I have been going to the Ritz for the past 3 years. First of all, let me say that Yusif is a true professional. As someone who very is picky and particular about his haircuts, Yusif is very attentive and always goes the extra mile to make sure that my hair is taken care of just the way that I like. He has an eye for detail and takes great care in his work.

But it's not just about the haircut, is it? The atmosphere at Yusif's barbershop is what sets it apart. We always have great conversations, and that's a testament to the welcoming environment that Yusif has created. It's about spending time with great people and enjoying the experience.

I had walked by the salon during the pandemic and when I first looked inside, I knew this was where my next haircut would be. When shop’s finally opened, I booked a cut. Man was I correct. Yusif is a master barber, a master singer and just a great guy. The salon is beautiful, the prices are great and his expressos are fantastic. He has recently open another salon on Yonge, not far from the other place. When I had to change an appointment in a pinch, he asked me to come over to the new place. It is beautiful. All designed by the master himself. Lastly I will say whenever I go for a cut I come out feeling relaxed and looking like a million bucks. Can’t wait for the next appointment.

Great place for men’s and boys haircuts. Yusif the owner and Nidia the stylist work well together. You get an espresso nice music and relaxed atmosphere.

Ironically, the subject I chose "Fade Cut", was something that was asked and not performed to the degree expected (considering their price point of $50 mens hair cut). I specifically asked for a fade and was very disappointed. The hair cut felt rushed and when I tried to tell the barber that they did not line up my sideburns correctly, they said that my hair was very difficult to cut and that he had other appointments and could not fix it until after the others left. I have no problem with someone being fast as long as they are efficient - which it did not. I wanted to give this place a try for a while since I live around the area and was severely disappointed.

I waited 27 minutes over my reservation and welcomed with an odour i can only describe as sickly -but not the good kind-. I can confidently say the cut was underwhelming and uneven.i walked out there looking like Matthew Rhys.if i can give 0 stars i would.
