This guy doesn't even stand by his ad. A friend of mine was dealing with a women who put there house up for sale even put it online, then turned around the next day took it all down and said " sorry we can't sell this house it won't make Rob enough profit" than left. This guy's a crook.

We are newcomers to Canada. As Executor to my father’s estate, I reached out to an independent Realtor who had no ties to me and my siblings. The Golfi Team sent Natalie to meet with me at my father’s house.

Going with any real estate agent / team in Hamilton would be foolish. The professionalism and comprehensiveness of the service was unparalleled. We were not in the best shape to sell our home. Stacy Bontis coached us to get our home presentable for the market within 2 weeks. She then sold our home in one day for 5% over asking (which entirely covered the commission). I would leave 6 stars if I could.

Our agent was Melissa DeRuiter. She was with us through an entire year of searching for places throughout the pandemic in Hamilton and surrounding cities (thank you for humoring us!). Funny, kind, responsive, flexible, ethical, a hard worker. She went into some (not so nice) places for us when we couldn't make it into the city (so appreciated again!).
She never once pressured us to go above what we felt comfortable when bidding, but at the same time she always gave us a very accurate sense of what a house would go for and what we could offer. She was with us through multiple bidding wars and honestly kept us going when we had all but given up. Now we have an adorable house, within our budget and with basically all we were looking for in a place. I loved how she told us straight up what she thought when we were looking - no mincing words, but she is also tactful when needed lol. We honestly can't thank her enough for all her hard work.
