Amazing customer service. I get lost in this store for HOURS! They have a great selection of tumbled stones, bracelets, beads, jewellery making supplies, and a HUGE clearance section that you can find some AMAZING deals in. I honestly come to this store on a weekly basis and I am able to find new deals in various parts of the store. Ariel and the other staff at Stonebridge Imports has always been a great support while we are in the store! Their retail store in the front, The Rock Space, is also a wonderful place to check out. I highly recommend Stonebridge Imports for anyone who wants to start learning about crystals or an expert who is trying to find their next huge speciman. This store is really something special!

Prices are ok, some pieces can be extremely overpriced. Good selection especailly in the back area. Staff don't really interact with you/educate customers unless asked a question. It would be nice to have some cards with stone info around for educational purposes.

They have quite a diverse selection of rocks and minerals including some you won't be able to find at just any rocks store. They sell rare and valuable items like Libyan desert glass, large fossil cuts, raw Amethyst wands and natural silicon ore. If you're a person looking to up your metaphysical game or just another enthusiastic rockhound like me: Then you got to check out this place

My only comment is that the sizing of the bracelets were inconsistent, some a little too big, but the quality of the stones were excellent, ordering was easy and shipping was quick. Great selection!

Way over priced. I bought $450 worth of “wholesale” crystals. I planned on reselling in my small shop, but I won’t make any money from it. If anything I’ll lose money. Very disappointing.

Here’s is an example. This extremely small fluorite tower and slice was $10. I can’t even sell it for that retail price.

An awesome experience is felt every time I visit. Staff are so personable and helpful. Prices are kind of high but with some searching some real gems can be found.

This is a great shop that I only recently discovered. Huge selection of rocks/minerals/gem varieties, from rough chips to tumbled/ display/jewelry ready. Everything from the smaller rough inexpensive gemstones for tumbling to display pieces to high end "lottery winning" showcase pieces. I felt like I was in a museum and could have spent hours just looking at stuff. Perhaps on the higher end of prices in general but considering how thorough and nicely curated everything was, I felt it was within reason. Beautiful store.

Overpriced to the extreme, the market is MUCH cheaper, Crystals for $2-$5 at the market are $20-$30 at this place, pendants here are over $40-$50 that cost $5-$10 elsewhere. This place is only useful for large items for people with money, like massive decor pieces for mansions.

Stonebridge imports has a great selection of Jewels. And they have an incredible customer service staff. Joanna is kind and considerate. I had to make a dispute with the delivery service. Joanna did all she could to make the delivery go where I needed it. She even dealt with my constant calls and abrupt hanging up due to me working and having to end my call with her when a call came in at work. I hope she is able to see this and know that she is truly a value to this business

Me and my group of friends go here often! And every-time it’s just as amazing as the last. The staff is super friendly and there to answer questions and just to help out! The selection is amazing! Selection is good, but I don't know too much about anything. Girlfriend loves it though, doesn't find everything she like but enough to put dents in my bank account every time we go, so it must be good.

I was here years ago and bought a large sized citrine and I recently found out it was heat treated. Being new to purchasing gemstones I didn't realize that gemstone dealers do this. The citrine I bought is actually Amethyst that had been baked at a high heat in a lab to change its colour (instead of naturally occuring) and called lab created citrine. Its a beautiful colour but it makes the stone white at the base, and super weak, stones will become loose as well. Real natural citrine is much darker in colour, should not fall apart and is pretty pricey.

Wish I knew then what I know now. Staff ideally should be educating customers upon buying stones like most live sales do (ie. Uses, origin) nothing was ever mentioned, or labeled. Other places I've purchased from give educational cards with each gemstone. The piece is a good size but because it's large, all the gems are loose as a result of the baking making it weak. It used to be one of my favourite pieces up until now.: (

[pls read update]Good selection, BUT I have been sent plenty of clusters that are chipped/falling apart. One amethyst had its points chipped, and two citrine clusters were cracked and breaking apart when I took the tight plastic off. The packaging was pristine! Seriously bubble wrapped and in a box inside a box. But the crystals I've received don't make me want to buy again.
May be a different story for in-store shopping, but as for what was selected on my behalf I am unhappy for a second time.

