.

I like liver and onions. Not everyone does, but I do. I have never had better anywhere than is prepared at The Ridge. The salted caramel cheesecake with an apple sauce garnish was fantastic.

Went with the Tri-City Food Ninjas for dinner out. The owners are very friendly, food was delicious and it was a great atmosphere! A great small town restaurant!
