Avoid this store at all costs! Save your time, patience and money. Not worth it. If your roses will start wither the next day, the man that runs this business will tell you it’s your fault.
Advice: There are many other better roses stores in the GTA.

Horrible, dishonest business owner!
Your reviews are 1 ️ very honest.
You've been running this business for over 30 years, you say? So I'll tell you what; Since you do not stand behind your product and service with a clear conscience, I do not hesitate to say that you do not know how to run a business competently.
My family bought several thousand roses from you in the past (more precisely, a bouquet of 10). It is also worth noting that your roses are far from cheap and you must answer 1000% for freshness and not tell the client that he did not take care of the bouquet and the bouquet suffocated in the car (I don’t think that a bouquet of roses wrapped for you in a special bag with wet I would have suffocated with rags in 20-25 minutes). And also considering that one of your bouquets (75 roses) traveled with us to America (the journey took 7 hours) and you know, they did not suffocate, and they also stood in the vase for 2 weeks!
When a person leaves more than $400, $500, $600 or even $700+ for a bouquet of roses, he/she does not expect them to begin to wither the next day. And by the way, you justified yourself by the fact that these roses suffocated in the embankment of transportation and that the blue roses wither faster. So why don't you tell the client about this? And you sell them as one of the most expensive roses? ! I am attaching a photo. You also promised to change the bouquet, but in the end you didn’t arrive (although you could have written or called that you couldn’t do it today. Don’t have time to notify clients personally? Hire an assistant).
Although who wants to deal with such a deceitful, cunning person who does not stand behind his service with dignity.
ALTHOUGH, WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH YOU, WITH SUCH A FALSE, CLIMBING PERSON WHO DOES NOT STAND BACK FOR HIS SERVICE WORTHY.
ONLY I WOULD HAVE A MONEY IN THE FOOD. AND YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE, Right? ! ONE CLIENT LESS IS ONE MORE CLIENT. BRAVO

The worst experience ever!
My husband ordered flowers with a delivery for more than $400.00 for Mother’s Day to get it in the morning. At 6pm they called us to let us know that they the drivers will leave soon and might there. I was shocked! Why do you need flowers at night! Mother’s Day will be already over! It was supposed to be in the morning! On top of it the person lied that they called us a few times. Not even 1 missed call from the store!
Horrible service! He used to spend a lot of money and buy for more than $1000.00 flowers in one shot! I will let all my friends know!

I was at Rosarium looking for a forever rose for a friend. At the time they didn't have the exact one I wanted. The staff went out of their way to make one in the size and colour I wanted! On top of this.while there, I had the pleasure of speaking with Akbar and we started to talk about sports. After hearing a little bit about what I do he told me that if I ever needed a sponsor to come back and see him. Well that time came, and I gave him a call. Without hesitation Akbar invited me back and sat down with me and mom to look at the costs and sponsored me so that I was able to attended a World's competition that will be taking place in Florida this April. Staff and owner go out of their way to make you leave pleased with their products and also, to help young athletes in their community achieve their goals.

Don’t bother visiting the store. I’ve spend time to visit a store to buy flowers but all most all of the roses were withered and of course overpriced! 10$ for a one single rose!

Great service, fresh and great roses.

Went in bought flowers for the wife and ask for 2 singel roses for my daughters, gentlemen there gave the roses for my kids for free. Felt family oriented.

The loss of a friend is a very hard and bitter event and they helped me with the choice of flowers and some mental support. Rosarium really has the BEST roses! I always order from Maseeh and they last weeks and smell amazing. Best team to work with.

0 Customer service, owner was very rude with me on the phone when I called to tell him that the roses we bought at his store wilted the next day.

Extremely disappointed with this store.
Bought roses and they wilted the next day. Owner refused to process a refund or deliver replacement. He told me that this is my fault that I froze them or left them without water. Will never shop there again

I wish I can give 0 stars or negative stars but Google does not allow it. This place used to be good with fair prices and good roses but for a while this place has gone downhill. The owner is rude and the prices of everything has doubled. The owner has greed on his mind and is really toxic. I don't know the owners name but he is scalping people now. He yells at you saying ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT OR NOT if you are thinking of buying something. If you are talking to him using the store number he tends to yell at you on the phone and he slams the phone when he is hanging up. Please avoid this place at all costs.