I have been a customer since 2016 and love this store! They have a great selection of gemstones in many shapes and sizes and they have a great customer service team! I live in BC so I have never visited the actual store but if I am ever in Ontario, it will be at the top of my list of places to go.

I recently shopped here for a gift for my daugher-in-law's birthday. I had no idea what to get her and the amazing ladies that work there were so helpful. The first person I spoke to suggested a few items, but also pointed out a book "The Crystal Bible Book" and then said look and seek whatever calls out to me. I throughly enjoyed browsing throughout the store and picked a few more items that I knew she would love. I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciate all the help I received, talking to each of you was a delight. I also wanted to let you know that she loved the gifts and was thrilled to receive each and everything I picked out for her. Zero care or concern for COVID-19 protocols. Customers were not wearing masks and social distancing was non-existent. Quality of the products is reflective of the quality of the business. Would not recommend.

EXPENSIVE! Holy hell does this place squeeze the money out of you but the atmosphere is really neat

I came here to look for new additions to my rock and gem collection. When I walked in I was greeted with beautiful displays of jewelry, tumbled and rough stones, and display pieces of various stones and sizes. I purchased several stones including a nice piece of malachite which I had been looking to add to my collection for sometime. Overall a good place to shop for gems and crystals and I will definitely came here again.

This is where you go to sooth your spirit. Just browsing the shop gives you great energy, but my favourite experience is using the crystal bed Chakra therapy.

It was a great experience. They have lots of crystals of all sizes, shapes and prices. I had the Cryatal Bed Chakra Healing. It was relaxing and I released alot of blocks. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I did a salt float (love them) and although the room isn't as well appointed or luxurious as some places I've been, it is everything you need and VERY clean.

Their neighbour had been doing construction for several weeks and each time I had a scheduled float a Spa staff member would call to tell me if it would be quiet or potentially noisy so I could re-book. So appreciated that!

More healthful than a regular spa experience. The float tank was wonderful and so was the steam shower.

It's so cool just to browse all the different rocks and minerals. There's everything from raw stones to finished pieces. They also have a Lapidary Artist on staff. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a fun shop.

This is my second trip in. The stones I bought last time have been amazing and today I went in for salt lamps. For those of you that had a great experience with this company, I am happy for you. My experiences has been awful. First of all I purchased the crystals online, when I received the crystals I went to a crystal specialist in Texas to get them legitimatize and was told that the 114 CAD worth of crystals I received were just simple rocks. Then when I called it took over 2 weeks for them to even process a shipping label for me to receive a label. Now that I sent the product back I am being told that I can’t not receive a refund because of the way the product was packaged which is complexly absurd. If you a real crystal collector. STAY AWAY. I am doing a dispute with PayPal now to get this resolved.

I have never felt so spiritual and will definitely be returning. I had an appointment for the Chakra Balancing (30 minutes). I went in due to stress and tension in my body and mind; quite honestly I have never felt so relaxed in my life. As well, I bought some sage for my house to get rid of negative energies that have been following me around for as long as I can remember. During the Chakra treatment I was feeling crazy sensations in my feet and stomach. Next I will try the Floatation treatment! Afterwards I was looking in the back room and found the most beautiful bracelet to remind me of this experience and hopefully next time I feel anxiousness arise I can turn to the bracelet. The staff were super friendly and personable. Thank you for this great experience! There's something for everyone here. Worth the trip!

After under going treatments and surgeries for cancer I was thrilled to find drug free options for pain relief and relaxation. The salt room was relaxing and calming. In the float tank I had freedom from the chronic pain of peripheral neuropathy. I cannot put into words how wonderful that felt. The neurospa was a new and thoroughly enjoyable experience which left me feeling energized, focused and relaxed. It was a perfect way to wrap up my day. On top of all of this the staff are amazing and think through your every need in addition to explaining every treatment thoroughly. Nicola made my second year cancer free pampering day every thing I hoped it could be. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

The retailers have great customer service they will answer any question, help as much as possible. They're real people that you can have an off topic conversation about literally anything.
It's great for all ages, all spirituality or just plain curiosity. They have crystals, jewelry wholesale, bulk, salt baths and meditation groups.
