Visiting from England and popped in for a couple of drinks. It's a great atmosphere and the owners were very nice to us 'Southerners'!

I have been a customer of the Rose and Crown for almost 35 yrs. Since they were on Bath Rd in their first restaurant. Truly the best Fish and Chips i have ever had in Canada. My Father RIP and Mother RIP both from the U. K. They also would only go to the Rose and Crown. If they fancied Fish and Chips. Driving 30 km from Sydenham, Ont. Just to pick up a take out order from them. Truly the freshness of their Fish. The quality of the Chips. Then the perfect way it's cooked and the service is always friendly. They also carry and sell a great assortment of hard to find British Sweets such as " Snowballs".

Nice place for a good brew and good food.

Super staff, great food, good conversation, and cold beer. What more can one ask for.
