It's good. It could use a deep cleaning under tables and walls.

Great wings, cooked perfect. Asked for crispy fries, perfect.

Cold draft, servers dont keep bugging you, which is great, but a little more eye contact when clients are trying to get their attention would make the 10/10 a 5/10. I know, oxy moron, but service all around is great.
Maybe a little more effort on decor. Some personalities won't hurt.it's very dull/bland. Lastly, service the wastoom stLls so the gaps are not si wide.

I wish I could have given them 0 stars, super hateful staff specially the lady, she is not helpful at all and a mid aged guy. Would never be coming back, please avoid this place unless you wanna get insulted. Super racist. You’re welcome

I give the restaurant try again stil same poor service from the staff, they don’t consider people human beings and are super rude. Not welcoming atmosphere at all.

UPDATE 2023: Comicon weekend at the pubwas surprisingly slow, but service was spot on. After a year the atmosphere has changed and its much more of a Pub. Staff and management seem to hVe turned things around. Will try ordering food Nother time tho.

2022: Ordered fajitas wrap, got a buffalo chicken wrap instead.

I went to a stag and doe at this location. I had a great time. However, when I got home from the party I realized that I had lost the oticon receiver for my hearing aids. The staff tore the building apart to look for it. I found it attached to my seat belt in the car the next day. The staff were so increadable and I am so grateful.

If you like “brown food”! Not very tasty. Entertainment can be good! Six String Larry brings them in!

Not a good experience at all. Went for family dinner, and the restaurant was dead. Service was bad. No water for the table, no checking for drink refills. The drinks came underfilled, which isn't a good sign, and the restaurant continued to prove to be very stingy with their food. I ordered the $33 steak, and got what is shown in the attached picture. That steak is not even 1/2" thick, so it doesn't matter how you order it - it'll be well done. "Mushrooms" means a single mushroom cut into pieces. I voiced my problem before eating, and they offered a 50% discount to which I agreed and then ate the meal. When the bill came, they decided they didn't want to offer a 50% discount anymore and instead tried to offer a gift certificate! No thanks. I shouldn't have to fight for a discount I was promised up front. That's so shady.

Other meals at the table were very underwhelming. One wrap was all lettuce, and the noodle bowl was just microwaved mush. Staff was clearly fed up with us when we brought up issues, so I don't think they care at all if the customers are happy. Apps were good though.

It's not the same as it used to be. The whole family left disappointed. I wouldn't recommend coming here for dinner. It's not worth it and if you do have any issues, you won't be treated with respect.

It's close to my house so that's a plus. The interior is a wannabe Brit pub. Service was slow. Steak was thin and a little over cooked, had a burger and fries two days later. They are also stingy with their fries, which are quite good.

Was here last night and the food was great the service was great as well. Nice little atmosphere as well.

Been quite a few years since visiting RO, so clean & bartender was courteous. People at bar were talkative & enjoyed my time there.

This time waited 30 minutes for cold food. Chicken pot pie was icy cold on the inside. Their fix was to bring out another one that was barely warm. This place used to be good. Last time here for sure. Avoid if you want something quality.

Waited for an hour.when there was almost no one here.after 50 minutes when complained. "sorry will be out soon". Soon? It was bacon and eggs on a Sunday morning.not a big ask.

Great pub foods, great service, and really close to the airport which is nice for travellers with a bit of time before their flights. Will return for sure!

Good wings, slightly overcooked but the extreme sauce was good and spicy. Good service, reasonable beer selection.

I brought some visiting friends to The Royal Oak, as the ambience, service and food are always excellent! I would highly recommend going to The Royal Oak if you're looking for British inspired pub food with Canadian flair.

Good hearty food and good British ale. And you spend less than you would at some smarmy restaurant.

Tip and taxes are almost as much as the meal, which was overly priced as well. 32.00 for a hamburger and a few fries my first and last time there.

Usually Royal Oak is a good place to stop however, our visit to this one was regretful. The service was slow, never came back for drink refills or to check on us at all. Had to go get our own cutlery as well. The pub itself is in desperate need of a reno as it just felt very run down. Won't be back to this location.

A solid local pub with a game room for your kids. Nice open seating, attentive staff, and not too many TVs. They have a patio for the summer and a long bar rail. It’s a Royal Oak, a local chain that is almost 40 now, and we hope they have another 40 years.

Amazing food! We enjoyed it so much, we didn't even have time for a picture! The steak and cheese was GREAT!
